02a U.S. Politics – Conservative

Progmerican insurrectionist Judge Tracy Davis openly revolted against the American republic in a judgment against an unrepentant rapist-kidnapper in half because he is in African American. The judge cut a 65-year sentence in half for the convicted rapist kidnapper because he’s a “poor black man.” This is after he told her “I don’t have sympathy for nobody. I don’t have sympathy for you, the victim, the victim’s family, I don’t care. Boo hoo.”

OUTRAGEOUS: Leftist Judge Cuts R*pist-Kidnapper’s Sentence in HALF Because She Felt Bad for Him – wltreport.com

This is just infuriating.

A left-wing activist judge in Louisville, Kentucky decided to slash a rapist-kidnapper’s recommended sentence of 65 years to a mere 30 years.

Why?

Simply because she believed he was a black victim of society. Or something like that.

Listen to the Judge Tracy Davis’ reasoning, in her own words, here:

Racist Texas House Democrat Gene Wu went on a tirade on a podcast where he made it clear he hates the white race and wants a new nation ruled by POCs at the expense of the whites. The insurrectionist Progmerican said, “The day the Latino, African American, Asian and other communities realize that they share the same oppressor is the day we start winning, because we are the majority in this country now, we have the ability to take over this country and to do what is needed for everyone and to make things fairer.”

“The day the Latino, African American, Asian and other communities realize that they share the same oppressor is the day we start winning.”

Texas House Democrat Gene Wu told a podcast audience in December 2024 that minority communities could “take over this country” and “make things fairer.” Wu, the minority leader of the Texas House, made the remarks during an interview with journalist Jose Antonio Vargas on the Define American podcast.

“The day the Latino, African American, Asian and other communities realize that they share the same oppressor is the day we start winning, because we are the majority in this country now, we have the ability to take over this country and to do what is needed for everyone and to make things fairer,” Wu said, when asked about tensions between Latino and Asian communities in Texas.

A clip of the interview resurfaced on X this weekend reigniting criticism from Republican officials. Texas Senator Ted Cruz wrote: “The Democrat party is built on bigotry.” Attorney General Ken Paxton called Wu “a radical racist who hates millions of Texans just because they’re white.” Utah Senator Mike Lee described the comments as “just racism. Americans reject it.”

At the end of last month a malpractice lawsuit was ruled on that opens the door for more challenges to the medical industry’s rush to push patience into transgender surgeries and chemical “therapies.” The lawsuit awarded a 16-year-old girl $2 million for being hastened into life-altering “therapies.” After a couple of weeks have followed, the ruling appears to be setting off a potential wave of new lawsuits by more detransitioners that could price most transgender treatments out of the market.

More lawsuits could not only bankrupt the programs that have done more than offer transgender therapies to patients, but they also aggressively pushed them in part by not clearly letting their patients know the cost of transitioning, and they lowered the previous standards for determining if this type of treatment is needed after all.

On January 30, the first-ever verdict in a medical malpractice suit filed by a gender detransitioner was handed down, with a New York jury awarding 22-year-old Fox Varian $1.6 million in damages and $400,000 for future medical expenses. Varian had sued her psychologist and surgeon for uncritically diagnosing her with gender dysphoria and giving her a double mastectomy when she was just 16 years old.

Although the award was less than the $8 million sought by Varian and her attorneys, legal observers say the verdict likely marks a tipping point for the gender-affirming medical industry.

Within days of the announcement, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) issued a statement recommending that surgeons now delay “gender-related breast/chest, genital, and facial surgery” until patients are at least 19 years old.

Their conclusion? “Available evidence suggests that a substantial proportion of children with prepubertal onset gender dysphoria experience resolution or significant reduction of distress by the time they reach adulthood, absent medical or surgical intervention.”

The far-left anti-human extortion group, Human Rights Campaign, is waving a red flag to alert its far-left anti-human base that their ideology of hate, fear, and fake hope, DEI, is dying. The organization reports only 131 Fortune 500 companies are participating in their extortion questionnaire called the “Corporate Equity Index.” The Index reads as demands, not questions, when you understand what HRC does, with the aid of the DNC-CCP and its corporate allies, to those who do not comply with their demands.

