DNC Criminal Investigations

Blurb:

This may surprise you, but Democrat thought leader Jasmine Crockett is spreading an invalid truth about border patrol. I know, right? Next, I’ll say that rain is wet. What’s different between this lie and every other lie that Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) in the name of open borders is that her story has been debunked since 2021. Remember the border patrol agent “whipping” a Haitian migrant?

This is a good story to have in your back pocket since 98.6% of the anti-ICE stories coming from the media and the democrat party (but I repeat myself) always wind up being bullplop once facts and evidence crack in. Which says nothing of the unintentional comedy of Democrats thinking Haiti is a sh*thole now after claiming it was a beautiful Island paradise when Trump called it a sh*thole.

Wisconsin activist Judge Hannah Dugan has finally stepped down, bowing to intense pressure from Republican lawmakers ready to impeach her over a felony conviction tied to obstructing federal immigration enforcement.

Dugan resigned on Saturday after being convicted on December 19, 2025, for aiding an illegal alien in evading federal officers, a move that sparked a GOP push for her removal.

For hardworking taxpayers in Wisconsin, this scandal is a direct hit to public trust and a financial burden as legal proceedings and potential impeachment processes rack up costs to the state.

“The retirement grade determination process directed by Secretary Hegseth will be completed within forty five days.”

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced on Monday that the Pentagon is taking administrative action against Senator Mark Kelly, a former Navy Captain, for his role in a late 2025 video in which he and other lawmakers, dubbed the “Seditious Six,” called for active duty troops to “refuse illegal orders.” Hegseth said that the Pentagon has initiated “retirement grade determination proceedings,” with a reduction in grade resulting in a reduction in retired pay.

Hegseth said, “Six weeks ago, Senator Mark Kelly — and five other members of Congress — released a reckless and seditious video that was clearly intended to undermine good order and military discipline. As a retired Navy Captain who is still receiving a military pension, Captain Kelly knows he is still accountable to military justice. And the Department of War — and the American people — expect justice.”

Blurb:

“It appears that never in our nation’s history has the Executive Branch imposed military sanctions on a Member of Congress for engaging in disfavored political speech.”

Senator Mark Kelly has filed a lawsuit against Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, Secretary of the Navy John Phelan, the Department of War, and the Department of the Navy over the Pentagon’s move to censor and reduce the rank of the lawmaker, who is a former Navy Captain, for his role in what has been called the “Seditious Six” video. Kelly and other lawmakers called for active duty troops to “refuse illegal orders” in the late 2025 video.

In the complaint, filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday, Kelly claimed that the actions from the Pentagon violate the First Amendment, writing that it “forbids the government and its officials from publishing disfavored expression or retaliating against protected speech. That prohibition applies with particular force to legislators speaking on matters of public policy.”

Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., is under investigation by federal prosecutors after appearing in a video with fellow Democrats urging members of the military and intelligence community not to follow illegal orders, her office confirmed Tuesday.

Slotkin told The New York Times she learned of the probe from the office of Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia. Her office confirmed her account to NBC News but offered no further details.

“Facts matter little, but the threat matters quite a bit,” Slotkin told the Times. “The threat of legal action; the threat to your family; the threat to your staff; the threat to you.”

Slotkin, a former CIA officer who served in Iraq, is the second lawmaker tied to the video to face scrutiny after its release in November.

Of course, it was an anti-Trump FBI agent. If the Russian collusion hoax, Crossfire Hurricane, and, on a lesser note, the creepy visits to those who posted anti-Biden memes weren’t evidence enough, that’s how the Arctic Frost probe began. It was an agent on a reported vendetta that spurred a mass surveillance operation that eventually covered the entire conservative movement.

