The ruling covers the Comal, Georgetown, Conroe, Flour Bluff, Fort Worth, Arlington, McKinney, Frisco, Northwest, Azle, Rockwall, Lovejoy, Mansfield and McAllen districts. But the ACLU, the ACLU of Texas, Americans United for Separation of Church and State and the Freedom From Religion Foundation are urging all schools to ignore the state’s order.

An Antifa black block assaulted TP-USA members demonstrating on a UC Berkely campus. One of the assaulters is also a DNC Islamist, Jihad Dphrepaulezz, who was caught on video repeatedly punching a Christian demonstrator in the face after yanking his cross necklace off of him. The police responded by arresting the victim, who was later released.

The DOJ has announced an investigation into the incident and the university is claiming it will cooperate with the investigation. It appears the Berkely police allowed Antifa terrorists to “break” their token barriers before they then moved in to arrest the victim of the most violent assault (but not the only one). TPUSA fought back when the police refused to help them.

Moody Bible Institute, an evangelical Protestant college in Illinois, filed a lawsuit Tuesday alleging the Chicago public school system is discriminating against its student teachers because of its Christian mission.

The BBC has upheld a complaint against the newsreader Martine Croxall after she changed the term “pregnant people” to “women” and raised her eyebrows during a news channel broadcast in the summer.

The corporation said its executive complaints unit (ECU) had upheld 20 complaints about the broadcast. It said Croxall’s facial expression “laid it open to the interpretation that it indicated a particular viewpoint in the controversies currently surrounding trans identity”.

And the best for last, a three minute segment on toilet paper being used by mischievous trick or treaters using toilet paper to ‘decorate’ homes and businesses in Heflin, Alabama, something the police are understandably not happy about. Mark Crosby, a lifelong Catholic sidewalk counselor who has spent decades praying for unborn children and offering support to women facing crisis pregnancies, sent a desperate letter Thursday to the DOJ, accusing the Maryland judiciary of a “gross miscarriage of justice” in the sentencing of his attacker.

The appeal comes nearly two years after the May 26, 2023, assault that left Crosby and his 84-year-old friend Richard “Dick” Schaefer, battered and bloodied in broad daylight.

Conservative politicians and Canadians are in an uproar after the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that a mandatory one-year sentence for possessing or accessing child pornography is “unconstitutional.”

The Supreme Court released its ruling on October 31 in a 5-4 decision. The court dismissed the Crown’s appeal of the ruling n 2025 SCC 33 (File No. 40882). The ruling upholds a Quebec Court of Appeal decision, meaning that in such cases moving forward it will be up to the judge to hand over a ruling.

The case was based on a recent argument made by two men from Quebec, who had pleaded guilty to child pornography offenses. The two had argued that a one-year jail sentence was a violation of their Charter right of not being a party to “cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.”

It was the Crown that had asked the Supreme Court to rule that having child pornography is a grave offense worthy of strict sentences, noting the harm it causes the victims and families.
