Now, President Trump has overseen the approval of an oil refinery in Brownsville, Texas, and the construction of a first-of-its-kind nuclear reactor in Wyoming. The oil refinery is the first approved building of a new refinery in America in over 50 years. This same week, the nuclear power plant received its approval to build the nuclear reactor.
