The Left Calls Kirk Memorial a ‘Festival of Hate,’ and Attendees ‘Fascists’– legalinsurrection.com

All Democrats had to do was allow Republicans one day to gather to pay their final respects to Charlie Kirk, a party giant who was gunned down eleven days earlier by a left-wing lunatic who disagreed with his political views.

But they simply couldn’t help themselves. Perhaps the global outpouring of love and compassion for Kirk in the days since his death has gotten to them. Yet rather than offering their own tributes or remaining silent, many felt the need to pass judgment on the events of the day.

The Huffington Post called it a “Ragefest” and took aim at President Donald Trump’s “Hate Eulogy.”

As you’ve probably heard, Erika Kirk forgave her husband’s killer during her speech. The left-wing outlet faulted Trump for describing him as a “radicalized, cold-blooded monster.”

Well, the suspect is a radicalized, cold-blooded monster, is he not?

Now that Charlie Kirk has been laid to rest, it’s back to work for Turning Point USA. Their first event was at the University of Minnesota, starring Michael Knowles. Yes, in Minneapolis. Yes, in Ilhan Omar’s district, in Tampon Tim Walz’s state. It appears they beat out Berkley, CA, and Park Slope, NY to host the first TPUSA return event.

As we’ve come to expect whenever someone right-of-center stands on stage at a college campus and answers questions from students, the entire idea is threatening and makes people feel unsafe. Although I must admit, for the first TPUSA event back, I was expecting a little more energy from the haters.

Maybe they sent the A-team to the local ABC affiliate to protest Jimmy Kimmel’s extended weekend off. Leaving only the B-team to protest Knowles.

Regardless, the frat bros were activated.

‘Standing Strong’: South Korean Megachurch Pastor Who Defied COVID Lockdowns and Woke Laws Arrested and Jailed | The Gateway Pundit– www.thegatewaypundit.com

He’s endured more than 20 lawsuits, a police raid on his church and home, and finally an arrest. Today, Pastor Hyun-bo Son resides in a prison cell.

If it happened in North Korea it would hardly be newsworthy. But this story takes place south of the 38th parallel.

Since 1993 Pastor Son has preached at Segero Church in Busan, South Korea.

“When my father started serving at Segero Church, there were only around 20 people. And now, weekly, there are over 4,000 people,” Chance Son told The Western Journal in a phone interview.

Pastor Son’s faith in God and his charismatic leadership drove his success as a pastor.

Those same qualities, however, also made him a threat to South Korea’s Democratic Party.

His persecution began during the COVID lockdowns in December 2020.

Only 20 members could gather at a church, no matter the congregation size, Son said.

“My father’s church is built to have 6,000 people. However, allowing just five people or 20 people, however the government wants — he rejected,” Son said.

Poland recently closed its border with Belarus in response to the Russian-Belarusian Zapad 2025 military exercise and Russian drone incursions. Caught in the crosshairs of this border closure is China, 90 percent of whose EU-bound rail freight travels across the Poland-Belarus border. Warsaw takes a clear-eyed view of China’s role in supporting Russian aggression, prioritizing national security over economic interests. In the long term, Polish leaders will have to rethink their economic relations with Beijing.

Other European governments have taken action to counter Beijing’s influence, such as Lithuania’s and the Czech Republic’s engagement with Taiwan and other U.S. allies in the Asia-Pacific, while Lithuania has also expelled Chinese diplomats.

In contrast, Hungary, Slovakia, and Turkey—NATO member states, two of which are in the EU—have been working against the U.S.’s interests by fueling the war in Ukraine through purchases of Russian oil and deepening their cooperation with China—Washington’s top foreign enemy—on economic and security matters. This is a concerning trajectory that requires swift action.

The immortal legacy of Charlie Kirk: The Turning Point USA organization founded by the conservative leader announced it has received 54,400 inquiries for new chapters following his death– gatewayhispanic.com

Kirk, a charismatic activist and close ally of President Donald Trump, has transformed TPUSA into a dominant force since its founding in 2012.

