Antifa Terrorists

Senator Mark Kelly (R-AZ) led 5 Democrat U.S. legislators in a viral video campaign appealing to the military to “refuse illegal orders.” Now, Kelly could face a military recall and court martial, while all six face potential treason charges, The video campaign was called “Don’t Give Up the Ship.” One legislator, Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), when pressed, could not identify any specific “illegal orders.”

President Trump’s suggestion treason means hanging triggered House Democrats to call the Capital Police for reasons not given. Since the viral video, more Democrat legislators have come out in support of the open call for military members and intelligence officials to commit, in essence, treason.

Well-founded suspicion is the Democrats are saying as much as they can say publicly to a sleeper cell that knows they mean insurrection, not defiance of unconstitutional orders. Given the unconstitutional policies of the DNC, this seems a well-founded concern. So far, Pam Bondi has threatened, but not charged, once again.

SEDITION: Pentagon Launches Review of ‘Serious Allegations of Misconduct’ Against Mark Kelly – Geller Report

The Pentagon said Monday that it has received “serious allegations of misconduct” against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) and has initiated a “thorough review” of the allegations. It comes days after the senator, along with a handful of other lawmakers, called on U.S. service members to disobey any illegal orders issued by the Trump administration.

The Department of Defense said it had initiated an investigation to “determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures.”

“This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality,” the statement read. “Further official comments will be limited, to preserve the integrity of the proceedings.”

Kelly said Monday that he had upheld his oath to the Constitution through his time in the Navy and that his time in the military and at NASA was “in service to this country that I love and has given me so much.”

According to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, “we cannot incarcerate our way out of violence.” He justified this by claiming “we tried that and we ended up with the largest prison population in the world without solving the problems of crime and violence.” He added that this is “racist, immoral and unholy” and most certainly “is not the way to drive violence down.”

Now, if Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson has a better idea, we would like to hear it, but I certainly hope he’s not advocating for the release of prisoners. Because if there is one thing you would assume we should agree on, it’s holding people accountable when they commit violence — but something tells me he believes otherwise.

The FBI and Department of Justice have reportedly scheduled appointments to interview the six members of Congress who appeared in a controversial video advising service members to disobey any orders they deem illegal.

The feds, according to Fox News, contacted Capitol Police to schedule the interviews with Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.), Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-Pa.), Rep. Maggie Goodlander (D-N.H.), Rep. Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.), and Rep. Jason Crow (D-Colo.).

The “Seditious Six,” as Republicans have dubbed them, released a video titled “Don’t Give Up the Ship” last Tuesday, calling on members of the military and intelligence community to “refuse illegal orders.”

The video sparked a major backlash among top Republicans, including President Trump, who accused the Democrat lawmakers of engaging in “seditious behavior” that is “punishable by death.”

Our society has systematically poisoned the relationship between men and women. Nothing makes this clearer than listening to state Rep. Aftyn Behn speak about her obsession with gaining power.

Behn is the Democratic nominee in Tennessee’s 7th Congressional District special election set for Dec. 2 following Republican Rep. Mark Green’s resignation. In an audio recording released Monday, a woman believed to be Behn says that rather than having dreams about marriage and children, she frequently imagines standing in a cafeteria professing her desire for power in front of other women.

“My therapist always asks me to transcribe my dreams when they happen. And the recurring dream I’ve had is standing up in a cafeteria full of women — I don’t know why it was there or whatever — and saying, ‘I don’t want children, I want power,’ and just screaming it at the top of my lungs,” Behn is allegedly heard saying.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has noticed every aspect of Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona’s recent flirtation with sedition.

Monday on the social media platform X, Kelly posted an arrogant series of comments about his career of service in the U.S. Navy and at NASA, accompanied by a partial photo of his medal-adored Navy uniform.

In a remarkable reply posted Tuesday morning on X, Hegseth chastised Kelly for incorrect uniform display.

“So ‘Captain’ Kelly, not only did your sedition video intentionally undercut good order & discipline … but you can’t even display your uniform correctly,” Hegseth wrote. “Your medals are out of order & rows reversed. When/if you are recalled to active duty, it’ll start with a uniform inspection.”

Blurb:

What’s the old expression? Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Six Democrats who made the video encouraging members of the military to refuse “illegal orders” stepped right into that old maxim. The video caused righteous furor and understandable concern about the effect it could have. The six Democrats were Reps. Chris Deluzio (PA-17), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-6), Maggie Goodlander (NH-2), and Jason Crow (CO-6), along with Sens. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ). Kelly alleged without evidence in the video that “this administration” was “pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.”

