The FBI, the Bureau of Prisons, and the Department of Justice inspector general are all allegedly in possession of a copy of the now-infamous surveillance video from the Manhattan Metropolitan Correctional Center, where Jeffrey Epstein died in 2019, without the missing minute of footage.
The claim comes amid a massive scandal regarding nearly 11 hours of footage released earlier this month by the Justice Department and FBI, which included a one-minute jump in the time code just before midnight on August 9-10, 2019.
CBS News reported, citing an unnamed “government source,” that the agencies have video “that does not cut from just before 11:59 p.m. to midnight of the night Epstein died by suicide in his cell.”

Indeed, a hawkish Powell even used the dreaded r-word (“raise”)—having suggested he is responsive enough to calls to “look through” tariff-induced inflation by not increasing interest rates, a notion which likely would have sent the Oval Office into a fury.
While rates held steady at 4.25% to 4.5%, a split among the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) is growing, with two members dissenting. This represents the highest level of friction within the FOMC for more than 30 years.
But despite the pressure—both from within the Fed and externally—Powell struck a cautious tone on cutting. For some time analysts have pencilled in a cut in September, the next meeting of the FOMC.
As more and more evidence mounts of direct and treasonous efforts made by the highest leaders in government to remove a duly elected President, calls are mounting for arrests to be made. Newly declassified FBI memos reveal how extensively former FBI Director James Comey used his longtime friend Daniel Richman as a secret media conduit to strategically leak classified information to the media in 2016 and 2017 in an alleged effort to take down President Donald Trump.
FBI Director Kash Patel delivered a tranche of the Bureau’s internal memos on leak investigations to Congress earlier this week.
The memos provide details on multiple classified leak investigations involving Comey, including: Arctic Haze, Tropic Vortex, Foggy Falls, Riding Hood, Sirens Lure, Echos Fate, and Genetic Christmas, Just the News reported.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has sent the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) a request for a treasure trove of documents related to the ongoing federal investigation into the Obama administration’s Russiagate operation, The Federalist has learned. According to a letter to ODNI senior adviser Paul McNamara, which was obtained by The Federalist, the DOJ has requested from ODNI a wide array of documents about the Obama administration’s 2016 and 2017 attempts to frame then-President-elect Donald Trump as an agent of Russia who stole the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.
The request comes on the heels of the declassification and public release of records from late 2016 and 2017 which show how top intelligence and law enforcement officials — including former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former DNI James Clapper — conspired to fabricate a narrative that Russia meddled in the 2016 election in order to elect Trump. The declassified records showed that top intelligence experts objected to the narrative, highlighted myriad issues with the so-called intelligence used to support false claims about Trump, and even told Brennan that he was misrepresenting facts and ignoring counter-evidence as part of a push to attack Trump, cripple his transition, and even hijack his presidency.
Fox News reported on Monday that the DOJ had authorized the empaneling of a federal grand jury to investigate whether Comey, Brennan, or other top Obama administration officials committed any crimes as part of their operation to use the nation’s top intelligence and law enforcement agencies to smear Trump.
The DOJ letter from a federal prosecutor, which was sent in response to a request from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard for the DOJ to investigate any potential criminal wrongdoing related to the production of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that claimed without evidence that Russia sought to elect Trump in 2016, asks for 12 different categories of documents related to Gabbard’s criminal referral.
“Pursuant to the authority and director of the United States Attorney General, I have been assigned responsibility for investigating this criminal referral,” the letter states.
FBI Director Kash Patel challenged news media to own who is really “lying” about his discovery of a stash of classified documents connected to the Trump-Russia collusion narrative weaponized against Donald Trump in his first term.
The director’s comments came in the wake of recent reports that “burn bags” filled with thousands of documents dating back to the Trump-Russia probe were discovered in a room in FBI headquarters.

A draft of California‘s new congressional districts could be released as early as Friday, a spokesman for California State Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas (D-CA) confirmed on Wednesday.

