French President Emmanuel Macron announced on Thursday that he and his nation will formally recognize a “Palestinian State,” rewarding the murderous terrorists who still control Gaza and the West Bank. In an attempt to cover his own backside, Macron ended his statement by saying that Hamas must be “demilitarized” and that this new “Palestinian State” should fully recognize the sovereignty of Israel. Expectedly, he doesn’t bother to explain how he plans to accomplish any of that, nor does he hinge his recognition of said “Palestinian state” on those things being agreed to. They are just idle words from a weak man who leads a weak country that is more than happy to wither away at the hands of Islamists, both domestically and abroad.

A vast network of anti-Israel groups has found “alternative fiscal sponsorships” after a main backer, the Westchester People’s Action Coalition (WESPAC), was exposed in a number of lawsuits as the financial powerhouse underwriting the nationwide campus protest movement, a new watchdog report shows.
WESPAC, a nonprofit headquartered in the affluent New York suburb White Plains, served until recently as the official “fiscal sponsor” for many of the organizations orchestrating violent and often anti-Semitic demonstrations on college campuses across the country. With WESPAC now embroiled in nationwide lawsuits, its partner organizations have been forced to find new benefactors and alternate fundraising channels.

Adam Chamseddine, a Beirut-based reporter, has written or contributed to more than three dozen reports as a freelance contributor for the Journal since last year, including providing coverage of the funeral of slain Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. Chamseddine was also the lead reporter for a story on Israel’s use of pagers to assassinate Hezbollah commanders. And he was one of the reporters for a Journal story last week that Iran is rearming its “militia allies,” like Hezbollah and Yemen’s Houthis.
While writing for the Journal, Chamseddine, a former reporter for the pro-Hezbollah newspaper As-Safir, has expressed stark anti-Israel views while hailing groups like Hezbollah and Hamas.
He has referred to “the Israeli enemy” in multiple social media posts, according to English translations of his missives, written in Arabic. After Hamas’s Oct. 7 attack on Israel, Chamseddine asserted that “female journalists are dismembered by direct Israeli targeting” and criticized what he said was “Israeli criminality” in response to the Hamas attack, while making no similar condemnation of the terrorist group. He touted an interview “for those who want to understand the Hamas movement” with Tarek Hamoud, the head of the Palestinian Return Centre, which has reportedly been linked to Hamas.
