NEW OVERNIGHT … TOM HOMAN IS COMING FOR NJ GOVERNOR … DW: Border Czar Homan: I’ll Prosecute NJ Governor If He’s Concealing An Illegal Alien (VIDEO)

“Let me read a headline to you: ‘Chicago leaders encourage residents to exercise their rights in resisting Trump’s deportation policies.’ The governor of New Jersey, Phil Murphy, basically admitted he knew somebody that didn’t have full documentation that he was hiding over his garage. Your comment on all of that?” Fox news host Sean Hannity asked Homan.

“I think the governor is pretty foolish … I got note of it. Won’t let it go. We’ll look into it. And if he’s knowingly, knowingly  harboring, concealing an illegal alien, that’s a violation of Title VIII, United States Code 1324. I would seek prosecution or the Secretary would seek prosecution,” Homan answered.

“So maybe he’s bluffing; maybe he’s not; we’ll deal with that,” he continued., then turned to sanctuary cities.

Protesters were seen shutting down traffic on the 101 Freeway in Downtown Los Angeles on Sunday while waving Mexican flags in opposition to ongoing ICE raids in the city and elsewhere in the United States.

The protests reportedly began on Olvera Street and later grew to a few thousand people as they marched on City Hall and later to the 101 Freeway where they shut down traffic. While some in the crowd waved American flags, a majority were waving Mexican flags or flags from other countries south of the Southern Border. Video of the protest began circulating online:

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has revoked temporary protected status, known as TPS, for over 300,000 Venezuelans in the US. This means that those Venezuelans who were given protection by the US government from returning to their home countries in turmoil could face deportation if they don’t choose to return on their own. This includes any members of violent gang Tren de Aragua who may be in the US on this program.

Venzuelans who are in the US on this program will lose their status within 60 days of the termination notice. As Trump has been issuing deportations of Venzuelans who are illegally in the US, he has been in contact with the President Nicolás Maduro about accepting those immigrants home, per The New York Times. Over one million people are in the US with this status.

A memorandum of understanding between the State of Texas and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will give Texas National Guard soldiers the authority to make immigration arrests within the state, Breitbart reports.

“Governor Greg Abbott, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the Texas National Guard continue to work together with the Trump Administration to secure the border; stop the smuggling of drugs, weapons, and people into Texas; and prevent, detect, and interdict transnational criminal activity between ports of entry,” a press release from Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s office read.

“Operation Lone Star continues working to undo the damage done by the Biden Administration. Every individual who is apprehended or arrested and every ounce of drugs seized would have otherwise made their way into communities across Texas and the nation due to open border policies,” it added.

Against the will of the rank-and-file members of the Florida GOP, the people who gave the party its overwhelming majorities in the legislature and Governor’s office, the Florida RINO GOP is leading a revolt through the creation of a bill allegedly intended to help Trump’s Deportation agenda.

Governor Ron DeSantis said of the bill, “The Legislature’s bill is a bait-and-switch tactic trying to create the illusion of an illegal immigration crack down, when it does anything but. It is an insult to name such a weak bill after President Trump, who has been so strong on this issue.”

He added, “By giving enforcement power to the agricultural arm of state government, it ensures that enforcement never actually occurs. In short, it puts the fox in charge of the hen house.”

For the past six or seven years, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has been a conservative stalwart in the Sunshine State, and the Republican-controlled state legislature has begrudgingly followed his lead.

But like so many other Republican states, Florida has a deeply entrenched uni party establishment, despite the fact that DeSantis has turned Florida from purple to ruby red, at least with respect to voting patterns.

Most recently, DeSantis called a special session of the legislature to back President Donald Trump’s immigration and mass deportation efforts. Rather than passing helpful immigration policies, the Florida Republican establishment gaveled out on Monday and started their own special session in an attempt to gut immigration enforcement in the state.

In a bill called the TRUMP Act, they named Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson as the chief immigration officer in Florida, and perhaps even worse, they failed to pass a meaningful duty for local and state law enforcement to help with immigration enforcement.

“By giving enforcement power to the agricultural arm of state government, it ensures that enforcement never actually occurs,” DeSantis said on social media. “In short, it puts the fox in charge of the hen house.”

DeSantis added that the move to appoint Simpson as the chief immigration officer “unconstitutionally removes authority to enforce the law from the governor to a lower-level cabinet agency.” He warned that the stakeholders in that agency “often oppose enforcement measures.”

Are you worried about what will happen to Florida when DeSantis leaves office?

