The Feds have filed a Criminal Complaint and Supporting Affidavit against Elias Rodriguez for the shooting murder of two Israelis Embassy staffers killed outside an American Jewish Committee event at the Jewish Museum in DC. The Supporting Affidavit provides much more detail than has been reported, including how Rodriguez finished off his victims Yaron Lischinsky and Sarah Lynn Milgrim execution style after they already had been shot and were on the ground trying to crawl away.

3. This affidavit is intended to show merely that there is sufficient probable cause for the requested complaint, and it does not set forth all of my knowledge about this matter.

6. On May 21, 2025, RODRIGUEZ shot and killed two individuals outside of 575 3rd St., Northwest, Washington, DC, which is site of the Capital Jewish Museum (“the Museum”). The Museum was hosting an event related to Jewish diplomatic and business relations, hosted by the American Jewish Committee, that aimed to “bring together Jewish young professionals and the D.C. diplomatic community.” The event was attended by several members of the United States based Israeli diplomatic mission.

8. Decedent-1, identified as Sarah Milgrim, was employed by the Embassy of Israel in Washington, D.C. The preliminary review of Decedent-1’s remains showed that she suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Decedent-1 was transported from the scene by the District of Columbia’s Fire and Emergency Medical Services (DCFEMS) to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for the District of Columbia (OCME). Decedent-1 was pronounced dead at 9:35 pm by DCFEMS members under the authority of DCFEMS Dr. Vitburg. The results of the autopsy of Decedent-1 are pending.

The man accused of shooting a couple from the Israeli Embassy in Washington, DC this week reportedly posted praise for Luigi Mangione and wrote “death to America,” as well as “I voted for Hamas” on social media. He has been charged with first-degree murder in the case.

A criminal complaint states that Elias Rodriguez, 30, has been charged with murder of foreign officials, causing the death of a person through the use of a firearm, discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, as well as two counts of first-degree murder.

According to the New York Post, federal authorities are working to connect a social media account reportedly linked to Rodriguez, law enforcement sources told the outlet. Rodriuez, a socialist activist and yelled “Free, free Palestine” as police were taking him into custody, was arrested for the killing of Yaron Lischinsky as well as his girlfriend Sarah Lynn Milgrim. The couple was set to get engaged next week.

A suspect in the Wednesday fatal shootings of two members of the Israeli Embassy near the Jewish museum in Washington, D.C., has been identified as a Chicago man.

Elias Rodriguez, 31, of Chicago was being held for questioning, authorities said Thursday. He was being interviewed early Thursday by D.C.’s Metropolitan Police Department as well as the FBI, according to officials.

Authorities alleged he walked into the museum after the shooting, was detained by event security and began chanting, “Free, free Palestine,” officials said.

At an address for him on the North Side, police could be seen blocking the street. By 8:15 a.m., a stream of heavily armed men, the letters FBI inscribed on their backs, were seen leaving the apartment building. More agents remained.

Neighbors on the block were startled to open their doors to the sight of federal agents clogging the street. “That’s terrifying,” one woman said when told why they were outside her home.
On Thursday morning, Gov. JB Pritzker said in a statement he was “horrified” to hear of the shooting and disclosed that a member of his staff was attending the event.

Murdering Israeli civilians is what started this latest war, when Palestinians invaded Israel and massacred 1,200 Israeli men, women, and children. A pro-Palestinian terrorist gunning down two civilians in Washington, D.C., is a logical continuation of pro-Palestinian violence.

Politicians keep saying the diplomat murders were “senseless” in their condemnations. It is evil, but it makes all the sense in the world. A Marxist travelled from Chicago to DC to kill what he thought were Jews. Afterward he even made sure to tell us why he did it.