The late Charlie Kirk and his Turning Point USA were targeted, along with Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). It was a fishing expedition with no smoking gun. The basis of the investigation stemmed from the shenanigans from the 2020 election. Oh, and did I forget to mention that Trump’s phone was seized during this operation (via JustTheNews):

An FBI supervisor who openly opposed Donald Trump on social media played a crucial role in igniting the controversial Arctic Frost probe, pressing to add the former president as a formal subject of the investigation and circulating articles from liberal activists and leftwing news sources to make his case, according to evidence recently turned over to Congress and obtained by Just the News.

Special Agent Timothy Thibault, who left his role as the assistant agent in charge of its Washington field office in August 2022 after his anti-Trump social posts became public, organized the initial electronic communication that authorized the start of the Arctic Frost probe.

Secretary of War Pete Hegseth issued a letter of censure and moved to demote retired captain and sitting Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) over a video he and other lawmakers made warning service members not to carry out illegal orders.

Hegseth announced the decision on Monday, saying that the department “has initiated retirement grade determination proceedings under 10 U.S.C. § 1370(f), with reduction in his retired grade resulting in a corresponding reduction in retired pay.” He also issued a letter of censure, which he said will be in Kelly’s permanent military personnel file.

“You want something to investigate as a legislature, investigate how many times they’ve called me the N-word.”

During a Georgia Senate Special Committee on Investigations hearing on Wednesday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was triggered when investigators showed invoices from her former boyfriend Nathan Wade to the Fulton County DA’s office. Instead of responding to questions about them, she called for investigators to look into “how many times they’ve called me the N-word.” She had been called into the legislature to answer for alleged misconduct in her since-dropped 2020 RICO election case against Trump.

“I don’t review those documents,” Willis told lawmakers, “so you’re asking me to look at documents that I haven’t for the first time. What I can tell you is that I allowed Mr. Wade to bill 160 hours a week, and then Mr. Wade would be the first one in the office, making sure that my staff arrived. He corrected their behavior. They thought that 8:30 meant 8:30. He taught them that 8:30 means 7:45. He got there before them, he left after them.” The response came during questioning on how much special prosecutor Nathan Wade was paid. Willis said that she had never seen the invoices displayed during the hearing.

A Pentagon spokesperson announced Monday that the department is “escalating” a preliminary review into “serious allegations of misconduct” against Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ), following his role in a controversial video reminding troops they can disobey orders from their superiors that they feel are “unlawful”—a move the Trump administration slams as undermining military discipline.

The review, reported on by RedState’s Becca Lower late last week, had been initiated by the Pentagon’s Office of General Counsel to determine possible punishments for the retired naval captain.

Now, Captain Kelly is facing “an official Command Investigation,” according to the spokesperson.

“The Office of the Secretary of War, in conjunction with the Department of War’s Office of the General Counsel, is escalating the preliminary review of Captain Mark Kelly, USN (Ret.), to an official Command Investigation,” the Department of War official said in a statement sent to Breitbart News.

Former FBI Director James Comey got another assist from a Clinton-appointed judge Friday as the Justice Department looks to hold him accountable for his role in Russiagate.

Last month, U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Clinton appointee, ruled that Interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was incorrectly appointed and therefore, the charges brought by her office against Comey were “defective.”

“All actions flowing from Ms. Halligan’s defective appointment … constitute unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside,” the judge wrote.

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced at the time that the Justice Department would be appealing the ruling.

Blurb:

Anyone who has been anticipating an announcement from the U.S. military about potential permanent fallout for former servicemembers or intelligence agency staffers over the release of that “illegal orders” video by six now-national Democrat lawmakers could be one step closer to hearing some news.

As many RedState readers know, among the lawmakers was Arizona’s senior senator, Mark Kelly, and it was Kelly whom the Pentagon singled out for a review for “serious allegations of misconduct.” Secretary of War Pete Hegseth ordered the Navy through a memorandum in late Nov. to take a long look into it, and submit a report with their findings/recommended actions. And as we wrote, it could be just the starting line on bad news for the so-called ‘seditious six.’

