The Supreme Court made a shocking decision by an even more shocking margin, 8-1, that upholds de facto Star Chamber convictions of Americans, allowing courts to take firearms from Americans for merely being accused of committing a domestic violence crime.
Leading insurrectionist judge, Chief Justice Roberts said of the ruling, “Our tradition of firearm regulation allows the government to disarm individuals who present a credible threat to the physical safety of others,” a standard that is not based on due process but unconstitutional precedent.
The lone holdout was perhaps the last true American SCOTUS judge, Clarence Thomas, who said of the ruling “The court and government do not point to a single historical law revoking a citizen’s Second Amendment right based on possible interpersonal violence. Yet, in the interest of ensuring the Government can regulate one subset of society, today’s decision puts at risk the Second Amendment rights of many more.”
The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) upheld on Friday a federal ban on gun ownership for subjects of domestic violence restraining orders.
The case centered on Zackey Rahimi, who had been barred from gun possession under a 1994 law prohibiting gun possession by those subject to the aforementioned restraining orders.
NBC News suggested SCOTUS’s decision shows there are some gun controls that can survive the Bruen (2022) test.
CNN quoted Chief Justice John Roberts indicating he and seven of his colleagues had “no trouble” coming together on this decision.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla not only continues to walk free despite representing a criminal operation that allegedly intentionally poisoned America with their mRNA Covid-19 vaccine, he continues to work to create the second round of poisoning, promising shareholders the best days are behind him as Covid-19 was just a rehearsal.
The tone-deaf alleged mass murder tweeted out “I truly think that the best days of Pfizer are ahead of us, because Covid was form me was like a rehearsal.” To rewrite this, “There is another plandemic on the horizon and the DNC-controlled government will assure we can get captured customers we cannot only gain great monetary profit from, we can also kill.”
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has admitted that the Covid pandemic and mRNA shot rollout was just a “rehearsal” for something far larger.
Bourla made the admission while gloating about Pfizer’s future as a vaccine maker.
The pharmaceutical kingpin was defending his company over reports that Pfizer’s “best days” are now in the past since the Covid pandemic was over.
“I truly think that the best days of Pfizer are ahead of us, because Covid was for me was like a rehearsal.”
He then continued to boast that Pfizer can now rapidly roll out mRNA shots in response to the next “main disease.”
Bourla then suggested that Covid seems insignificant because Pfizer is now “after cancer and many other things in the years to come.”

The Delaware Legislature has rejected a bill that would have legalized so-called physician-assisted suicide. The bill was defeated on June 20 in the Senate after passing the House in April.
The turning point for the bill came from an investigative report that shows physician-assisted suicide laws always start with limited scope but are continuously increased to include more and more exceptions and include more and more groups that could be eligible for “legalized suicide.”
Nearly every state that has legalized assisted suicide has expanded their laws.
On Wednesday, June 12, the Delaware State Senate debated assisted suicide Bill HB 140. The last online presenter was Kim Callinan, the President of the assisted suicide group, Compassion & Choices. In her presentation Callinan lied three times about key issues.
The first lie was that there have been no abuses of the law.
An article by Jennifer Brown that was published in the Colorado Sun on March 14 reported that Dr. Jennifer Gaudiani, an internal medicine doctor who specializes in eating disorders published a paper on how she prescribed assisted suicide for three people with anorexia nervosa in Colorado. Gaudiani approves assisted suicide for Anorexia Nervosa by falsely defining the condition as terminal.
Medical aid-in-dying laws apply only to mentally capable, terminally ill patients with six months or less to live who are able to self-ingest the medication. Any deviation from these requirements violates the law and places physicians, family members and others in regulatory, civil and criminal jeopardy. This law does not and was never intended to apply to a person whose only diagnosis is anorexia nervosa.
A far-left Nevada Judge, Mary Kay Holthus, could not bring herself to violate the rule of law in order to proceed with a lawfare case targeting GOP alternate electors for prosecution. The judge dismissed the case because the alleged crime did not happen in her far-left-dominated county, but rather it occurred in a GOP stronghold county.
The prosecution appears to have wanted to ram through the case in a DNC friendly county knowing it would have a hard time getting Republicans to violate the Rule of Law. The statute of limitations has now expired, meaning the prosecutors cannot legally continue to pursue this case unless they want to openly defy America’s Rule of Law for the good of the insurrectionist party, the DNC.
