DHS spokeswoman Lauren Bis responded to the decision, claiming “Tou Lue Vang lost his legal status following his conviction for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl.” Marco Rubio has intervened and the illegal immigrant has been deported.

SOUTH KOREA’S GOES NORTH WITH FAKE NEWS LAW – South Korea has passed a new law that penalizes journalists for sharing “fake news.” The Journalists Association of Korea said of the law, “Even if a law’s objective is legitimate, it could erode the foundations of democracy if it’s enforced in a way that discourages the media and ordinary citizens from freely criticizing and scrutinizing those in power.”
This is yet another lurch towards policies more in keeping with North Korea than what South Korea has traditionally been.
BRITISH BOBBIES ARREST WHITE MAN FOR CRIME OF BEING ATTACKED BY BLACK MEN – A viral video shows a young man getting assaulted by black men before female British police break up the ruckus. The black men fled, leaving the white man to be arrested. The Birmingham police announced only the white man would be charged, even after considering a review of the viral video. The police are also calling on the video to be banned from being shared on social media.
LE PEN STILL CONVICTED, BUT CAN RUN IN 2027 – Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s National Rally Party, had her embezzlement conviction upheld. However, her eligibility to run for public office has been reduced in time for her to run in the expected 2027 election.
Her party currently leads in the polls. Le Pen must face house arrest, an ankle monitor, and curfews, to run for Prime Minister. She had previously claimed she would not run under those conditions. Now, it appears she has changed her mind.

GLOBAL OUTLOOK
SCOTUS PRESERVES PROGRESSIVE STATE POWER – SCOTUS issued a spate of major rulings at the end of its term. Some rulings favor Americans, while some preserve key aspects of progressive power. In two key rulings, the Supreme Court upheld two key progressive policies, one allows mass-mailer ballot counting after election day and the other preserves “Birthright citizenship.”
SCOTUS also ruled the President can fire executive employees without cause and police must get a warrant to conduct “geofence” searches, or wide searches of cell phone user data within a crime scene area. – JUNE

PLOT TO MURDER UFC WHITE HOUSE EVENT EXPOSED – The UFC Event staged on the White House Lawn was allegedly almost marred by bombing drones and snipers. According to the FBI, 23 anti-capitalist and anti-Israel activists were plotting to murder Americans on the White House lawn. The alleged ringleader is an illegal alien from Mexico.