Federal prosecutors say Oklahoma City BLM leader Tashella Sheri Amore Dickerson spent five years looting more than $3 million meant for bail assistance and social-justice programs — secretly routing returned bail checks into her own accounts to bankroll luxury vacations, shopping sprees, groceries, a car, and six properties. Dickerson, who led the chapter since 2016, allegedly diverted $3.15 million in grant money funneled through the Alliance for Global Justice, filing fraudulent reports while using BLM’s bank, PayPal, and CashApp accounts as her personal ATM. She now faces 20 counts of wire fraud and five counts of money laundering — charges carrying decades in federal prison — even as she bizarrely claims the indictment simply proves she was “doing the work.”

And every woke American company donated millions to this racist grift.

Thanks in part to holdups on Trump U.S. attorney confirmations by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), charges filed by Trump appointed U.S. attorney Linda Halligan against DNC operatives have been dismissed. U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie dismissed the charges against former FBI Director James Comey and current Fulton County Attorney General Leticia James.

The Judge ruled the Halligan was inappropriately appointed and thus has no authority to file charges before a U.S. court. Since the judge dismissed the charges, they can be brought again. Grassley held up the confirmation of Lindsey Halligan using a Senate traditional rule called the “blue slip,” which allows a home-state Senator to hold up any confirmations of their constituents for any reason.

Legal Expert Jonathan Turley Explains Why Comey and James Are Not Out of the Woods Yet, Despite Cases Being Dismissed – Western Journal

George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley made clear on Monday why former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James are not out of legal jeopardy yet.

Earlier in the day, U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, a Bill Clinton appointee, ruled that Interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was incorrectly appointed, and therefore, the indictments brought by her office against Comey and James were “defective.”

“All actions flowing from Ms. Halligan’s defective appointment … constitute unlawful exercises of executive power and must be set aside,” the judge wrote.

US Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel have provided Congress with new evidence detailing Clinton Foundation corruption.

The IRS began investigating the Clinton Foundation in 2019 but abruptly stopped and cut off whistleblowers, according to memos obtained by Just The News over the summer.

“Can’t talk about the CF [Clinton Foundation],” one of the memos stated as it cut off the two Clinton Foundation whistleblowers. On Tuesday, Just The News reported that Patel and Bondi have given Congress a new tranche of documents showing the Clinton Foundation took donor money from foreigners seeking influence.

It’s a cornucopia of identity politics where a black lesbian confronts a white man about a trans woman whipping out her junk in the locker room. And you’ll never guess whose side Rep. Eric Swallows, who is now running for California Governor, is on. Ackshually, we can pretty much guess, but he ran away instead of answering, so we don’t know for sure.

Tish Hyman went viral for expressing her disapproval of Alexis Black exposing herself in the women’s locker room at a Los Angeles Gold’s Gym. Alexis used to be Grant Freeman and still had Grant’s genitalia, so of course Hyman got thrown out of the gym since it’s Los Angeles and trans outranks black lesbian on the left’s pound-for-pound most marinalized rankings.

Side note: When Alexis Black was Grant Freeman, s/he pleaded guilty in 2022 to savagely beating his wife. Unclear is whether they/them identified as a woman at the time.

Blurb:

A federal judge gave New York Attorney General Letitia James and former FBI Director James Comey a bit of a reprieve when he threw out the Justice Department’s indictments against them.

But this does not mean they will get off scot-free.

U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie on Monday dismissed the indictments against the two individuals after determining that the appointment of Interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was not valid. He argued that after an interim U.S. attorney’s term expires, it is up to the district court to appoint a replacement. In Halligan’s case, Attorney General Pam Bondi appointed  her instead of the court.

Blurb:

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey praised the Democrat-aligned federal judge who dismissed the criminal case against him this week.

Comey is arguing that the indictment was driven by political animus and mishandled by prosecutors.

The ruling, however, is already being challenged by President Donald Trump’s administration.

The Trump admin maintains that the case was properly brought and plans to continue pursuing legal action.

