CNN commentator Angela Rye has declared that “White folks” should not be permitted to “escape the accountability that they must face for not showing up to save democracy.”
Firstly, no one gives a crap about what pin candidates wear. Secondly, how do these people make these things up with a straight face? And thirdly, how immature does one have to be to tell yourself happy birthday while trashing the majority of people in this country?
“I think it is a mistake to let white folks escape the accountability that they must face for not showing up to save democracy.”
It’s also pretty ironic how she claims a certain skin color must vote a certain way in the most undemocratic election in American history for a candidate no one elected. But that is the lack of logic these people use, as making sense is not something they do.
What was even the point of this rant? Did she think it would win over swing voters? Because at best, she sounds like she’s trying to intimate Americans and at worst, she sounds like the lunatic she is. And the fact that some people actually listen to that and think she’s smart is a scandal in itself.
