A manhunt was underway in England after a horrific scene unfolded Tuesday evening.

The wife and two daughters of BBC horse racing commentator John Hunt died in their Hertfordshire home after a galling attack that involved a crossbow, the BBC reported Wednesday.

Police identified 26-year-old Kyle Clifford as the primary suspect and were searching for him.

“Detectives investigating a triple murder which occurred in #Bushey yesterday evening (Tuesday 9 July) are actively seeking a man who is wanted in connection with the incident,” North Hertfordshire police said in a Facebook post.

“Police were called to a property in Ashlyn Close just before 7pm. Officers attended alongside colleagues from the East of England Ambulance Service and on arrival, found three women with serious injuries,” the post said. “Sadly, despite their best efforts, the women, who are believed to be related, died a short time later at the scene.

Democrats remain in disarray after party lawmakers met Tuesday morning about who they should support for president after President Joe Biden’s terrible debate performance.

Biden, 81, who still appears the de facto nominee, stabilized his candidacy on Monday after he aggressively invited primary challengers to the upcoming convention and simultaneously won the support of the “Squad” members.

Not all Democrat lawmakers agree or are happy with Biden remaining atop the ticket. Biden is losing in key swing state surveys, post-debate polling shows. Forty-one percent of Democrat voters want Biden to drop out of the race, while only 51 percent want him to remain on the ticket, a Suffolk University poll found.

Democrats met Tuesday to weigh their options at the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) headquarters. The meeting was moved from the Capitol Building to the DNC’s headquarters to reduce leaks during the potentially heated discussion, Axios reported. Despite the precaution, Democrats leaked to the establishment media and characterized the huddle as a “funeral” with a “significant amount of frustration” and “sadness.”

A teenager was shot by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s bodyguards during an attempted carjacking in Washington, DC last week. Deputy US Marshal Black, to whom the unmarked government vehicle belonged, opened fire on the suspect, 18-year-old Kentrell Flowers, after he rolled up to the justice’s home, got out, and brandished a firearm while demanding that the vehicle be turned over to him.

After receiving treatment for his wounds at a nearby hospital, Flowers was arrested. He was subsequently charged with armed carjacking, carrying a pistol without a license, and possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device.

According to a statement of facts obtained by the Daily Mail, the incident took place shortly after 1:15 eeam on Friday July 5. At that time, Flowers drove up to Sotomayor’s residence on the 2100 block of 11th Street in a silver minivan before proceeding to jump out and walk over to Black, who was sitting in his vehicle. Flowers pulled out a Smith & Wesson 40VE handgun and pointed it directly at Black, at which point the Marshal drew his government-issued firearm and fired four shots.

The Biden administration has warned China against continuing to conduct armed attacks on the Philippines, but China has blatantly ignored the warning, repeatedly harassing Philippine naval vessels and severely injuring its sailors over the past several months.

Beijing, for its part, has accused Washington of using the Philippines as a pawn and seems to have every intention of continuing to escalate the dispute.

That dispute centers on the Second Thomas Shoal, a disputed reef within the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines, but also within China’s illegal “nine-dash line” maritime claim in the South China Sea.

The dispute is not new, and China has used a wide array of tools to harass and intimidate the Philippines over the past several years. What’s new is the frequency of these incidents and the higher levels of force being employed by the Chinese coast guard against Philippine navy sailors.

The House of Representatives’s far-left “Squad” is likely to lose another member after last month’s embarrassing defeat of Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY).

Socialist Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) is polling narrowly behind her primary opponent Wesley Bell, who had polled below Bush by double digits earlier this year. Bell is St. Louis County’s prosecuting attorney, and he also leads Bush in favorability and job performance ratings.

Bush has faced numerous controversies during her time in elected office, the most recent of which included falling for a parody social media account called “Rabbi Linda Goldstein” that pretends to be the chief rabbi of Gaza and make cartoonishly antisemitic posts in an attempt to trick progressives into sharing them.

“Goldstein” reached out to Bush’s campaign in June with a proposal to hold a fundraiser. “I’ve been bouncing around different cities since my congregation was displaced from Gaza after Israel’s invasion on October 7,” the prankster wrote in an email to Ronika Moody, the campaign’s finance and engagement director.

It’s been said many times before, but you don’t hate the press enough. You think you do, but you don’t. No matter how much you think you’ve figured out their depravity, there is always a lower level they are willing to stoop to.

That was on display on Tuesday after news broke that former Republican Sen. Jim Inhofe passed at the age of 89. Serving Oklahoma for over 50 years, the former senator resigned in 2023. Given the situation, one would think this would be a time for the press to give Inhofe’s family some space and grace. Instead, they decided to act like disgusting animals.

This latter impulse to transmogrify history appears to dominate in the United Kingdom where there is a burgeoning genre of revisionist agitprop aimed at either distorting facts to
paint Caucasians uniquely as history’s villains or to erase Caucasians from the isles’ history.

The British Broadcasting Corporation has contributed to this genre for years and has shown no signs of stopping.

In 1957, John Chapman published an article to the American Journal of Medicine titled “Peregrinating Problem Patients—Munchausen’s Syndrome”. The article describes his hospital’s frustration in dealing with a patient who he calls a “professional hospital bum”. The patient readmitted numerous times to the same hospital, suffering from an idiopathic bleeding disorder; however, upon further inspection, the hospital came to believe that his bleeding disorder was partially self-inflicted and partially fabricated. The man continued to plead for help and berated the doctors when they could not do anything more for him.

When I read this paper, I was struck by the animosity with which the patient is presented. He is continually insulted and demeaned. One physician describes him as “obese, obtuse, obstinate, obstreperous, and obscene”. I was particularly taken aback by the passage which concludes the paper:
