Her rhetoric from the White House has led to one man, Representative Cory Mills (R-FL) to formally request the DOK investigate Kamala Harris for committing “potential criminal misconduct.”
He said in a letter, “While the Hatch Act, which prohibits using official resources to support partisan political campaigns, does not apply to the President and Vice President in civil provisions, it does not exempt them from criminal provisions.”