The Department of War announced it would be reviewing allegations of misconduct against Kelly over the clip. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth slammed the video as a “politically-motivated influence operation” and noted they hadn’t outlined any specific illegal orders. Kelly was asked about this on MS NOW on Monday, and again, he couldn’t list anything.

“In the military, vague rhetoric and ambiguity undermines trust, creates hesitation in the chain of command, and erodes cohesion,” Hegseth wrote. “The military already has clear procedures for handling unlawful orders. It does not need political actors injecting doubt into an already clear chain of command.”

Blurb:

One wonders: Have the Democrats thought this through? Do they have an endgame?

Either way, their reckless rhetoric can only lead to a dark place — as it has already.

Monday on CNN’s “The Arena with Kasie Hunt,” Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego of Arizona appeared to threaten “consequences” for military service members who take part in a potential court-martial of his colleague, Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona.

In a clip posted to the social media platform X, host Kasie Hunt asked Gallego about his “level of trust in the U.S. military justice system,” to which the senator, with shocking brazenness, replied that service members need to remember that President Donald Trump will not be around to protect them forever.

“I trust them, actually, a lot,” Gallego began.

As RedState has reported, the fallout from the video released last Tuesday by six Democrat members of Congress has intensified, with President Trump calling their actions “seditious” and Department of War Secretary Pete Hegseth announcing an investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), one of the participants in the video.

Kelly alleged without evidence that “this administration” was “pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens.” At a later point, he stated that “You can refuse illegal orders.” At no point, however, did any of the participants, which included Reps. Chris Deluzio (PA-17), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), Maggie Goodlander (NH-02), Jason Crow (CO-06), and Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) – share what those “illegal orders” might be.

Blurb:

Kentucky Democrat Amy McGrath is the latest Democrat to come out in favor of her colleagues’ seditious video calling on our troops and the intelligence community to defy “unlawful orders” from President Trump.

In the days since that video has made the rounds, the some of the six Democrats included in the video have been unable to name any illegal orders President Trump has actually given. That includes Elissa Slotkin and Jason Crow. Other Democrats, including Amy Klobuchar, also can’t name a single illegal order President Trump has given. Instead, they point to the overreach of activist judges who simply ruled against President Trump because they don’t like his policies.

See the clever little game here? Get a judge to rule that anything President Trump does is illegal, and voila! it’s an “unlawful order.”

Blurb:

Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) is irate over news that his colleague, Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), is the subject of a Department of War investigation for taking part in a video urging military members to defy orders from their superiors.

So much so that he’s seemingly issuing threats to anyone who takes part in that investigation.

A Department of War statement issued Monday stated Kelly had been accused of “serious allegations of misconduct” and that further actions against him are under consideration—including a potential court-martial or other “administrative measures.”

Blurb:

Senator Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), one of the Democrat lawmakers who appeared in a controversial video in which participants suggested that military service members should disobey President Donald Trump, conceded Sunday that she was not aware of any “illegal” orders issued by the president.

The controversy erupted earlier this week when Senators Mark Kelly (D-AZ), Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and a number of House Democrats, all of whom have backgrounds in the military or intelligence community, released a video in which they urged military personnel to disobey “illegal” orders.

“We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now, Americans trust their military, but that trust is at risk. This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence community professionals against American citizens like us. You all swore an oath to protect and defend this constitution,” the lawmakers said in the video.

“Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home. Our laws are clear,” they added. “You can refuse illegal orders…you must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our constitution.”

Democratic House leadership members announced Thursday that they had contacted Capitol Police in response to President Donald Trump labeling a video some of their members released “seditious” and an act of “traitors.”

On Tuesday, six Democrats appeared in a video posted on social media, instructing those serving in the military and the intelligence community to disobey Trump’s orders if they deem them unlawful or in violation of the Constitution.

Democratic Sens. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan and Mark Kelly of Arizona were joined by House Reps. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, and Jason Crow of Colorado, all of whom identified themselves as veterans of the military or intelligence agencies.

“We want to speak directly to members of the military and intelligence community,” they began.

Seth Sikes, Lynette Read Sharp, Nathan Baumann, Joy Abigail Gibson, and John Phillip Thomas have become the first Antifa terrorists convicted of providing material support to terrorists. They were arrested during the assault on the ICE Prairieland facility in Alvarado, TX. Each person could spend up to 15 years in prison.

