Russia hit damaged port infrastructure facilities and other sites in Ukraine’s Black Sea region of Odesa, a regional governor said.
At least eight people were injured.
“Operations to address the aftermath are under way at the scene. All those injured are receiving the necessary medical assistance,” regional governor Oleh Kiper said on Telegram.