The number of Fortune 500 companies willing to publicly disclose their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices has dropped 65 percent in the last year, according to the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

The HRC, likely the most powerful gay and “transgender” lobby in the country, typically keeps track of which companies are doing its political bidding. According to a 2026 report, only 131 Fortune 500 companies in 2026 are participating in HRC’s Corporate Equality Index — the primary measure of corporate ideological compliance for HRC.

That is down from 377 Fortune 500 companies in 2025. Part of the decrease, HRC says, is so companies can maintain federal contracts as the Trump administration has cracked down on DEI and awarding taxpayer dollars to companies that advance the ideology.

An Antifa leader, Kyle Wagner, 37, was arrested and charged with making federal threats and cyberstalking. The arrest comes after the Antifa leader proclaimed on numerous livestreams his intentions to start an open war against ICE. AG Pam Bondi said of the arrest, “This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run.”

A self-proclaimed member of Antifa who used social media to spew hate and threats at federal agents enforcing America’s immigration laws has been arrested.

Kyle Wagner, 37, was arrested Thursday on federal threat and cyberstalking charges, according to a Department of Justice news release.

“This man allegedly doxxed and called for the murder of law enforcement officers, encouraged bloodshed in the streets, and proudly claimed affiliation with the terrorist organization Antifa before going on the run,” Attorney General Pamela Bondi said.

“Today’s arrest illustrates that you cannot run, you cannot hide, and you cannot evade our federal agents: if you come for law enforcement, the Trump administration will come for you,” she said.

A criminal complaint against Wagner said he called U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents the “Gestapo” and “murderers.”

In a Jan. 8 video, Wagner said, “I’ve already bled for this city, I’ve already fought for this city, this is nothing new, we’re ready this time, ICE we’re f***ing coming for you.”

The next day, while supporting the “constant harassment of ICE” he said that “we need to continue that, but we also need to cripple them,” also stating, “Anywhere we have an opportunity to get our hands on them, we need to put our hands on them.”

An image of his arrest showed Wagner wearing a shirt that said, “I’m Antifa.”

The complaint said that over and over, Wagner urged his Facebook and Instagram followers “to forcibly confront, assault, impede, oppose, and resist federal officers,” the release said.

“It’s no surprise that an Antifa terrorist is allegedly threatening to kill and assault federal law enforcement officers as they dutifully remove criminal threats from neighborhoods,” said Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. “After all, this is what Antifa is about, lawlessness and violence.”

Blanche added, in a post on X, “Conspire and threaten to assault, kill and doxx officers, and you’ll find yourself in federal custody facing the full force of justice. “

The release noted Wagner asked followers to “hunt” ICE, including those who are “armed” to “fight [ICE]. This is kill or be killed,” citing a “goal [ ] to unmask and identify [ICE] agents – stop their ability to arrest individuals through group resistance.”

On Jan. 10, 2026, Wagner said, “We are at f****** war” and stated, “So, either we’re going to win, or I will die in this process.”

On Jan. 13, he said,  “This is where ICE has come to die” and said of ICE agents, “We want to know who they are. We will identify every single one of them and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If it has to be done at the barrel of a gun, then let us have a little f****** fun.”

In a Jan. 24 message, Wagner said he was “not talking about peaceful protests anymore,” telling followers, “Get your f****** guns and stop these f****** people.”

U.S. Attorney Jerome Gorgon, Jr. responded, “We know that a ‘worthless man plots evil, and his speech is like a scorching fire.’ And Wagner’s alleged actions were an attempt to spread fire into our peaceful community. That is not going to happen.”

The complaint said that on Jan. 29, Wagner doxxed a “pro-ICE individual by publishing a phone number, birth month and year, and address in Oak Park, Michigan, threatening the individual. Wagner later admitted that he doxxed the victim’s parents’ house.”

Wagner removed his social media accounts Monday, according to Fox News.

An explosive detail has been discovered in the newly released Jeffrey Epstein documents that has been hailed as a “bombshell” finding that could “solve the mystery” surrounding the child predator.