The group plead guilty under the following terms: “Beginning on or about July 3, 2025, and continuing until on or about July 4, 2025, in the Northern District of Texas, [defendant name] planned with others to provide resources and personnel, including [himself/herself], knowing and intending that they would be used to carry out acts of terrorism.”

Texas Anti-ICE Attackers Become First Antifa Terrorists Convicted – PJ Media

In Texas, a group of anti-ICE attempted murderers has become the first Antifa terrorists to be convicted for domestic terrorism since Donald Trump so designated the radical leftist movement.

Seth Sikes, Lynette Read Sharp, Nathan Baumann, Joy Abigail Gibson, and John Phillip Thomas have gone down in history in the worst way possible as the first convicted Antifa terrorists. They fired on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility, injuring an officer, in July during an ambush in Dallas.

Two of the DNC’s top funders, George Soros and Reid Hoffman, may soon be facing federal prosecution of Trump’s recent comments regarding the two men. Trump was addressing the anti-ICE terror attacks by ANTIFA black blocs when he claimed, “These are paid agitators… They’re committing acts of political terrorism on American soil. They’re funded by rich radical-left people — Soros, maybe Hoffman — and they’re going to have some problems.”

In a White House presser, the President would later confirm his intentions to begin a RICO investigation into ALL the Antifa funders. He said of these funders “…we’re going to find out if they are funding these things. They’re going to have some problems because they’re agitators and they’re anarchists.”

President Donald Trump raised the prospect of War Secretary Pete Hegseth and military courts looking into Democrats the president has accused of sedition for their appeal to active service members and intelligence operatives to defy illegal orders from their commander in chief.

Trump made the comments during an interview with Fox News Radio’s Brian Kilmeade on Friday, but the president did underscore that he doesn’t “know for a fact” that Hegseth is investigating the matter.

“I think Pete Hegseth is looking into it. I know they’re looking into it militarily. I don’t know for a fact, but I think the military is looking into it, the military courts.”

Trump has seized on a video this week made by Democratic lawmakers who served either in the military or the country’s national security apparatus, in which they implore military and intelligence personnel to disobey orders they allege are unlawful without specifying which ones.

Concha joined Fox News’s Hannity on Thursday to discuss the video, which features Sens. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA). The lawmakers, all military veterans, warn of “threats to our Constitution” and repeatedly tell military and intelligence personnel to refuse unlawful commands, though they do not specify what orders they consider illegal.

Concha said their message undermines the principle of civilian control of the armed forces.

“The president is called the commander in chief for a reason,” Concha said. “He gives a command, and the military follows that command — no ambiguity, no interpretation, no debate. That’s how it’s always been and how it should be.”

Concha questioned what would happen if service members decided mid-mission that they believed an assignment might be unlawful.

From our watchtower here at the Media Research Center, we have identified a recent and nasty trend emerging from the Elitist Media. It’s called “Trumpwashing”: that phenomenon wherein the media withhold covering some Democrat scandal until President Donald Trump opines on it, with President Trump’s statement being covered as if it were the scandal, rather than the underlying and until now suppressed Democrat event.

The latest instance of a Trumpwashed scandal: the video, published by six Democrat members of Congress calling on members of the Armed Forces and Intelligence Agencies to disobey unspecified “illegal” orders. The media held their tongues on the video until Trump spoke up, and the rest is history.

As an evidentiary sample, we submit for your consideration the totality of the Trumpwashed report aired on NBC Nightly News (click “expand” to view full transcript):

A violent “protester” named “Jihad” was arrested on charges of assault and robbery following a brutal confrontation at a Turning Point USA rally at the University of California, Berkeley.

Antifa thugs attacked conservative attendees at the event on November 10, marking the two-month anniversary of the organization’s founder, Charlie Kirk, Breitbart reported.

The man in custody allegedly stole a necklace from someone in the crowd, which led to a fight.

Both the victim, who was wearing a red shirt emblazoned with “Freedom” like the one Kirk wore on the day he died, and the alleged perpetrator, Jihad Dphrepaulezz, were left bloody from the confrontation.

A spokesman for the Berkeley Police Department said:

“Officers determined that one of the men — Jihad Dphrepaulezz — had stolen the other man’s chain from around his neck.

The chaos, harassment, and violence that unfolded at a recent TPUSA event at UC Berkeley were so bad that the Department of Justice and FBI are now investigating.

