A Colorado district attorney has filed third-degree assault and criminal mischief charges against a US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer stemming from an anti-ICE protest outside a federal immigration facility in October of last year. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) described the charges as “unlawful,” saying they were filed as a “political stunt.”

Democratic District Attorney Sean P. Murray for the Sixth District of Colorado announced the two-count indictment in a Tuesday press release, identifying the Border Patrol agent as Nicholas Rice. The incident occurred on October 28 outside the ICE detention facility in Durango, Colorado, during which Rice was responding to a hostile anti-ICE protest following the apprehension of a man who was arrested while taking his children to school. The subject was later released by ICE after agents wrongly identified him, an official said.

Video evidence shows the alleged victim, Anne Francesca Stagi, putting a phone up to Rice’s face before he allegedly knocked it out of her hand. Stagi then appears to make physical contact with the officer as he began to walk away, grabbing his shoulder. Rice turned around, grabbed Stagi with other federal agents, and brought her to the ground.

The media elites are traumatized by the events at the White House Correspondents Dinner, and they will not stop talking about it. The problem is that they were never in any real danger, unlike people in the United States who experience real gun violence in cities, towns, schools, churches, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, concerts, dance clubs, neighborhoods, and their own homes every single day all across the country.

It has been less than a day since a gunman tried to enter the White House Correspondents Dinner, and even though, according to administration officials, the gunman’s manifesto said that he wanted to kill administration officials, the American people aren’t interested in the story.

If you spend five minutes on any form of social media, you’ll soon learn that the consensus reaction is people claiming the gunman was staged, MAGAs who think a White House ballroom will solve everything, and some version of the sentiment that the American people have already seen this movie twice before, and they are bored.

The Israeli government announced on Monday that this June, “the Dead Sea becomes Pride Land, the biggest LGBTQ+ festival ever in the Middle East,” adding that “Pride rises at the lowest place on earth.”

This celebration of degeneracy and non-straight lifestyle choices — set to take place near what is believed to be the site of Sodom, the city razed by God because of its brazen sexual corruption — will run 24 hours a day from June 1 to June 4.

‘You won’t see this anywhere else in the region.’

According the Jerusalem Post, the non-straight festival will raise a city in the desert featuring parties, a central performance arena, art complexes, “relaxation” areas, and “family-friendly areas with children’s activities.”

“This is not just another festival; it’s the biggest thing we’ve done here,” Aaron Cohen, the main producer behind “Pride Land,” told the Post. “It’s an experience that lives 24/7, from quiet visits to nights of Pride, with a living envelope of music and people.”

On April 27, 1994, South Africa delivered a landslide victory to activist and former political prisoner Nelson Mandela and his once-outlawed African National Congress, marking the end of the apartheid era.

The election was held over four days, and over 20 million South Africans turned out, including millions who had long been denied their right to participate in an election. They stood in line for hours, all for a chance to vote in the country’s first truly democratic elections.

“This is one of the most important moments in the life of our country,” Mandela said in his victory speech. “I stand here before you filled with deep pride and joy. Pride in the ordinary, humble people of this country. You have shown such a calm, patient determination to reclaim this country as your own.”

Chaotic moments unfolded at the Washington Hilton hotel after gunfire erupted one floor above the basement ballroom hosting the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, prompting a swift security response.US president Donald Trump later described how he wanted to see what was happening as Secret Service agents rushed him out of the venue on Saturday night after a gunman opened fire.
When asked about his concerns after hearing the gunshots, Trump said that he was “not worried”. “I understand life. We live in a crazy world,” he said.
The US president said his curiosity to witness the situation firsthand likely slowed the Secret Service’s efforts to swiftly move him to safety.“I wanted to see what was happening. I wasn’t making it that easy for them. I wanted to see what was going on. And by that time we started to realise maybe it was a bad problem, different kind of problem, a bad one – and different than what would be normal noise from a ballroom,” he said.

Breitbart News noted that the alleged WHCD attacker, Cole Allen, used guns he had purchased legally in California. Moreover, law enforcement affirmed that two guns — a handgun and a shotgun — were recovered from Allen when he was apprehended.

NASA has confirmed exactly when a rare, colossal-sized asteroid will hurtle past Earth, coming closer to our planet than any other celestial object of its size in human history. The asteroid – called as Apophis, in what feels like an ill omen as it was named after the ancient Egyptian God of evil and destruction – will come very close to our planet in the not too distant future. This week the National Aeronautics and Space Administration – or, more commonly, NASA – confirmed the asteroid is on track to safely pass by Earth in 2029. It will light up the night’s sky to the naked eye on one what the superstitious consider to be one of the unluckiest days imaginable: Friday, April 13 (2029).