Activist Judge Cameron Currie, a Bill Clinton appointee, threw out the false-statements charges on Monday.

Blurb:

A federal judge’s decision to toss the indictments against former FBI boss James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James has exposed an embarrassing failure on Capitol Hill, where Senate Republicans clung to a dusty procedural tradition that wound up blowing up two high-profile cases.

The ruling rested on the Senate’s use of the “blue slip” custom, a nearly century-old courtesy that lets home-state senators block federal nominees. Instead of scrapping what critics say has become a partisan choke point, Republicans — led by Sen. Chuck Grassley — stuck to the practice and watched it boomerang.

Grassley’s refusal to move past the blue slip stalled the confirmation of Lindsey Halligan, the Trump-picked prosecutor who led both cases. Because Halligan was never confirmed, the judge ruled she couldn’t legally handle the prosecutions, leaving the Justice Department sidelined by Senate inertia rather than the strength of the evidence.

Blurb:

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said Monday that the Department of Justice (DOJ) will pursue “all available legal action” after a federal judge dismissed high-profile criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Bondi spoke in Memphis while highlighting the city’s “Safe Task Force.”

She addressed the decision by U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie, who ruled that the prosecutor handling the indictments, Lindsey Halligan, had not been lawfully appointed as interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

The ruling accepted the argument from Comey’s legal team that Halligan’s appointment was invalid, rendering both indictments defective.

Blurb:

An unelected, inferior-court activist judge tossed the grand jury indictment against disgraced former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James on Monday, arguing that federal prosecutor Lindsay Halligan was unlawfully appointed.

Judge Cameron Currie, a Clinton appointee, ruled Monday that Halligan was unlawfully appointed and that the indictments against both Comey and James are invalid.

“On September 25, 2025, Lindsey Halligan, a former White House aide with no prior prosecutorial experience, appeared before a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia. Having been appointed Interim U.S. Attorney by the Attorney General just days before, Ms. Halligan secured a two-count indictment charging former FBI Director James B. Comey, Jr. with
making false statements to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding,” Currie wrote.

Democrat voters’ feverish devotion to their party — “vote blue no matter who” — comes with tremendous irony that escapes their notice.

In short, elected Democrats regard voters, even their own voters, as morons.

Friday on CNN’s “The Story Is with Elex Michaelson,” Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California, who announced his candidacy for the California governorship on Thursday, put forth a preposterous “vote by phone” proposal for the Golden State.

“I want us to be able to vote by phone,” Swalwell said in a clip posted to the social media platform X.

Even the host sought clarification.

“Vote by phone?” Michalson interjected in a tone that reflected a polite attempt to conceal disbelief.

Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) has announced plans to run for governor of California in 2026. He is also facing potential DOJ charges after Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), sent a letter to the Department of Justice recommending charges for the gubernatorial candidate.

The recommended charges are connected to claims he has used on mortgage applications claiming his $1.2 million Washington D.C. townhouse was his primary residency while he was representing California’s 14th District (which he still does).

Eric Swalwell Criminally Referred to DOJ on Mortgage Fraud, Tax Fraud Allegations – American Greatness

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) has reportedly been criminally referred to the Department of Justice for a potential federal probe into allegations of mortgage fraud, state and local tax fraud, wire fraud and insurance fraud.

Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), sent a letter sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi on Wednesday, alleging that Swalwell may have made false or misleading statements in loan documents, NBC reported on Thursday.

The allegations are reportedly tied to his $1.2 million Washington, D.C., townhouse, which Swalwell listed as his primary residence in 2022, despite representing California’s 14th District and maintaining ties there.

New court filings show that former FBI Director James Comey’s indictment on charges of obstructing justice and making false statements to Congress was properly voted on by members of the grand jury.

Lindsey Halligan, the interim U.S. Attorney had admitted to the trial judge on Wednesday that the full grand jury never saw the final version of the charges against Comey.