A Nevada judge has dismissed the alternate electors’ case against allies of Donald Trump in Nevada over concerns with jurisdiction. Judge Mary Kay Holthus dismissed the charges against the six Nevada Republicans in the decision.
On Friday morning, Judge Mary Kay Holthus told prosecutors that she remained unconvinced that Clark County was the appropriate jurisdiction to hear the case. “You have literally, in my opinion, a crime that has occurred in another jurisdiction,” Holthus stated. “It’s so appropriately up north and so appropriately not here,” according to The Daily Indy.
If you need proof that America’s leaders are not American at all, news of China being allowed to purchase hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland near U’S bases across the country, from North Carolina to California.
The report came from the NY Post, which also published a map showing all the states the Chinese have invaded with the complicity of seditionists within our own government, at the local, state, and federal levels.
Chinese entities own farmland near 19 United States military bases across the nation, according to a recent report from the New York Post.
The news outlet released a map showing the locations of the China-owned land in the U.S. and their proximity to some of the nation’s most strategically important bases. The Post noted that some of the sites include Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, North Carolina; Fort Cavazos in Killeen, Texas; Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California; and MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.
‘The Chinese are, or will, use this farmland to learn more about US military capabilities, movements, and technology.’
Robert S. Spalding III, a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, told the Post that the lands’ “proximity to strategic locations” is “concerning.”
The state of Idaho’s top potato producer has been served notice by the Biden administration that it needs to cut off its water resources ostensibly because the administration claims they need to preserve their underground water reserves for other states to use.
The move is sure to shut down all of the farms, along with may commercial ventures, a move that seems the actual intention of the order, which some are reading as just another overt act of insurrection by a criminal operation working in collusion with America’s enemies to destroy the Democrats’ shared enemy, the American republic.
Here are 2 farmers from eastern Idaho who have just received their water shutoff orders
“We just got our curtailment letter from the Idaho Department of Water Resources and they’re telling us we have to shut our eight wells off.”
“Shut our water off?”
— “They want us to shut our water off. — They want us to turn our wells off.”
“The reservoirs are full, yet we’re being told we cannot water 500,000 acres of crops”
“Thing. If you decide that you’re just gonna keep watering, they’re going to fine you $300 per acre. Well, if you’re just growing a crop like hay, it doesn’t make $300 an acre. You’re just gonna lose money on that.”
“you look on the curtailment paper it’s not just farmers it’s commercial businesses.”
They give lots of details about the water shutoff order (see video)
They talk about more locations being effected and what the result of that will be:
— “They want to shut off just in Bingham County. So Bingham County grows more potatoes than any other county in the state and just in Bingham County there’s $1.3 ish billion dollars spent in the county. And if that water was curtailed, it would reduce the amount of money spent in the county by three to $400 million.
The House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government have issued a joint report claiming to have evidence the Biden administration directly pressured Amazon to shadow ban books from their website challenging the efficacy of vaccines.
The House Judiciary Chairman Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) said they have internal emails from Amazon employees showing they followed whatever the administration wanted to avoid criticism from the Biden administration. Jordan said the employees admitted that “the impetus for this request is criticism from the Biden Administration about sensitive books we’re giving prominent placement to.”
It has been revealed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Amazon censored a number of anti-vaccine books at the behest of the Biden administration. Documents obtained by the House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government showed that the online retailer caved to pressure from the federal government and reduced the visibility of certain titles critical of jabs and the pharmaceutical industry.
While many of the books touched on long-debunked ideas such as the link between vaccines and autism, others were written by scientists and contained medical information.
According to Judiciary Committee Chair Rep. Jim Jordan, internal emails from Amazon showed employees admitting that “the impetus for this request is criticism from the Biden Administration about sensitive books we’re giving prominent placement to.” A new “Do Not Promote” class was created, and over 40 titles were quickly added to the list.
A study conducted by two Italian researchers, Gianluca Alimonti and Luigi Mariani, claims the histrionics from the United Nations about the pending climate disaster is non-existent. One “proof” that man-made climate change is real and is posing an existential threat to the world is the increase in climate disasters, but their research shows climate disasters are DECREASING, not increasing.
