Blackouts have already been reported over parts of the Pacific Ocean, according to the alert issued by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Other radio blackouts have been tracked by scientists across the globe over the last several days.
Solar flares are also expected in the weeks to come, NASA told DailyMail.com.
A solar flare happens when there is an emission of electromagnetic radiation from the Sun’s atmosphere called a sunspot.
This means radiation is blasted away from the Sun’s surface and depending on where it erupts from, it can launch towards Earth.

Last month China opened the world’s largest solar farm with an area of 100,000 on a football field in Xinjiang. Now according to an ABC report, China is building solar and wind power infrastructure equivalent to building 5 nuclear power stations every week. This is based on the report of Climate Energy Finance (CEF) which also shows that China managed to reach their sustainable energy target 6.5 years early.
In total new solar and wind power stations in China generate 10 gigawatts of electricity every week. It is estimated that by the end of 2024, China’s energy needs generated through sustainable sources will surpass those generated by fossil fuels. China has an advantage over other countries because government policies, high investment and hardware for sustainable energy sources are all built domestically.
In addition, China also has a large space to build solar and wind farms on a giant scale. The desert areas in Xinjiang and Mongolia are ideal locations to build both sustainable infrastructures. Malaysia now does not have the same advantage but the government has started using the surface of the dam to build solar power farms like in Manjung.
As China becomes America’s military manufacturing hub, Russia has begun sharing whatever top-secret information it has about America’s military with China. A report from a think tank group called Govini reveals China is becoming a larger presence in the U.S. defense industry. For instance, China supplies America’s military with 40 percent of her semiconductors.
Representatives John Moolenaar (R-MI) and Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL), the chair and ranking member of the House Select Committee on China, want answers from the Biden administration about what U.S. military “secrets” have been passed on from Russia to China given the nature of their closer relationship.
Specifically, they want to have “an assessment regarding information Russia has gained about the capabilities of U.S. weapons provided to Ukraine and the degree to which this information has been shared with the People’s Republic of China…”

(WND News Center) — A new report details how deep the People’s Republic of China has embedded itself within the U.S. supply chain, especially for military machinery. While U.S. lawmakers have been calling for an end to this for some years, China’s domination continues unabated.
According to the report, China’s presence in the U.S. supply chain has been steadily rising for the better part of almost 20 years. From 2005 to 2023, Chinese manufacturers in the U.S. supply chain have grown from around 12,000 to almost 45,000.
The use of forced labor and dangerous working conditions gives China the ability to quickly churn out products, while keeping cost savings at a premium.
Between 2014 and 2023, the data presents a concerning trend of China outpacing U.S. supply chains across almost all industries, by 1,800 percent in some instances – including electronics, transportation, materials and chemicals, and industrial equipment.
A large number of Chinese semiconductors are used in critical military platforms, accounting for around 40 percent of all U.S. Department of Defense weapons systems and infrastructure, and are further linked to military supply chains such as Patriot air-defense missiles and B-2 bombers.

A bipartisan duo of lawmakers are pressing the Biden administration to produce an assessment of the information Russia has obtained about U.S. military capabilities and the extent to which it has shared this intelligence with China.
Reps. John Moolenaar (R., Mich.) and Raja Krishnamoorthi (D., Ill.), the chair and ranking member of the House Select Committee on China, instructed the White House on Monday to provide them “an assessment regarding information Russia has gained about the capabilities of U.S. weapons provided to Ukraine and the degree to which this information has been shared with the People’s Republic of China (‘PRC’) as part of their bilateral ‘no limits’ partnership,” according to a copy of the letter.
China serves as a key ally to Russia amid its ongoing war in Ukraine and has helped Moscow replenish its weapons supplies and other offensive capabilities. This support is not free, the lawmakers say, and “we should anticipate and indeed operate under the assumption that Russia is passing information about vulnerabilities or counters to American and allied weapons systems to the PRC.” Intelligence sharing between China and Russia could help both nations counter the American military should war break out in the Asia-Pacific region—where Beijing has long threatened to invade Taiwan—or expand in Europe.
On the heels of a major NATO conference last week in Washington, D.C., the lawmakers remain concerned that Chinese aid is the primary reason Russia has been able to sustain its assault on Ukraine for so long, support that has come with little pushback from the international community.
“As the United States and our NATO allies described this week, the PRC has become a ‘decisive enabler’ of the Russian war in Ukraine. As one administration official has disclosed, the PRC is ‘90 percent of the reason’ Russia has been able to sustain its war effort and economy, particularly in the face of western sanctions,” the lawmakers write. “The PRC has provided Russia with significant amounts of microelectronics, dual-use equipment, imagery, and other tools to support its war machine, in addition to helping improve satellite and other space-based capabilities.”

