When Kamala Harris went on “The View” as part of her media blitz this week, she told the hosts she couldn’t think of doing anything differently than President Joe Biden did in his tenure.
“Would you have done something differently than President Biden during the past four years?” Sunny Hostin asked Harris.
Harris responded, “There is not a thing that comes to mind,” adding, “I’ve been a part of most of the decisions that have had impact.”
The comment from Harris may prove to be unhelpful to her campaign message due the Biden’s declining favorability rating over the course of his presidency. Many have thought that Harris was taking the tact of moving more to the center on issues such as illegal immigration and government spending, but the comment appearing to endorse everything Biden has done as president would suggest that she is not set to change the status quo.