Unearthed emails as part of a FOIA request show Biden administration agencies scrapping a plan to visit a vessel at an event because it would have required then-President Joe Biden to take too many steps.
Records show, as part of a FOIA request by Protect the Public’s Trust obtained by Fox News Digital, that Biden was set to visit a National Security Multi-Mission Vessel (NSMV) while touring a Philadelphia shipyard in July 2023.
However, according to the emails, that visit to the vessel was scrapped because of “how many steps were involved to get on the ship.”
The Justice Department on Tuesday accused George Washington University of showing “deliberate indifference” toward antisemitism and harassment of Jewish, American Israeli, and Israeli students and faculty, in violation of federal civil rights law.
In a notice of findings sent to GWU President Ellen Granberg, the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division said the university failed to take meaningful action despite receiving multiple complaints about antisemitic incidents in spring 2024, when pro-Palestinian protesters descended on campus. Some protesters were seen in videos threatening and harassing Jewish students. Investigators concluded the university violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which bars discrimination by recipients of federal funding.
The Denver Post has taken to overtly commit acts of terrorism. The Post shared the information fo the three people who made public information requests that were shared to a social media post called Do Better Denver.
The Do Better Account later shared on X, “I have been informed that the Mayor’s office were the ones that looked at all the CORA requests over the last two years and tried to figure out who I am based on CORA requests and my posts (based on who was requesting them). The Mayor’s office narrowed it down to three names and FED the story to the @denverpost and told their contact at the Post to CORA the CORA requests in hopes of outing me and getting the media and my followers to turn on me.”
The justification by the journalist who published the doxing only makes it worst, legally, criminally, for the Denver Post. The author, Krista Kater, wrote, “People who claim to be citizen journalists must stand by their work with a byline and endure the negative comments and threats that come with the job.”
Denver Post Doxxes Citizens For Sharing Public Records On Crime – The Federalist
On Aug. 1, The Denver Post exposed the names, locations, voter registrations, and employment of three private citizens who legally obtained public information and sent some to the popular social media account Do Better Denver. On Aug. 7, a Denver Post columnist defended the paper’s decision to dox the three women for sharing public information.
“People who claim to be citizen journalists must stand by their work with a byline and endure the negative comments and threats that come with the job,” wrote Denver Post columnist Krista Kafer.
The Post identified the three people it doxxed by doing a public records request for those women’s public records requests: “The Post filed open records requests to obtain copies of requests tied to DoBetterDNVR,” wrote The Post’s crime reporter Shelly Bradbury in her Aug. 1 article. On Aug. 5, the Denver Gazette confirmed the three doxxed women are not the account administrator. The public records they shared with the accountholder comprise less than 1 percent of Do Better Denver posts.
Bradbury also wrote that the Post targeted the women specifically for exercising their legal rights to view public information. The three, Bradbury wrote, “stand out because of their involvement in the account since its early days in 2023, their connections to each other, and because they did not just send a single video or photo to the account but pursued information through open records requests.”
Judge Kendra Davis Briggs, a Biden-nominated associate judge for the D.C. Superior Court, denied the two Maryland juveniles’ requests for less restrictive detention conditions, according to the Washington Post.

Fairfax County Public School teachers have been helping students obtain abortions without the knowledge and consent of their parents, according to a whistleblower who recently exposed the scandal.
Now, the school district is claiming they just learned of the matter, even though the whistleblower, Centrevile High School teacher Zenaida Perez, had brought it to their attention on multiple occasions.
On a recent morning, Centreville High School teacher Zenaida Perez had a surprise visitor at the northern Virginia school where she teaches English as a second language: a high-powered lawyer investigating allegations that Perez had made public that a school social worker coaxed and funded a student’s 2021 abortion.
The Clifton school district’s superintendent, Michelle Reid, responded to the allegations the next day, claiming the school system had just “learned yesterday” about the potential scandal. Last Thursday, Reid emailed Centreville High School parents, again claiming that the district had taken “immediate action to engage an external independent investigator to get all the facts.”
Perez’s visitor was Mary McGowan, a retired lawyer from Blankingship & Keith, a longtime go-to firm for Fairfax County Public Schools. In a nearly three-hour interview, Perez told McGowan how she had blown the whistle seven times about the abortion scandal since May 2022, only to be ignored and then retaliated against.
