02a U.S. Politics – Conservative

Paramount has been announced as the new future owner of Warner Brothers Discovery. The company’s CEO is a Trump supporter, which makes the staff of CNN very nervous since Warner Brothers Discovery also owns CNN. Netflix was positioned to purchase the property, but public statements by one of their board of directors may have blown the deal for them.

Susan Rice, a long-time Obama-Biden cabinet member, warned corporations that are willing to take a knee to Trump can expect criminal prosecutions when her party returns to power. Calls for Netflix to nix the political terrorist have fallen on deaf ears, leading to a growing movement to boycott Netflix. President Trump amplified the message, posting “Netflix should fire racist, Trump Deranged Susan Rice, IMMEDIATELY, or pay the consequences.”

Susan Rice’s Anti-Trump Rant Blew Netflix’s Bid for Warner Bros. Discovery – slaynews.com

Former Obama-Biden official Susan Rice’s recent comments targeting companies working with President Donald Trump are being blamed for the failure of Netflix’s attempt to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.

Rice, who now serves on Netflix’s board of directors, drew scrutiny after issuing a warning to corporations she accused of “taking a knee” to Trump.

Speaking on the Stay Tuned with Preet Bharara podcast last week, Rice said media companies, Big Tech firms, universities, and other institutions that align with Trump would face consequences if Democrats regain power.

“I think they’ve got another thing coming,” Rice said.

President Trump responded directly, posting:

“Netflix should fire racist, Trump Deranged Susan Rice, IMMEDIATELY, or pay the consequences.”

This afternoon, a bomb squad was deployed to Trump Tower in New York after a suspicious package was discovered.

Reportedly, the item was found in a mailroom.

Transit was disrupted, but thankfully, the package was eventually cleared as a threat.

Newsweek confirmed:

Police said a 911 call was received around 4:20 p.m. after the Secret Service discovered the package inside the building at 725 Fifth Avenue, but no evacuations, injuries or arrests were reported as the investigation continued, the NYPD told Newsweek via phone interview.

A large police and emergency response presence could be seen outside of the building in videos posted to social media.

New York City’s emergency notification system posted on X, “Police Activity: Expect traffic delays, road closures, mass transit disruptions & emergency personnel near 5th Avenue & West 56th Street, Manhattan. Avoid the area.”

NBC New York reported just before 6 p.m. that the package has been cleared as a threat.

Here’s some footage from the scene:

He was wearing a “Property of Allah” shirt and has connections to a local Islamist community with suspicious ties to Islamist terrorist organizations. The attack came just after the Ayatollah Khomeini was confirmed killed in aerial strikes, leading many to believe this was related to the war on Iran.

ALI REACTS: Austin Bar Shooting Leaves 3 Dead, 17 Wounded — Gunman Killed by Police – wltreport.com

The city of Austin, Texas, was on edge in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A gunman opened fire inside a bar in Austin, Texas, resulting in 3 people dead and leaving 17 others wounded.

The suspect in the shooting is still at large, and a motive for the shooting is still being investigated.

CBS reported more on the horrific, deadly shooting and provided a more in depth report:

Gunfire rang out at a bar in Austin, Texas early Sunday and at least three people were killed, the city’s police chief said. Lisa Davis told reporters the shooter was killed by officers at the scene.

Fourteen others were hospitalized and three were in critical condition, Austin-Travis County EMS Chief Robert Luckritz said.

He said paramedics got the call at 1:59 a.m. and first responders were on-scene in less than a minute.

There was no initial word on the shooter’s identity or motive.

Davis noted how fortunate it was that there was a heavy police presence in Austin’s entertainment district at the time, enabling officers to respond quickly as bars were closing.

“Officers immediately transitioned … and were faced with the individual with a gun,” Davis said. “Three of our officers returned fire, killing the suspect.”

She called the shooting a “tragic, tragic” incident.

Whatever the DOJ has on hand that it is calling the Epstein Files, it is hardly as much as what it could have been. According to a just-now exposed testimony by FBI Agent Aaron Spivack, a hack into their NY Field Office during the 2023 Superbowl led to the FBI losing access to more than 500 terabytes of data. 100 Terabytes would turn out to be lost for good.

FBI Computer System Hacked, Millions of Epstein Files Wiped – slaynews.com

A sworn declaration buried in the Trump administration’s recent release of millions of “Epstein Files” documents reveals that an FBI computer system hack resulted in the destruction of roughly 100 terabytes of Jeffrey Epstein-related data.