“The Legislature’s bill is a bait-and-switch tactic trying to create the illusion of an illegal immigration crack down, when it does anything but,” he continued. “It is an insult to name such a weak bill after President Trump, who has been so strong on this issue.”

The nerve that these lawmakers had to name their watered-down bill the TRUMP Act indeed showed they were signaling to voters that they are handling immigration when in reality they are trying to do the opposite.

Daniel Horowitz, a commentator with The Blaze, added that such efforts are “why so many Republican voters have become jaded with the party.”

Rather than executing on the immigration agenda Florida voters so clearly want, Florida Republican Senate President Ben Albritton is “working with the open borders lobby to undermine the best opportunity to end illegal immigration once and for all,” Horowitz cautioned.

The TRUMP Act bizarrely had a provision to create “more beds” for criminal illegal aliens, prompting DeSantis aide Christina Pushaw to respond.

“Why does it sound like these legislators’ priority is to ensure Florida pays for more beds to comfortably house illegal aliens here?” she asked. “We voted for MASS DEPORTATIONS.”

Lake County Republican Commissioner Anthony Sabatini likewise rebuked the Florida state legislature. He warned that the proposal is a “FAKE immigration bill” that watered down the DeSantis agenda to “nearly nothing” and put “pro-illegal immigration” Simpson in charge of enforcement.

Though we do not see the Republican establishment rear its ugly head as visibly in Florida relative to other red states, the swamp still needs to be drained in Tallahassee.

The latest showdown in Florida is a reminder that the Democrats are not always the problem.

Sometimes the establishment Republicans are actually the enemy.

Even worse, rather than directly opposing the conservative agenda, those sorts of Republicans coat their subversion in a veneer of conservatism in cynical attempts to fool voters.

That means conservatives in Florida, and the rest of the country, must remain vigilant.

Border Patrol Recorded Only 582 Illegal Crossings on Sunday– legalinsurrection.com

Fox News’s Bill Melugin discovered that the Border Patrol only recorded 583 illegal crossings on Sunday.

Melugin wrote on X:

NEW: Per sources, Border Patrol recorded just 582 illegal crossings at the southern border yesterday, with not a single one of the nine sectors hitting 200.

I’ve never seen anything this low in all of my border coverage. The numbers were already flat/low in Biden’s final week, bouncing between 1,200-1,400 illegal crossings daily, but the numbers have been falling off a cliff since Trump took office.

Last three days

January 24 – 665
January 25 – 731
January 26 – 582

To put this into perspective, at the height of the border crisis in December 2023, Border Patrol hit a record high 11,000+ illegal crossings across the border in a single day, with the Del Rio sector alone getting 4,000+.

I’m told there were 582 illegal crossings across the southern border yesterday, with only 60 happening in the Del Rio sector.

As both Republicans and (rational) Democrats cheer President Donald Trump’s continuing deportation of illegal alien criminals, one conspicuous guy isn’t happy with the results, so far: Donald Trump.

Trump has been disappointed with the results of his mass deportation campaign, according to four people with knowledge of the briefings, The Washington Post reported on Sunday. As a result, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials have been directed by administration officials to aggressively ramp up the number of illegals they arrest and deport from a few hundred per day to at least 1,200 to 1,500.

Homan Says Trump Will “Designate The Cartels As A Terrorist Organization”– www.louderwithcrowder.com

There is probably no group that has caused more terror for Americans than the cartels. This is why it is odd that our government has yet to label them as a terrorist organization and implement policies that benefit them in some of the most evil ways.

The cartels would not be able to run their criminal organizations in America if the government did their job. That is why Homan claims the new administration will treat these people like the scum they are, as “criminal cartels in Mexico have killed more Americans than every terrorist organization in the world combined.” This means you should “Take 911 and times it by a hundred.”

The Mexican cartels commit the most evil crimes known to humanity and it’s unfathomable how they are still operating. It’s also unsettling that they can make a profit in America because the government had the power to shut them down yesterday.

President-Elect Donald Trump confirmed the “rumor” that he will be declaring a national emergency on day one, and he will use the military to deport the most dangerous illegal aliens while also using the military to combat the drug cartels on the border.

The main argument against deporting illegals comes from the MSM, who makes the argument that without illegal aliens “who will pick the crops?” The apologetic is not unsimilar to the argument made in favor of keeping slavery in America before the Civil War. Former Senior Trump Official Ken Cuccinelli thinks “using the military” will drive illegal migrant numbers “into the dirt.”
