SCOTUS CHIEF ACCELERATES JUDICIAL-EXECUTIVE WAR – Chief Justice John Roberts injected himself into matters not directly in front of his court in defense of a district judge being threatened with impeachment for ruling against President Trump’s deportation operation decisions. Specifically, the district court judge ruled that a planeload of Venezuelan convicted felons should be immediately returned.
Chief Roberts wrote, “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
After Roberts’ missive, Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX) introduced articles of impeachment against that same federal judge, U.S. District Court Judge James Boesberg. ISRAEL CONDUCTS SURPRISE ATTACK ON GAZA AFTER ACCUSING HAMAS OF BREAKING CEASEFIRE – The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) conducted multiple airstrike operations targeting Gaza after previously announcing Hamas had violated the ceasefire agreement. Scores, perhaps hundreds, are reported killed, including key Hamas leaders.
Defense Minister Israel Katz wrote about the surprise assault, “This decision comes after Hamas repeatedly refused to release our hostages and rejected all proposals presented by U.S. President’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, as well as the mediators.”
SCHUMER BOW AVERTS GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN – Chuck Schumer (D-NY), the Senate Minority leader, led 9 other Democrats to cross the aisle to help a Trump-endorsed funding bill pass the Senate. The bill passed 54-46 and was later signed by President Trump. It increases defense spending by $6 billion while cutting non-defense spending by $13 billion.
The decision by Schumer to avoid the government shutdown over opposing Trump has led Democrats to call for his removal as minority leader. The key takeaway from the passage was an observation by some Democrats that the Republicans just followed their playbook. They froze the opposition out of negotiations and whipped the party to barely pass the bill, putting extreme pressure on the Senate to pass it lest they be the ones to be blames for the government being shut down.
The fact that another continuing resolution, rather than a fiscal year budget, once again kept the government, has some republicans questioning the leadership of House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-AR).

GERMANY’S HISTORIC DEFENSE BUDGET LEAVES $3 BILLION FOR UKRAINE – Chancellor-in-waiting Friedrich Merz has scored a huge victory in the form of an historic defense and infrastructure budget deal which happened only after a deal was struck with his future dance partner in power, the Green Party.
The budget, which is now expected to pass after the barrier to its passage was removed, will include $1 trillion for defense and infrastructure, including $3 billion in aid to Ukraine. Merz declared after the agreement was made, “Germany is back. Germany is making its great contribution to the defense of freedom and peace in Europe.”
CONNECTICUT BILL WOULD BANKRUPT GUN MANUFACTURERS, AND THAT’S THE INTENT – Connecticut’s House Bill 7042 would effectively allow victims of gun violence to sue the gun industry, from seller to manufacturer, for violence committed by a gun they helped bring to market in any way, shape, or form.
The draconian law, which, on its face, is an overt violation of the spirit of the second amendment, would not only destroy the gun industry, but it would also destroy any industry that produces any product or service that can be used malevolently by one of their customers. The bill is expected to pass.
TORNADOS STRIKE U.S. MIDWEST AND SOUTH, KILLING SCORES – Tornadoes struck in both the U.S. Midwest and South, with the bulk of those striking the state of Missouri. So far, 42 people have been confirmed dead, with fatalities recorded in Missouri, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Alabama, and Mississippi.
The weather conditions also led to numerous wildfires, with the worst happening in Oklahoma. More than 320,000 people were without power at one point, with 57,000 included in PA. The Governor of Missouri, Mike Kehoe (R) said “… the scale of devastation across our state is staggering. Hundreds of homes, schools, and businesses have been either destroyed or severely damaged.”

LAWYERS HOPE TO TRACK, ARREST ISRAELI “WAR CRIMINALS” – A coalition of leftist lawyers have created A “Global 195 Initiative” that would fund an operation to identify, track, and use legal means within respective nations to bring the alleged “war criminals” to justice.
The director of the International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP), Tayab Ali, said of the initiative which ICJP supports, “The obstruction of international legal institutions in pursuing individuals responsible for war crimes in Palestine, coupled with the failure of national police forces to fulfil their obligations under humanitarian law and universal jurisdiction principles, has allowed impunity for Israeli suspected war criminals to persist.”
ANOTHER FEDERAL COURT DEFINES CONSTITUTION, ORDING TRUMP TO REHIRE FIRED EMPLOYEES – The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, a notoriously rogue unconstitutional court, has once again violated American law by issuing an order against a sitting President that gives the courts the power to hire Federal workers, not the president, who is the only one constitutionally allowed to do so. The ruling accelerates the showdown between the American people and the insurrectionist courts populated with DNC and RINO appointed traitors.
NO MORE SECRET SERVICE FOR THE BIDENS – President Donald J Trump has just cancelled President Joe Biden’s son’s secret service detail, along with his daughter, Ashley Biden’s secret service detail.
Trump declared, “Hunter Biden has had Secret Service protection for an extended period of time, all paid for by the United States Taxpayer. There are as many as 18 people on this Detail, which is ridiculous! He is currently vacationing in, of all places, South Africa, where the Human Rights of people has been strenuously questioned. Because of this, South Africa has been taken off our list of Countries receiving Economic and Financial Assistance. Please be advised that, effective immediately, Hunter Biden will no longer receive Secret Service protection. Likewise, Ashley Biden who has 13 agents will be taken off the list.”
FIRST ABORTIONIST ARRESTED UNDER TEXAS LAW – Texas Attorney General has announced the arrest of the first abortionist under Texas’ Pro-Life law. The accused abortionist is 48-year-old Maria Margarita Rojas, who calls herself a “doctor,” though apparently, she is a midwife.
Paxton said of the arrest, “In Texas, life is sacred. I will always do everything in my power to protect the unborn, defend our state’s pro-life laws, and work to ensure that unlicensed individuals endangering the lives of women by performing illegal abortions are fully prosecuted. Texas law protecting life is clear, and we will hold those who violate it accountable.”