“Antifa is an existential threat to our nation,” Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote on X following the event. “The violent riots at UC Berkeley last night are under full investigation by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force. We will continue to spare no expense unmasking all who commit and orchestrate acts of political violence.”

Alongside comedian Rob Schneider, author Frank Turek hosted the Turning Point event that packed the university’s Zellerbach Hall — and he’s telling BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey what really happened.

“Antifa was there, obviously. They were hurling insults and slurs at the people trying to get in. They set off fireworks, which sounded like gunfire, so people were scrambling,” Turek explains.

An Antifa black block assaulted TP-USA members demonstrating on a UC Berkely campus. One of the assaulters is also a DNC Islamist, Jihad Dphrepaulezz, who was caught on video repeatedly punching a Christian demonstrator in the face after yanking his cross necklace off of him. The police responded by arresting the victim, who was later released.

The DOJ has announced an investigation into the incident and the university is claiming it will cooperate with the investigation. It appears the Berkely police allowed Antifa terrorists to “break” their token barriers before they then moved in to arrest the victim of the most violent assault (but not the only one). TPUSA fought back when the police refused to help them.

BLOODY BERKELEY: Jihad Attacks on Christians At Turning Point Event – Geller Report

A Muslim far-left extremist who severely beat a TPUSA attendee on the face after robbing him at UC Berkeley has been identified as Jihad Dphrepaulezz.

The victim was bloodied and the leftists cheered. The Muslim attack beat the victim and ripped his cross necklace off his neck.

The left/Islamic axis is the ruin of the free world.

The 25-year-old listed CA Public Health as his employer. Dphrepaulezz is a rapper known as “A.R. The Believer.” He tried desperately to hide his face from the cameras after his disguise was pulled off. He came to the attack wearing gloves.

Dphrepaulezz attends the Lighthouse Mosque in Oakland, Calif.

Higher education may have reached another turning point. As we have documented over the last few days, an event for Turning Point USA at UC-Berkeley was met with a violent mob. These were not ‘protesters and demonstrators’ as the media loves to call them.

These were people who were there to celebrate the death of Charlie Kirk, keep the TPUSA event from happening, and hurt the people who showed up for the event.

The DOJ has already launched an investigation, and Berkeley has signaled its willingness to cooperate. This investigation absolutely needs to happen. Enough is enough.

The Colorado Antifa groups put out a hit list flyer on the college student, which accused the sophomore of being “an active member” of “neo-Nazi organizations.”

Police in Boulder, Colorado are searching for a suspect accused of attacking a 19-year-old Turning Point USA student leader near the University of Colorado, Boulder on Thursday evening. The attacker is suspected to be an Antifa member.

The incident occurred at around 7 pm on Thursday evening in the 2700 block of Baseline Road. Officers arrived at the scene after the male victim who was out on his bicycle called 911 to report that he was assaulted by a man on roller blades. The suspect came up to the victim from behind and assaulted him both verbally and with a hockey stick. “The victim was not seriously injured and declined medical treatment,” Boulder Police said in a press release.

What really happens at these so-called peaceful No Kings rallies? BlazeTV host Alex Stein went inside a Dallas, Texas, protest to find out — and the footage was anything but peaceful.

In a clip of Stein walking through the protest, he’s swarmed by screaming leftists, calmly talking to the camera, before one protester steals his hat in an attempt to shut him down.

“Someone who was truly anti-fascist would want as much speech as possible, wouldn’t they? Wouldn’t they? I mean, after all, fascism always involves suppression of dissent and censorship of unwanted speech. Those are, like, two key components of fascism. Tyranny always shuts dissenting speech down,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says, disturbed by Stein’s experience.

There it was right there in the middle of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision that told elected officials they weren’t the boss over President Donald Trump federalizing the Oregon National Guard.

There was a list explaining the protest activity outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) HQ by Antifa, and the Portland Police Bureau’s enabling of the lawbreaking and antisocial behavior, including this item:

September 6, there were 50 to 60 “very active protest[e]rs/black blockers/agitators” at the gate. There was lots of noise, flashing lights, and swinging sticks. [Federal Protective Service] was pushing out to allow vehicles to enter, and the PPB observed approximately 50 people in the driveway. FPS had 26 officers on duty.

And here’s another example, carried out right under the noses of the Portland Police Bureau, which the court felt compelled to mention in the federal case.