The researchers claim, “We conclude that the patterns observed are largely attributable to progressively better reporting of natural disaster events. The above result sits in marked contradiction to earlier analyses by two UN bodies (FAO and UNDRR), which predicts an increasing number of natural disasters and impacts in concert with global warming. Our analyses strongly refute this assertion as well as extrapolations published by UNDRR based on this claim.”
A top study has confirmed that fearmongering claims made by the United Nations (UN) to support the “climate crisis” narrative are a hoax, directly contradicted by data.
Despite claims from the UN and other unelected globalists, the study has found that alleged “climate disasters” are not increasing.
In fact, eminent Italian researchers Gianluca Alimonti and Luigi Mariani found that the environment has been significantly improving in recent years, with climate-related events decreasing.
However, the researchers found that, while “climate disasters” have been decreasing, fearmongering studies and corporate media reports linking “global warming” to weather events have increased dramatically, creating the illusion of a “crisis.”
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced the dissolution of the War Cabinet. The move came after Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer resigned. The recent announcement by the military to suspend Gaza operations in the daytime met with disapproval by Netanyahu, which also may have contributed to Netanyahu’s actions.
Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has dissolved the six-member war cabinet, an Israeli official said on Monday, in a widely expected move that came after the departure from government of the centrist former general Benny Gantz.
Netanyahu is now expected to hold consultations about the Gaza war with a small group of ministers, including Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and strategic affairs minister Ron Dermer who had been in the war cabinet.
The prime minister had faced demands from the nationalist-religious partners in his coalition, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, to be included in the war cabinet, a move which would have intensified strains with international partners including the United States.
The forum was formed after Gantz joined Netanyahu in a national unity government at the start of the war in October and also included Gantz’s partner Gadi Eisenkot and Aryeh Deri, head of the religious party Shas, as observers.
California moves to ban schools from notifying parents of child pronoun changes
The California Senate has approved a bill that bans schools from telling parents if their children want to change their pronouns unless the children give consent or other law requires it.
AB-1955 passed along party lines, with all 29 Democrats voting in favor and their eight Republican colleagues voting against. It now moves to the state Assembly, where it must be passed by committees and on the floor before it can be sent to Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk.
The bill seeks to prohibit school districts and governing bodies of other educational institutions from “enacting or enforcing any policy, rule, or administrative regulation that requires an employee or a contractor to disclose any information related to a pupil’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression to any other person without the pupil’s consent unless otherwise required by law, as provided.”
On Sunday’s Meet the Press, fill-in host Peter Alexander lectured Rep. Byron Donalds that there is “no evidence” President Biden had “anything to do” with the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg cooking up 34 felony counts against Donald Trump. The name “Matthew Colangelo” — the man who was Biden’s #3 Justice Department official who joined Bragg’s team — rarely surfaces as “evidence” to NBC.
Donalds calmly and methodically explained to NBC’s Biden reporter/repeater how the Justice Department has been weaponized to interfere in the 2024 election with belated prosecutions that could have happened years ago. But first, there was the Bragg probe, and Donalds asserted that was election interference, which is why he and Speaker Mike Johnson and others believe the Supreme Court should “step in.”
“Let me also explain this one.” @RepDonaldsPress to @MeetThePress host @PeterAlexander who asserted: “To be clear, Joe Biden, there is no evidence he had anything to do with this case…Why is it appropriate for Donald Trump to call for prosecuting his political opponents?” #MTPpic.twitter.com/fa7TfYM57m
Most of them are with Trump, and that’s not going to change. Instead, Democrats should target a far more winnable group of voters.
Democrats need to realize that if Donald Trump’s felony conviction won’t weaken his support among most white voters, then nothing will.
In the days after Trump’s conviction on 34 counts of falsification of business records, white leaders from coast to coast rushed to microphones and social media to pledge their allegiance. Polls show no meaningful erosion of backing for Trump among voters (a New York Times/Siena survey found just 3 percent of his supporters saying they plan to switch their vote after the conviction).
Major Study: Covid Shots Trigger Psychiatric Adverse Events
A large-scale study of two million vaccinated people has uncovered evidence that Covid mRNA shots trigger psychiatric adverse events.
The peer-reviewed study was conducted by top Korean scientists and published in the world-renowned Nature Journal.