Comey’s defense team had seized upon that admission as a possible misstep which could doom the prosecution’s case, but filings from Halligan’s office later that same day appear to show that correct procedures were followed and that the charges remain legally valid.

Blurb:

Earlier this week, the American people were “reliably” informed by the left-wing press that the full grand jury that indicted disgraced former FBI Director James Comey did not see the final indictment.

“Judge grills government over apparent lapses in Comey indictment,” ABC News’ Peter Charalambous, Alexander Mallin, Katherine Faulders, and Nicholas Kerr wrote on November 19. According to the quartet, U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan “told a judge … that the full grand jury that indicted Comey did not see the final indictment — only the foreperson and another grand juror did.”

It was the same claim made by The Guardian’s Sam Levine, who headlined his piece: “Full grand jury didn’t see final Comey indictment, prosecutors admit.”

As more candidates throw their hats in the ring ahead of the 2026 midterms, yet another Democrat has joined the fray to succeed one of the most infamous governors in America.

Anti-Trump Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell announced on Thursday that he will be running for governor of California in 2026.

‘I love California. It’s the greatest country in the world.’

Swalwell, who spearheaded Trump’s second impeachment, made the announcement on a segment of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” a show for which President Trump has repeatedly expressed his distaste.

Democrat operative Dana Williamson, after years of leading a luxury lifestyle, now faces numerous charges of fraud and false statements related to her alleged role in stealing campaign funds and mischaracterizing more than $1 million in self-indulgent spending as business expenses.

Williamson, California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff, was released on $500,000 bond after pleading not guilty Wednesday to 23 charges related to her political work. She is charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to interfere with government function and obstruct justice, and false statements related to alleged crimes committed between February 2022 and September 2024, according to the indictment.

Williamson exited the governor’s office in December 2024. She owns a public affairs, lobbying, and political consulting business and is well known in California political circles. Williamson, who became Newsom’s chief of staff in 2022, was “hailed by her allies as the governor’s ‘political assassin,’” according to Politico, and Newsom praised “her insight, tenacity, and big heart” when she left the position.

More top officials of the Democratic Party’s insurrectionist lawfare machine now face subpoenas from a Florida grand jury. The Grand Jury is investigating the DNC’s insurrectionist “Operation Arctic Frost,” which sought to use the DOJ to destroy political opposition to the soviet-styled party, the Democratic Party.

Included in the list are former CIA Director John Brennan and two former FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok. These three were key leaders in the Progmerican operation intended to overthrow the republic and replace it with the Soviet Progmerica.

Blurb:

A federal grand jury in Florida has subpoenaed former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok and will soon be serving a number of other former Obama-era officials as part of the Justice Department’s ongoing probe into the Russian collusion hoax.

Strzok, the FBI’s former deputy assistant director of counterintelligence and Page, a former FBI lawyer, were served with federal subpoenas on Friday. Strzok played a leading role both in quashing the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server in 2016, and was later instrumental in the formation of Crossfire Hurricane, the bureau’s official title for the investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election on behalf of President Donald Trump.

“All proper paperwork for this standard donation is on file,” Bowser’s office said.

Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is reportedly the target of a federal corruption investigation over a trip she took with members of staff that was paid for by Qatar.

People familiar with the matter told the New York Times that the inquiry is based on potential bribery or campaign finance law violations. The investigation has reportedly been underway for months, and is being handled by the US Attorney’s Office in Washington.

Bowser’s office said in a written statement, “This was a business trip. DC representatives regularly travel to promote Washington as a destination for investment and growth.” The office said that those efforts have brought business to the city. “All proper paperwork for this standard donation is on file.”

The probe began after a local news report in April 2025 regarding Bowser and four members of her staff traveling to Dubai in 2023 for a United Nations conference. The mayor’s office said when asked about the trip that it had been paid for by the DC Chamber of Commerce, however, the office later claimed that it had been covered by the US Conference of Mayors.