It will come within 20,000 miles of our planet’s surface — closer than the distance of many satellites in orbit. Or, to put it in laymen’s terms, that’s nearly 12 times closer than the moon’s average distance from Earth. When the Near-Earth asteroid was discovered in 2004, it appeared that Apophis might make impact with Earth in either 2029, 2036, or 2068. Since then, astronomers have closely watched Apophis using optical telescopes and ground-based radar, allowing its orbit to become better understood.

MOSCOW, April 24. /TASS/. Joint nuclear exercises by France and Poland will not intimidate Moscow, Andrey Kartapolov, chairman of the Russian State Duma (lower house of parliament) Committee on Defense, told TASS.

The media reported earlier that Paris and Warsaw planned to conduct joint air force exercises over the Baltic Sea involving Rafale fighter jets “equipped with nuclear warheads” to simulate strikes against targets in Russia.

“As for these drills, it’s absolutely clear to us that using aircraft and nuclear weapons against a country that has the world’s best air and missile defenses would in fact mean nuclear suicide. That said, these drills cannot intimidate us, but such plans mean that our relations with France and Poland, which have always been far from perfect, are going to be even more unfriendly,” Kartapolov noted.

The left has tried to put Donald Trump in prison for the last decade. So far, they have not succeeded, but it’s not for a lack of trying. They’ve used every dirty trick in the book to try to eliminate their most hated political opponent. It seems like every day we find out new disturbing details about the left’s various plots to discredit and jail the president of the United States.

In Trump 2.0, they’ve become even more desperate, and they no longer limit themselves to hounding the president and his closest associates. Now, anyone who supports the president or carries out orders he issues as the lawful chief executive could find himself a target for left-wing vengeance and reprisal.

And that’s exactly what billionaire Tom Steyer, the current lead Democrat candidate for the governorship of California, the nation’s largest state, plans to do to ICE agents who dutifully carry out our nation’s immigration laws if he wins. Steyer presents his plan in no uncertain moral terms: ICE is evil because it carries out its duty, and its agents must be given no legal quarter in California.

Amid growing national security concerns, the FBI said Tuesday that it has launched a broad investigation in the deaths or disappearances of at least 10 scientists and staff connected to highly sensitive research, including four from the Los Angeles area.

“The FBI is spearheading the effort to look for connections into the missing and deceased scientists. We are working with the Department of Energy, Department of War, and with our state and local law enforcement partners to find answers,” the agency said in a statement.

The FBI’s announcement comes after the House Oversight Committee announced that it would investigate reports of the disappearance and deaths of the scientists, sending letters seeking information from the agencies involved in the federal inquiry as well as NASA, which owns the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in La Cañada Flintridge, where three of the missing or dead scientists worked.

The U.S. Supreme Court declined on Monday to hear a bid by parents to sue a public school district in Massachusetts over actions by teachers and officials to support the gender identity of students by not disclosing name or pronoun changes to parents without the child’s consent.

The justices turned away an appeal by the parents of a student who had self-identified as “genderqueer” while attending a middle school in ‌the Massachusetts town of Ludlow after a lower court threw out their lawsuit.

The plaintiffs claimed officials treated their child as nonbinary and hid this information from them in violation of their fundamental parental rights as protected by the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment promise of due process.

The FBI is now looking into the disappearance and deaths of numerous scientists working in the nuclear and space defense industries. The cases go back to 2022. U.S. House Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) said in a letter to the FBI, “If the reports are accurate, these deaths and disappearances may represent a grave threat to U.S. national security and to U.S. personnel with access to scientific secrets.”

He later added, “Once you see the facts, it would suggest that something sinister could be happening and it would be a national security concern… Congress is very concerned about this. Our committee is making this one of our priorities now because we view this as a national security threat.”

The US Embassy said the killed US officials were “supporting Chihuahua state authorities’ efforts to combat cartel operations.”

Two Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officers were killed in Mexico over the weekend while returning from an operation targeting Cartel-affiliated drug labs in the northern state of Chihuahua. The circumstances surround the crash are under investigation, according to CNN. This comes as President Trump has repeatedly stated his intention to dismantle the Cartels, pressuring Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to crack down on their drug labs. The US Embassy said that the killed US officials were “supporting Chihuahua state authorities’ efforts to combat cartel operations.”

President Sheinbaum claimed during a Tuesday press conference that her administration was “not aware of any direct work or coordination” between the state of Chihuahua and the US Embassy in Mexico. She added that Mexico does not permit joint operations with foreign governments and that work is limited to intelligence sharing.