Former State Department official Mike Benz is sounding the alarm after newly released Department of Justice (DOJ) records revealed that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) appears to hold classified information about Epstein.

In the files are documents showing that the CIA responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request tied to Epstein.

A media ratings website is suing the Federal Trade Commission for investigating alleged efforts to blacklist conservative news outlets, in a clash that is effectively dueling accusations of censorship.

NewsGuard Technologies sued the FTC in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia on Friday, alleging the Trump administration was trying to censor it, “simply out of disagreement with NewsGuard’s First Amendment-protected journalistic judgments about the reliability of news sources.”

“Under the guise of a supposed antitrust investigation, the FTC has demanded all documents (memos, emails, texts, reporters’ notes, subscriber lists, analyses, financial reports, and more) that NewsGuard has created or received since its founding in 2018,” the complaint says.

The FTC did not immediately respond to The Daily Signal’s inquiry for this story.

After Sen. John Fetterman’s first year in office — marked by a noticeable shift to the right as he recovered from the massive stroke that nearly derailed his 2022 Senate campaign — satire site The Babylon Bee ran a brutal headline: “Weird: Man Becomes More Conservative As He Regains Brain Function.” The piece opened with the line, “In a bizarre coincidence, Senator John Fetterman has suddenly become more conservative after his brain resumed working.”

Happily, that trend has continued. The Pennsylvania Democrat has voiced strong support for Israel and tougher border security, and even backed several of President Trump’s Cabinet nominees. Unsurprisingly, those positions have made him a frequent target of criticism from within his own party.

In an appearance on Fox News program Sunday Morning Futures, Fetterman once again ruffled Democratic feathers by affirming his support for voter ID laws, telling host Maria Bartiromo they were “a no brainer.”

Governor Kathy Hochul has signed the Medical Aid in Dying Act into law in New York this past week. The language surrounding it is soft, all the same. Careful. Emotional and in lock step with every other death cult out there.

We’re told this is about dignity, compassion, and “shortening death, not life.” We’re told there are guardrails. We’re told this is safe.

I don’t buy it. It’s a lie, and we all know it. Anyone paying attention in Canada, the UK and others parts of the globe understand this expansion is something bigger. This is an entire world beginning to speak one language. The language of death.

I’ve heard this language before. Institutions always speak this way when they’re about to cross a moral line they don’t want to fully name.

When it comes to racism, Nike decided to “just do it.”

The woke footwear company that enthusiastically promoted serial grifter and race-baiter Colin Kaepernick is — surprise, surprise — fixated on skin color and other external characteristics rather than merit. Now, however, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced on February 4 that it had filed an action in federal court against Nike.

PBS led the charge in insurrectionist propaganda this week when it left Boston Globe Columnist Kimberly Atkins Stohr and Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker essentially spin a conspiracy theory that the Hitlerian ICE agents are going to make sure the Republicans win the 2026 midterms and finalize their fascist masterplan. This week was filled with DNC criminal media info-terrorist attacks on Americans. No arrests have been made, so far.

Stohr threw out the libelous invective, which was only affirmed by Parker. She claimed, “… I’m concerned about call—not denying that ICE will show up at election stations, that the call for this increasing redistricting, mid-decade redistricting in states in order to try to game the system. Elections are supposed to be sacred in any functioning democracy. And that the president of the United States is the one making the call to disparage them and try to rig the system is really alarming.”

Parker added to the info-terrorist attack in her effort to signal to the DNC’s Antifa Army to continue the murderous assault on American ICE agents, “ “And he can’t let it go because I think he’s taken a page from Mein Kampf, frankly, you know, the saying that if you say—tell a big lie often enough and repeat it, then people will believe it. And the theory was further refined by the propaganda head in Nazi Germany, Mr. Joseph Goebbels. And the idea is, apparently, it’s true that—they would know, I guess—that people will believe a big lie quicker than they will believe a small lie.”

