Attorney General Pam Bondi made the announcement Thursday morning, revealing that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, saying Armstrong “allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.”