The September 2024 declaration from FBI agent Aaron Spivack states that a massive breach of the FBI’s New York Field Office (NYFO) systems on Super Bowl Sunday in 2023 led to the Bureau losing access to approximately 500 terabytes of data.

100 terabytes of this data could not be recovered and was permanently erased.

The document had reportedly received little public attention until it was highlighted by independent journalists.

“500 Terabytes of Data Was Gone”

Spivack worked for more than a decade in the FBI’s Domestic Terrorism and Child Exploitation squads, including the Violent Crimes Against Children (VCAC) unit.

He described discovering the intrusion the day after it occurred.

According to his sworn testimony, when he logged into his work computer, he “noticed it had been restarted” and saw a text file indicating part of his network had been compromised, along with an email address to contact.

After running antivirus software, Spivack learned it “identified one potential threat,” but his administrative privileges had already been removed.

He was later told the threat may have been a “booby-trap” left by a hacker.

The Mayor of Arcadia, CA is a naturalized U.S. citizen from China, whose fiancé was recently convicted of being a CCP spy. The fiancé, a green card holder named Yaoning “Mike” Sun, was the fiancé of Mayor Eileen Wang, a Democrat and still probably member of the CCP. She emigrated from China more than 30 years ago.

So far, Wang has refused to resign. This type of CCP activity is only a small part of the rising evidence of widespread CCP influence across both political parties, but significantly more substantively among Democrats, their natural “allies.”

California Mayor Refuses To Resign After Ex-Fiance Went To Prison For Being A CCP Spy – thefederalist.com

A Democratic mayor in a Southern California city is facing pressure to resign after her former fiancé was sentenced to four years in federal prison for acting as an illegal agent of communist China.

Yaoning “Mike” Sun, a Chinese national and U.S. green card holder from Chino Hills, California, received a jail sentence in early February after pleading guilty last year to one count of acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government. From at least 2022 to early 2024, he knowingly carried out directives from Chinese officials without notifying the U.S. government.

Sun’s activities included surveilling groups that the Chinese Communist Party considers threats, such as Falun Gong (a spiritual practice banned in China) practitioners and advocates for the independence of Taiwan, Tibet, or Xinjiang. Additionally, Sun produced and disseminated pro-CCP propaganda through a purported news website targeting the local Chinese American group in the greater Los Angeles area.

A notable instance occurred during Taiwan’s then-President Tsai Ing-wen’s visit to Southern California in 2023, when Sun monitored her movements in real time, photographed supporters and opponents, and reported the intelligence to officials at the Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles…

That “political star” was Eileen Wang, a Democratic politician who immigrated from China more than three decades ago. Sun served as her campaign consultant, treasurer, and adviser during her successful 2022 run for the Arcadia City Council. The two were engaged at the time. The Los Angeles Times revealed that some campaign donations Sun facilitated to Wang came from individuals linked to the Chinese government, with at least one donor registered as a foreign agent.

In December 2022, shortly after her election, Wang publicly called Sun her fiancé and praised his pivotal role in her election victory during a recorded city council meeting.

This Canadian Man Is Poor, So the Government Offered to Kill Him. Here’s What Happened. – townhall.com

Given the insanity that’s gripped Canada, calling a transgender school shooter a ‘gunperson,’ and a host of other social policies that are outright nuts, let’s revisit an old 2022 story about then-54-year-old Amir Farsoud, who was going through the process of government-sponsored suicide.

Farsoud suffers from crippling back pain and couldn’t find a new place to live when his rooming house at the time was up for sale. He couldn’t afford any place to live and barely got by on the $1,200 disability payments he received in Ontario. He wouldn’t make it on the streets, and knowing that, opted to apply for Medical Assistance in Dying (MAIDS). He fit the criteria, but his doctor knew the real reason why Farsoud was applying for MAIDS. He signed off anyway.

In essence, the Canadian government told a poor man that death is an option and that we’re here for you since you can’t find a new home. Farsoud said that he doesn’t want to be dead

Amazon’s Ring Camera has added a Search Party feature critics say enables Amazon to build a pre-crime database the state, or the corporation, could use to quickly tamp down dissent. An email from Ring Founder Jamie Simonoff is giving credence to those concerns.

He wrote, “I believe that the foundation we created with Search Party, first for finding dogs, will end up becoming one of the most important pieces of tech and innovation to truly unlock the impact of our mission. You can now see a future where we are able to zero out crime in neighborhoods. So many things to do to get there, but for the first time ever, we have the chance to fully complete what we started.”