VALL-E 2 is an AI marvel capable of mimicking human speech with uncanny accuracy, using just a few seconds of audio. Representing a significant leap in text-to-speech (TTS) technology, Microsoft’s researchers boast that it achieves “human parity” in generating speech — meaning its output is virtually indistinguishable from a human’s voice.
This extraordinary capability has been made possible through a couple of groundbreaking features. The first of these is “Repetition Aware Sampling”, which ensures that VALL-E 2 avoids the pitfalls of monotonous speech by addressing repetitions of “tokens” — the small units of language like words or syllables. This feature prevents the AI from getting stuck in a loop of sounds, making its speech flow more naturally.
NATO leaders met in Washington, DC and emerged with a joint statement that said Ukraine is on an “irreversible path” to becoming a member of NATO. The statement declares that Ukraine “has become increasingly interoperable and politically integrated with the alliance.”
The event was hosted by U.S. President Joe Biden. NATO Secretary Jens Stoltenberg was there as well as newly seated UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who also just approved UK weapons being used to strike deeper into Russia than it had previously allowed before. Biden stated “We know Putin won’t stop at Ukraine. But make no mistake — Ukraine can and will stop Putin. Especially with our full, collective support. They have our full support.”
The move is equivalent to Mexico joining an Iranian-Hamas-Russian alliance. It makes Ukraine a permanent existential threat so long as it continues to exist. It also appears to be an announcement that Ukraine is effectively a vassal state of NATO, a globalist fiefdom in the nearly openly transparently sense of the term. It is yet another dramatic escalation of the showdown in Ukraine.

The summit declaration, signed by all 32 NATO nations, offers some of the strongest language yet about the organization’s intent to eventually include Ukraine in its membership.
Ukraine and its protection are a central part of this year’s NATO summit in Washington, D.C., hosted by President Biden. The declaration, which encompasses NATO’s beliefs and goals, says Ukraine “has become increasingly interoperable and politically integrated with the alliance.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) has issued subpoenas to three White House staffers he has identified as key people that are protecting a non-functioning Joe Biden from the public.
He stated “I am issuing subpoenas today for White House staff Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, and Ashley Williams to appear for depositions. The White House has shielded these three key aides from testifying about President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents and now we’ve learned through reporting these same aides are also seeking to cover up President Biden’s declining cognitive state inside the White House… it appears as though Tomasini has firsthand knowledge of the extent to which President Biden is personally carrying out the duties of his office and whether he is capable of doing so.”
The Chairman is being far more charitable than this writer would be in assuming that we are dealing with a declining cognitive state rather than a declined cognitive state, in terms of actual ability to perform the duties of President, since before he was elected. What we are seeing now is the failure by the best doctors in the world to medicate up a dying Biden enough to make him briefly semi-cognizant in ways that give the media marketers of the DNC-CCP, the mainstream media, some plausible deniability.
Now, even that is gone, and the rats are looking to leave a sinking ship, which isn’t losing the 2024 Presidential election (so long as they can take back the House majority), it’s getting Biden out fast before anyone goes beyond what Comer is asking. Comer is looking for evidence Biden is unfit now, but others want to know who knew before the 2020 election that they were propping up a juiced up dying man. Comer doesn’t appear ready to ask those types of questions just yet.

To offer cross-protection against diverse influenza virus variants, nanoparticle vaccines can produce pivotal cellular and mucosal immune responses that enhance vaccine efficacy and broaden protection, according to a study by researchers in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State University.
The study, published in the journal Nature Communications, offers valuable insights into tailoring immunization strategies to optimize influenza vaccine effectiveness. To alleviate the significant public health burden of influenza epidemics and occasional pandemics, it’s essential to enhance influenza vaccine cross-protection, according to the authors.
While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends annual influenza vaccination, current seasonal influenza vaccines typically provide strain-specific and short-lived immunity. Seasonal influenza vaccines offer limited cross-protection against antigenically diverse virus variants and provide no defense against sporadic influenza pandemics, the authors explained.
“Developing effective influenza vaccines or vaccination strategies that can confer cross-protection against variant influenza viruses is a high priority to mitigate the public health consequences of influenza,” said Dr. Chunhong Dong, first author of the study and a postdoctoral fellow in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State.
In the study, the researchers investigated the effects of immunization strategies on the generation of cross-protective immune responses in female mice using mRNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and protein-based polyethyleneimine-HA/CpG (PHC) nanoparticle vaccines targeting influenza hemagglutinin. The mice were immunized with either intramuscular mRNA LNP or intranasal PHC vaccines in a typical prime-plus-boost regimen. A variety of sequential immunization strategies were included in this study for parallel comparison.
“We demonstrated that cellular and mucosal immune responses are pivotal correlates of cross-protection against influenza,” said Dr. Baozhong Wang, senior author of the study and a Distinguished University Professor in the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State.
“Notably, intranasal PHC immunization outperforms its intramuscular counterpart in inducing mucosal immunity and conferring cross-protection. Sequential mRNA LNP prime and intranasal PHC boost demonstrated optimal cross-protection against antigenically drifted and shifted influenza strains.”
The study highlights the importance of immunization orders and indicates that in a sequential immunization, an mRNA vaccine priming plays an important role in steering the Th1/Th2 immune responses. Also, the intranasal PHC boost is crucial to the induction of mucosal immunity, Wang said.
Additional authors of the study include Wandi Zhu, Lai Wei, Joo Kyung Kim, Yao Ma and Sang-Moo Kang of the Institute for Biomedical Sciences at Georgia State.