PBS Guests Invoke Hitler, Jim Crow Over ICE-Election Conspiracy Theory – newsbusters.org

Boston Globe columnist Kimberly Atkins Stohr and Washington Post counterpart Kathleen Parker pinch-hit for Jonathan Capehart and David Brooks, respectively, on Friday’s PBS NewsHour, where they teamed up with host Geoff Bennett to invoke Adolf Hitler’s Mein Kampf, chief Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels, and Jim Crow all over a conspiracy theory about ICE monitoring the upcoming midterms that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt dismissed as “very silly.”

During an answer about whether Trump’s call to “nationalize” elections is serious or just bluster, Stohr added a few more election-related concerns, “But I’m concerned about call—not denying that ICE will show up at election stations, that the call for this increasing redistricting, mid-decade redistricting in states in order to try to game the system. Elections are supposed to be sacred in any functioning democracy. And that the president of the United States is the one making the call to disparage them and try to rig the system is really alarming.”

A remarkably candid column appeared in the New York Times this week by Spain’s left-wing Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, who recently announced his government would grant amnesty to half a million illegal immigrants living in Spain. Framed as an argument for “why the West needs migrants,” Sánchez’s essay is really an admission of moral collapse, and a frank declaration that he intends to destroy his nation in exchange for short-term economic gain.

It is an admission of moral collapse because the Spanish government has signaled its willingness to erase their country, put the interests of foreigners above those of native citizens, and turn Spain into a magnet for Third World migration.

Old glitching Mitch appears to be glitching again. Is his Trump hate showing?

As Sen. Mitch McConnell prepares to ride off into the congressional sunset, the Kentucky Republican is said to be sticking it to President Donald Trump one more time. And the sticking this time, not surprisingly, involves one of Trump’s most urgent concerns: election integrity.

“Oh, yeah, that’s what McConnell is doing. Personally speaking, I think it still stems from Jan. 6 (2021 Capitol riots),” a top congressional aide told The Federalist on Thursday afternoon, as the battle over the SAVE Act ground down to trench warfare.

“Of course, Trump hasn’t had nice things to say about McConnell, and vice versa, but I think it’s personal, no matter what (McConnell) says,” the aide added.

The 83-year-old former Majority Leader’s latest trip to the hospital this week for “flu-like” symptoms has slowed the pace even more so on whatever version of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act) the listless GOP majority believes can squeak through. But McConnell’s intransigence on a bill that humbly asks for proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in U.S. elections has been felt over the nearly 300 days since the Republican-controlled House passed the measure.

California Governor Gavin Newsom is clearly running for president and — surprise, surprise — has a new memoir coming out. In an interview about the book, he recounted attending his mother’s hastened death. From the Washington Post story:

It was the spring of 2002 when Gavin Newsom’s mother, Tessa, dying of cancer, stunned him with a voicemail. If he wanted to see her again, she told him, it would need to be before the following Thursday, when she planned to end her life.

Newsom, then a 34-year-old San Francisco supervisor, did not try to dissuade her, he recounted in an interview with The Washington Post. The fast-rising politician was racked with guilt from being distant and busy as she dealt with the unbearable pain of the breast cancer spreading through her body.

SHOCKER: Politico reports that’s EXACTLY what Democrats are doing, as there is a push for ICE Agents to start wearing them.

“I think for me, it’s more I’m representing my friends and family back home, the people that represented it before me, all the things that I believe are good about the U.S. — if it aligns with my moral values, I feel like I’m representing it,” he said.

One of the most ridiculous and annoying aspects that we’ve seen at a lot of anti-ICE actions is the incessant blowing of whistles. The Super Bowl is supposed to be one of the cultural cornerstones in American life that still belongs to Americans. There are only a handful of days each year when most of the country pauses and gathers around the same screen to participate in something recognizably ours. It’s a shared experience — rooted in common language and culture and tradition. Which is why the Super Bowl half time show this year was a clear display of pure contempt for America.

Football is not a global sport that just ended up in the United States. It was created right here at home in the 1880s by Walter Camp. It was a sport created by Americans, for Americans. The NFL remains overwhelmingly domestic both in its players and its fanbase. In other words, football isn’t some international pastime. It’s one of the last mass cultural institutions that is distinctly American.
