KAMALA HARRIS USES WHITE HOUSE TO INCITE VIOLENCE AGAINST TRUMP BY CALLING HIM A HITLER LOVER – Kamala Harris, speaking from the White House’s Vice President’s Residence, told the American people an overt lie aimed at sowing hatred, anger, and fear in her troops that might inspire them to act violently and fraudulently to assure the evil man never gets in office again.

She perpetuated the false story spread by the DNC-CCP media that President Trump admired Hitler’s loyal Generals, saying, “So, yesterday, we learned that Donald Trump’s former chief of staff, John Kelly, a retired four-star general, confirmed that while Donald Trump was president, he said he wanted generals like Adolf Hitler had.”  Read the Full Kamala Hitler Report

CANADIAN PARENTS DISCOVER “TEACHER” IS NORMALIZING PEDOPHILIA TO HER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS – A Sex Ed Teacher named Kerri Isham might be grooming kids to be groomers themselves. Kerri Isham, the founder of the organization “Power Up Sexual Health Education”, an organization whose own stated purpose “is dedicated to giving kids a healthy view of sexual health,” was teaching 9th graders in the Quamichan School in Duncan, British Columbia, about “sexuality.”

In her program, she admitted, “I did talk to students in Grade 9 at the school about MAPs. A MAP is a person who’s ‘minor attracted.’” Her organization also believes you should start talking to kids about sex as early as w because, “Why teach early? We believe educating early is the key to eliminating sexual abuse. Educating early does not strip your child of their innocence – but sexual abuse will.”

ELECTRIC FIELDS GROW TOMATOES AT MIDNIGHT – A new type of agriculture called “electro-agriculture” could free humans from the vagaries of climate and enable them to grow reliable plant products under all conditions, including in the middle of the night. The method so far is a theory that appears on the Cell Press Journal Joule.

Essentially, a chemical reaction would be created through solar-powered electricity that would convert the CO2 in the air to something a plant can simply “eat” without photosynthesis. The plants will be genetically engineered to be able to do this.

Biological engineer Robert Jinkerson of University of California, Riverside, a corresponding author of the article, spoke of the potential, stating, “If we don’t need to grow plants with sunlight anymore, then we can decouple agriculture from the environment and grow food in indoor, controlled environments. I think that we need to move agriculture into the next phase of technology and producing it in a controlled way that is decoupled from nature has to be the next step. The whole point of this new process to try to boost the efficiency of photosynthesis. Right now, we are at about 4% efficiency…”

KAMALA SAYS YOUR GOD DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO NOT MURDER UNBORN CHILDREN – Kamala Harris told a reporter that any hope any American would have to get a religious exemption from having to perform an abortion if their work “required it” should be tossed into the dustbin of history.

Harris told an MSM reporter, in response to their question about religious exemptions, “I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body.”

CHINA WORKING TO HELP DEMS WIN 2024 ELECTION, MICROSOFT WARNS – According to Microsoft, Russia is working to spread fake news to help the Republicans win the 2024 election, while the Chinese are doing the same thing to help the Democrats win.

The Microsoft Report claimed, “Actors have parroted antisemitic messages, amplified accusations of corruption, and promoted opposition candidates. While not always resulting in high levels of engagement, these efforts demonstrate China’s sustained attempts influence U.S. politics across the board. History has shown foreign actors’ ability to rapidly distribute deceptive content can significantly impact public perception and electoral outcomes. With a particular focus on the 48 hours before and after Election Day, voters, government institutions, candidates, and parties must remain vigilant against deceptive and suspicious activity online.”

“TEACHER” WALZ WELCOMED CCP INTO HIS AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL CLASSROOM – When Tim Walz (D-MN) was a teacher in a Nebraska High School in 1996, he welcomed a delegation of Chinese Communist Party officials. Ye Guoqiang and Yi Hongtao, to “study the education system” of the United States.

James Comer (R-KY) has noted yet another CCP connection to Walz, saying, “Governor Tim Walz’s documented relationships with Chinese Communist Party affiliated entities and officials bears hallmarks of a CCP infiltration and influence campaign. FBI briefers recently informed the Oversight Committee that the Bureau’s Foreign Influence Task Force investigates CCP subnational influence operations and activity that is similar to how China has engaged with Governor Walz.”

ELECTRONIC 3D PRINTING MIGHT BE A WHOLE LOT CHEAPER THANKS TO MIT ACCIDENT – MIT researchers discovered a way to print electronics components along with transistors without using semiconductors. The new 3D print method could open up 3D electronic printing as it dramatically reduces the cost of production.

Luis Fernando Velazquez-Garcia, principal scientist on the project, said of their discovery, “We saw that this is something that can help take 3D printing equipment to the next level. This method offers a clear way to provide a certain degree of “intelligence” to an electronic device. The reality is that there are many engineering situations that don’t require the best chips. At the end of the day, all you care about is whether your device can perform the task. This technology is capable of meeting some of the “constraints.”

Let’s take a second to talk about U.S. governmental control, and the impact that its overreach has on the automotive aftermarket, especially in the performance sector. Regardless of whether you vehemently agree or disagree with federal regulations that are imposed on hot rods and the huge network of large and small businesses that conceptualize, create, and distribute products for the vehicles we love, it’s no secret that there are instances where the Environmental Protection Agency—the perceived “almighty” since its inception in 1970—goes too far when it comes to applying its regulatory thumb on aftermarket businesses that produce parts for modifying our vehicles.

A South Dakota farmer seeking review of a wetlands determination may be one of the first beneficiaries of the Supreme Court’s decision overruling the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine, which required courts to defer to agency expertise when laws passed by Congress are not explicit.

He’s not the only one. Following the June 28 decision, the court granted eight other petitions and remanded those cases to lower courts, including one about a National Labor Relations Board ruling.  And in the wake of its decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondoa flurry of lawsuits already in the works were filed that seek to take advantage of the court’s decision.

Environmental and public health advocates warn of confusion in the federal courts – and at federal agencies – over how the limits of agency authority will be defined. They also say the new legal regime will force Congress to give agencies more specific direction in the laws it passes, a job that Congress, without the phalanx of scientists and technical experts that federal agencies have, is ill-equipped to handle. Lastly, they say the court’s decision gives judges – also not subject matter experts for every complicated case that comes before them – too much power.

U.S. Supreme Court rulings don’t often impact marketing, but a decision handed down last month likely will. Lober v. Raimondo sharply curtails the power of federal regulators — like the FTC and FCC — saying federal courts should no longer defer to them when interpreting laws.

Chief Justice John Roberts said federal judges “must exercise their independent judgment in deciding whether an agency has acted within its statutory authority.” The decision overruled the landmark 1984 decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council, which said judges should defer to the executive branch when laws passed by Congress are ambiguous.

The new ruling increases the likelihood of people and brands winning lawsuits over regulatory decisions. And, of course, regulators created a lot of rules around advertising. Some of these are industry-specific, like disclosure requirements for the financial and pharmaceutical industries. Others are broader, like the FTC’s rulings around truth in advertising.