A team of astronomers has made an exciting discovery about the temperate exoplanet LHS 1140 b: it could be a promising “super-Earth” covered in ice or water.
LHS 1140 b, once thought to be a mini-Neptune, is now considered a possible super-Earth with a nitrogen-rich atmosphere, as suggested by James Webb Space Telescope data. Located in a habitable zone, it may have conditions favorable for liquid water, making it a key focus for future astrobiological studies.
When it was first discovered, astronomers speculated that the exoplanet LHS 1140 b might be a mini-Neptune. This means it would be an essentially gaseous planet, but very small in size compared to Neptune. However, after analyzing data from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) collected in December 2023 — combined with previous data from other space telescopes such as Spitzer, Hubble, and TESS — scientists have come to a very different conclusion.
Located about 48 light-years from Earth in the constellation Cetus, LHS 1140 b appears to be one of the most promising exoplanets in its star’s habitable zone, potentially harboring an atmosphere and even an ocean of liquid water. The results of this discovery by Université de Montréal astronomers are available on ArXiv and will soon be published in The Astrophysical Journal Letters.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the lower courts to review a number of gun control laws, telling them to review these cases in the context of the last major Supreme Court Ruling on the Second Amendment that struck down New York’s Conceal Carry law.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered lower courts to take another look at challenges to several federal and state firearms restrictions in the wake of its ruling upholding a law that bans people subject to domestic violence restraining orders from having guns.
The cases had been pending before the court for months while it considered the constitutionality of the 30-year-old law that disarmed alleged domestic abusers. In an 8-1 ruling last month, the court found that the Second Amendment allows an individual who poses a credible threat to the safety of others to be banned from having firearms temporarily.
On the heels of that decision, the Supreme Court tossed out lower court rulings invalidating two separate federal firearms restrictions as applied to their individual challengers, as well as a lower court ruling that upheld provisions of a New York law. It sent the cases back to the lower courts for additional proceedings based on its latest ruling.
The United Nations’ Secretary General is calling for world governments to aggressively work to censor what he calls “hate speech,” which is interpreted by free speech advocates as a dog whistle for “thought control” given one man’s hate speech is another man’s truth.
The current Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterres, said “Hate speech is a marker of discrimination, abuse, violence, conflict, and even crimes against humanity. We have time and again seen this play out from Nazi Germany to Rwanda, Bosnia, and beyond. There is no acceptable level of hate speech; we must all work to eradicate it completely.”

Earth’s inner core ‘unambiguously’ slowing down, could change day’s length, study finds
NEW DELHI: A new study has provided “unambiguous evidence” that the Earth’s inner core began to slow down its rotation in 2010, compared to the planet’s surface. Researchers said that the slowing down could change the length of one day on the Earth by fractions of a second.
The Earth’s inner core, a solid sphere made of iron and nickel, is suspended within the liquid outer core (made of molten metals) and anchored in its place by gravity.Together, the inner and the outer core, form one of the planet’s three layers the other two being mantle and crust.
Being physically inaccessible, researchers usually study the core by analysing the recordings of waves sent out by earthquakes — seismograms.
“When I first saw the seismograms that hinted at this change, I was stumped,” said John Vidale, a professor of Earth Sciences at the University of Southern California, US.
“But when we found two dozen more observations signalling the same pattern, the result was inescapable. The inner core had slowed down for the first time in many decades,” said Vidale, also the corresponding author of the study published in the journal Nature.
The slowing down of the inner core is hotly debated in the scientific community, with some studies even suggesting that it rotates faster than the Earth’s surface.