Led by Eun Mi Chu from the School of Medicine Ewha Womans University in Seoul, South Korea, the team of researchers analyzed the data of two million Korean citizens who had received at least one dose of a Covid mRNA shot.
The study looked into serious adverse events (AEs) of a psychiatric nature linked to COVID-19 vaccination.
I went to medical school in 1977. I was still only 17 years old but it was a great relief after the horrendous years I had spent at an all-girls boarding school. My fellow students and I started our first year ‘pre-clinical’ training with 4 ½ days a week of lectures. We were expected to assimilate a massive amount of information and then to regurgitate it during the end of the year exams. Those who failed would have one chance to re-sit and if unsuccessful, they would have to leave medical school.
University students are expected to be inquisitive, to ask questions, but at medical school, it was the other way round. Medical students were expected to answer questions correctly to the lecturer or teacher’s satisfaction.
A US appeal court on Monday said it will hold oral arguments on September 16 on legal challenges to a new law requiring China-based ByteDance to divest TikTok’s US assets by January 19 or face a ban.
On May 14, a group of TikTok creators filed suit to block the law that could ban the app used by 170 million Americans, saying it has had “a profound effect on American life” after TikTok and parent company ByteDance filed a similar lawsuit.
The hearing before the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia will put the fate of TikTok in the middle of the final weeks of the 2024 presidential election. Earlier this month, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump joined TikTok, and he has raised concerns about a potential ban.
A circuit court judge on Thursday shot down a motion by Meta, the owner of Facebook and Instagram, to dismiss a lawsuit from Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin alleging the company unjustly profits at the expense of Arkansas youth, although the judge’s ruling did narrow the scope of the state’s…
The largest Protestant denomination in the country voted this week to oppose in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
FOX News reported that the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) “passed a resolution on Wednesday opposing the use of IVF technology due to the regular destruction of human embryos in the process.”
The SBC titled its resolution, passed during its annual meeting in Indianapolis, “On the Ethical Realities of Reproductive Technologies and the Dignity of the Human Embryo.”
“Southern Baptists have historically affirmed the value of every human life and opposed the use of technology that disregards the sanctity of human life,” it stated.
“The [IVF] process routinely generates more embryos than can be safely implanted, thus resulting in the continued freezing, stockpiling, and ultimate destruction of human embryos, some of whom may also be subjected to medical experimentation,” the resolution continued:
[IVF] most often participates in the destruction of embryonic human life and increasingly engages in dehumanizing methods for determining suitability for life and genetic sorting, based on notions of genetic fitness and parental preferences
(LifeSiteNews) — On this week’s two-part episode of The Bishop Strickland Show, Bishop Joseph Strickland discusses pausing to listen to the Sacred Heart, courageously being salt and light to evangelize and convert those around us, and how Christ is the fulfillment of the law and the prophets.
The bishop begins the episode with a commentary on part of the Sermon on the Mount, in which Christ calls the disciples the salt of the earth. Strickland, looking at the passage in light of the feast of St. Barnabas, notes that the saint was not one of the original apostles, but joined their number as one of their successors.
A federal judge in Arkansas has tossed out a lawsuit filed by 17 states challenging rules on accommodations for workers seeking abortions, saying the states lacked the standing to bring the lawsuit.
In addition to Arkansas, other states that joined the suit were Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.
Republican attorneys general from each state, led by Arkansas and Tennessee, sued the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in April, following the publication of rules for employers and workers to implement the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. The law, passed in 2022, requires many employers to make “reasonable accommodations” for pregnant or postpartum employees, including giving employees who have an abortion time off to have the procedure and recover.
Some Canadian doctors want children to be able to access medical gender transition via video calls—and they don’t even think those children should have to appear on camera to get it. A new book detailing the procedure for youth telemedicine reveals that doctors believe they should be able to offer sex change services to minors virtually, and that due to the potential for “distress” to those minors, they should not even have to show their faces on the video call.
While the scandal that is pediatric gender medicine falls out of favour across the Western world, physicians from the BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver are calling for easier access for kids to medically transition. Doctors argued that children should be able to obtain a medical transition without even appearing on camera to their healthcare team—claiming that could be “distressing” for the kids.
The deceptive constitutional Amendment 4 dealing with abortion was back in the news this week.
