EXCERPT:
THE US military is poised to relaunch its bombardment of Iran “within days”, according to two officials.
It comes as Donald Trump urged Israelis to vote for Benjamin Netanyahu in Tuesday’s crucial elections, so that the pair could “finish the job” in Iran.
The US military has now deployed sufficient forces in the Middle East to carry out a new wave of attacks, sources told CNN.
Renewed strikes would likely go beyond efforts to “mow the lawn” or hit Iranian assets that could be quickly rebuilt, they added.