A leaked email from Ring founder Jamie Siminoff is fueling explosive new concerns that the company’s controversial AI-powered “Search Party” feature was never just about finding lost pets.

Instead, critics say it points to something far bigger and far more invasive.

Ring, the Amazon-owned company behind millions of video doorbells across America, debuted Search Party in a high-dollar Super Bowl ad, marketing the tool as a wholesome way to help reunite families with missing pets.

But privacy advocates across the political spectrum immediately raised red flags.

Less than 48 hours after the U.S. and Israel launched their historic air assault on the Iranian Regime, almost all of its top leaders across all major institutions are dead, and that includes the Ayatollah Khomeini, whose 47-year reign of terror over his own people has finally come to an end. His first replacement was killed soon after he was appointed. While the DNC-CCP press mourns his loss, Americans, Iranians, and freedom-loving people of the world celebrate the end of his tyrannical reign.

Justice arrives for Tehran’s terror  – washingtonexaminer.com – written by Mike Pence, former VP and Progmerican rear-guarder.

Operation Epic Fury is off to a strong start, but it will not be without cost. Indeed, fighting has already claimed the lives of American service members. We must honor their sacrifice by ensuring that this mission succeeds. It would be foolish to expect the mullahs to go quietly. They will cling to power with all the desperate cruelty they have shown for decades. The president and Congress must continue to provide our military with the resources, clarity of mission, and unified support necessary to achieve lasting victory over the terrorist regime in Tehran.

Excessive restraint applied before victory is secured will be mistaken for weakness, which will only invite further aggression. History has shown that peace is preserved not by wishful thinking, but by American strength.

The Supreme Court struck down a California policy that essentially allowed schools to secretly transition your children to a different “gender” without your consent. The ruling was 6-3, which means 3 supreme court justices are fundamentally unfit to serve, and probably have suspicious material on their laptops.

The non-child-groomer justices determined, “We conclude that the parents who seek religious exemptions are likely to succeed on the merits of their Free Exercise Clause claim. The parents who assert a free exercise claim have sincere religious beliefs about sex and gender, and they feel a religious obligation to raise their children in accordance with those beliefs. The right protected by these precedents includes the right not to be shut out of participation in decisions regarding their children’s mental health.”

HUGE WIN: Supreme Court BLOCKS California’s ‘Secret Gender Transition’ Law for Kids – wltreport.com

In a huge victory in California, the Supreme Court just struck down a policy allowing for secret “gender transitions” of children in schools.

The new state law barred schools from notifying parents if their kid started identifying as a transgender and forced teachers to use students’ “preferred pronouns” even if they do not align with their biological sex.

For a brief season in Vermont, Christians could not adopt children because of the DNC-controlled state’s presupposition that homosexuality and transgenderism are good and should be celebrated, especially in children. If your belief system falls outside of their pedo-enabling orthodoxy, you cannot adopt a child. After all, if they want to explore sex with a person of their same sex, or explore their non-existent gender choices, your beliefs would prevent them from being terrorized by leftist child groomers.

Now, Vermont has been reeled in after a settlement between the state’s child grooming and terrorizing agency, the Department of Children and Families, and Christian couples who sued for the right to adopt children without bending the knee to the left’s child grooming ideology. Now, the DCF’s new guidelines protect Christians from leftist terrorism. It reads “[a]pplicants’ sincerely held personal, cultural, religious, moral, or philosophical beliefs shall not be considered in the licensing process.”

Vermont Ends Foster-Care LGBTQ Affirmation Requirement After Lawsuit – standingforfreedom.com

State bans on Christians from the foster care system continue to fall after coming up against legal challenges that claim such policies violate the First Amendment’s protections for religious freedom.

The latest is in Vermont, where a settlement has been reached between the state’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) and two Christian couples who were kicked out of the state’s foster care system because they refused to say they would affirm a hypothetical child’s gender confusion.

Pastor Bryan Gantt and his wife, Rebecca, and Pastor Brian Wuoti and his wife, Katy, were once favorites of the Vermont foster care system. The Wuotis became foster parents in 2014 and adopted two boys from the foster care system. The Gantts became foster parents in 2016 and specialized in caring for children born with drug dependency or fetal alcohol syndrome.

… DCF demanded the couples agree to affirm a child’s gender identity if they were ever asked to care for an LGBT child. Due to their religious beliefs, the couples both said they would love and care for an LGBT child, but they wouldn’t lie to them and affirm their gender confusion.

As a result, they were removed from the foster care system, leading to a lawsuit filed on their behalf by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).