In the state of Florida, all ballot initiatives must have a financial impact statement to properly inform voters of the cost to the state and the taxpayers.
Monday, Circuit judge John Cooper issues his ruling stating that outdated information in the financial impact statement “renders it inaccurate, ambiguous, misleading, unclear and confusing.”
“In the irony of all ironies, this judge is actually describing Amendment 4 itself” Amendment 4 is purposely vague, deceptive, and misleading. it’s a shame the 4 male Supreme Court justices did not view the ballot language in the same way as judge Cooper viewed the financial impact statement.
The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit ruled on Friday that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) adequately evaluated emission impacts when it approved a gas pipeline expansion in Pennsylvania and New York, allowing the project to move forward.
The environmental group Food & Water Watch argued that the FERC did not properly assess the pipeline’s impact on ozone pollution. The court disagreed on the grounds that while FERC admitted that burning natural gas can release chemicals that form ozone, predicting exact ozone levels is tough due to various factors like weather and existing pollution. The court found this explanation reasonable, noting that complex modeling would still leave many uncertainties.
Tupperware is a great American company that, thanks to Bidenomics, is now moving to Mexico.
Thanks, Joe Biden.
Tupperware — which makes those amazing, innovative plastic storage devices of all sorts, was founded in Grafton, Massachusetts, in 1946 and first invented in 1942 by Earl Tupper.
Unfortunately, it will now be manufactured by Enrico Tupper.
Tupperware is permanently shutting down its last standing US production plant in Hemingway, SC. A total of 148 workers will be laid off in waves starting September 28, 2024, through Jan. 14, 2025, the company disclosed in its Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) filed on June 11. Production will shift to a Tupperware plant in Lerma, Mexico, which already produces most of the products for the US and Canadian markets, the company told media outlets.
A coalition of 14 state attorneys general have filed a petition in federal court challenging a recently implemented federal mining rule, arguing that it oversteps the bounds of federal authority and infringes upon states’ rights.
The attorneys general, representing a diverse group of states with significant mining interests, contend that the new rule expands federal oversight of mining operations and permitting processes, undermining the traditional role of states in regulating their own natural resources.
The petition specifically targets provisions of the rule that they claim grant excessive power to federal agencies in areas such as environmental impact assessment, permitting timelines, and enforcement actions. They argue that these provisions violate the principles of federalism enshrined in the Constitution and disrupt the delicate balance between federal and state authority.
Initial filings for unemployment benefits in New York rose last week compared with the week prior, the U.S. Department of Labor said Thursday.
New jobless claims, a proxy for layoffs, increased to 13,193 in the week ending June 8, up from 11,648 the week before, the Labor Department said.
U.S. unemployment claims rose to 242,000 last week, up 13,000 claims from 229,000 the week prior on a seasonally adjusted basis.
Puerto Rico saw the largest percentage increase in weekly claims, with claims jumping by 309.8%. North Dakota, meanwhile, saw the largest percentage drop in new claims, with claims dropping by 58.1%.
Speaker Mike Johnson’s meeting with former President Donald Trump on Monday ended with a thumbs up and a photo op — the latest sign of bonhomie between the party’s top leaders.
“Our Party is united, and working together, I am confident we will send President Trump back to the White House, win back the Senate, and grow our House Republican majority!” Johnson wrote on social media.
Johnson and his party’s House campaign chief, Rep. Richard Hudson (R-N.C.), met with Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate to discuss the party’s election strategy.
Trump has already played kingmaker in many GOP contests this year. But this sit-down — the speaker’s second meeting with the president in a week — shows party leaders are working toward further collaboration as November approaches.

A member of the House Freedom Caucus is taking an unprecedented step to endorse the primary challenger fighting to unseat the ultra conservative group’s chair.
Rep. Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) is endorsing John McGuire, a state senator who is in a highly watched race against Rep. Bob Good (R-Va.), McGuire’s campaign first shared with POLITICO.
“I love this country with a soldier’s passion. I’ve served in Congress since 2016, and we need reinforcements to help Make America Great Again. I’m happy to join President Trump by supporting and endorsing John McGuire for Congress,” Davidson said in a statement, describing McGuire as conservative, effective and someone who will drain the swamp.
He added: “I look forward to serving with him in the 119th Congress to support President Trump and the America First agenda. Drain the swamp!”