On Monday, February 23, ADF issued a statement saying they had reached a settlement with DCF after Vermont created a new policy that no longer requires parents to agree to philosophical statements in order to participate in the foster care system.

Under the settlement, dated February 18, DCF will issue new guidance stating that an “[a]pplicants’ sincerely held personal, cultural, religious, moral, or philosophical beliefs shall not be considered in the licensing process.” DCF also stated that it does not require “endorsement or affirmation of specific identities” nor the “use of particular vocabulary, prescribed language, or preferred pronouns related to gender identity, sexual orientation, or identity expression.”

Parents Get Enormous Payout After School Forces Kids to Read LGBT Books – westernjournal.com

Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland was required to pay parents $1.5 million after forcing their children to read storybooks with homosexual and transgender themes.

In 2023, three sets of parents filed a lawsuit after parental notices and opt-outs were removed before their children were exposed to books about gender transitions and pride parades, according to a report from The Christian Post.

But last June, the Supreme Court ruled that the district had to obtain parental consent before the children were shown the material.

U.S. District Judge Deborah L. Boardman issued a financial judgment on Feb. 19, requiring the school to pay the impacted parents $1.5 million in damages, according to an alert from Becket.

“There absolutely was an imminent threat,” Rubio said. “And the imminent threat was that we knew that if Iran was attacked, and we believed they would be attacked, that they would immediately come after us. And we were not going to sit there and absorb a blow before we responded, because the Department of War assessed that if we did that, if we waited for them to hit us first, after they were attacked by someone else, [if] Israel attacked them, they hit us first, and we waited for them to hit us, we would suffer more casualties and more deaths,” Rubio said.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio expanded on the reasons why the Trump administration chose to launch Operation Epic Fury against Iran, including knowing that Israel already planned an operation.

Rubio said:

“So, the United States conducted this operation with a very clear goal in mind. I haven’t gotten a chance to see a lot of reporting. I don’t understand what the confusion is. Let me explain it to you and I’ll do it, once again, as clearly as possible. Perhaps you’ll report it that way. The United States is conducting an operation to eliminate the threat of Iran’s short range ballistic missiles and the threat posed by their navy, particularly to naval assets. That is what it is focused on doing right now and it’s doing quite successfully. I will leave it to the Pentagon and the Department of War to discuss the tactics behind that and the progress being made. That is the clear objective of this mission.”

“The second question that’s been asked is, why now? Well, there’s two reasons why now. The first is it was abundantly clear that, if Iran came under attack by anyone, the United States or Israel or anyone, they were going to respond and respond against the United States. The orders have been delegated down to the field commanders, it was automatic and in fact, it beared to be true because, in fact, the — within one hour of the initial attack on the leadership compound, the missile forces in the south and in the north, for that matter, had already been activated to la launch. In fact, those are even pre-positioned.”

“The third is the assessment that was made that, if we stood and waited for that attack to come first, before we hit them, we would suffer much higher casualties and so, the President made the very wise decision. We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action. We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces and we knew that, if we didn’t preemptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties and perhaps even higher those killed, and then we would all be here answering questions about why we knew that and didn’t act.”

Because Iran has previously demonstrated its willingness to close the key trade route through the Strait of Hormuz, some media outlets are speculating that oil prices could soar to $100 a barrel or higher. These fears are misplaced. Yes, the price of Brent Crude, the global benchmark, has climbed sharply to around $75 to $78 a barrel. But from the standpoint of economic activity, that is not a particularly troubling price. Several times in the past five years, Brent has traded above $90 a barrel without causing a recession in the U.S. or globally. World markets can weather oil prices in the $70s.

Ndiaga Diagne killed two people and wounded over a dozen more after he opened fire at a bar in Austin on Sunday. During his murderous rampage, he chose a sweatshirt that said “Property of Allah” and a shirt similar to the Iranian flag. Common sense would tell you this was a blatant act of terrorism. Thus, this should be condemned by all elected officials for the sake of the matter that terrorism is bad. Jasmine Crockett, however, did not want to waste time with that and instead thought it was the perfect moment to blame white people for mass shootings.

First, she claimed that the “facts are the facts,” which she then proceeded to mention zero facts. All she did was repeat the leftist lie that illegal immigrants commit fewer crimes than American citizens. While she didn’t say “illegal immigrants,” the left uses the term interchangeably, which is why we know what she meant. This is disproven by the fact that they arrive here committing a crime by not following federal immigration laws. However, considering she’s so stupid and believes illegal immigration is not a crime, she said what she said.