On September 10, 2025, the conservative world was rocked by the assassination of Charlie Kirk, co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) , during an event on the campus of Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

Kirk, 31, was shot in the neck by a sniper from a nearby rooftop in what Governor Spencer Cox described as a «political assassination» targeting his ideological expression.

At 18, along with Bill Montgomery, a Tea Party activist, Kirk founded the organization to counter «leftist indoctrination» on college campuses.

His focus on open debate, such as the «Prove Me Wrong» style, attracted thousands of young people, promoting free-market values, limited government, and Christian faith.

Under his leadership, TPUSA grew to more than 900 college chapters and 1,200 high school chapters, with an annual budget exceeding $95 million by 2025.

The Utah event was the first stop on TPUSA’s «American Comeback Tour,» a campus tour aimed at energizing conservative Generation Z. About 3,000 attendees, including families and students, were listening to Kirk answer questions about gun violence when the shot rang out.

TPUSA announced it received 54,400 inquiries for new chapters in the six days following the assassination: 27,800 from college students and 26,600 from high school students. Initially, within 48 hours, the number reached 32,000, surpassing 60,000 shortly afterward. «This was Charlie’s vision for America,» TPUSA said in a statement.

What Democrats Say About Charlie Kirk, They Think About You– thefederalist.com

They say Charlie Kirk was a racist bigot and white supremacist because of his beliefs on race in America. They say he was a misogynist and male chauvinist because of his opinions about gender roles. They say Kirk was a fascist and white Christian nationalist because of his opinions on immigration and the LGBT movement.

From prominent American politicians, pundits, and celebrities to the hordes of anonymous chairborne social media activists, all of them said these things about Kirk for years before his assassination, and they have said these same things in the days since his death. They said these things about him because he was one of the most outspoken and rhetorically gifted conservatives of the last decade, antagonizing (and embarrassing) thousands of leftists across this nation (and others). But don’t let that fact lead you to believe that’s the only reason Democrats treated him with such scorn. If you agree with any of Charlie Kirk’s politics, then what the left is saying about him, they think about you too.

For too long, Christians have sold and bought the lie that loving God and loving your neighbor means embracing ill-named political centrism, caving in the culture war, and quietly refusing opportunities to obey the Great Commission. The assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and the widespread revival that followed, however, proves that the third way-ism that has infiltrated even the most seemingly solid Christian institutions has no home here any longer.

It’s not difficult to see that the “Christian nationalist” slur and smears corporate media, Democrats, and other cowards wielded in an effort to deter Biblically-informed life and law have taken root in key Christian circles, effectively neutering potential Good News bearers from delivering the best message of all time. Yet, a small but powerful sect of bold and morally courageous faithfuls, such as Charlie Kirk, successfully rejected those attacks and devoted their lives to sharing the Gospel with anyone who would listen.

The result of such a commendable act of obedience? A beautiful, one-of-a-kind memorial service in which millions of people across the world finally heard and saw the Good News that has been so readily suppressed from within in recent years.

For the first hour of the nearly eight-hour service, approximately 95,000 people threw up their hands and vowed to “praise You again and again.” The worship proclaiming the goodness of God was followed by the repeated declaration from the speakers, including several Trump administration officials, that Jesus saved. The end of the memorial featured widow Erika Kirk’s public proclamation of unthinkable forgiveness for her husband’s assassin.

Reports from within State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona suggested the room was electric with the Holy Spirit. From the stage, Tucker Carlson observed “God’s very obvious presence in this room, the presence of Jesus.”

Kimmel Reinstatement Shows Media Lied About Trump Yet Again– thefederalist.com

Last week, the propaganda press assured us that self-described comedian Jimmy Kimmel was pulled off air because President Donald Trump was an authoritarian, a fascist, or tyrannical. It didn’t matter that Disney executives themselves said Kimmel was yanked because he planned to double down on false and inflammatory commentary. No, what mattered to the propaganda press was spinning the story to malign Trump.

Of course the narrative collapsed Monday when Disney announced it would bring Kimmel back on air days after he falsely stated that Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin was “MAGA.”

“Last Wednesday, we made the decision to suspend production on the show to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country,” Disney said Monday afternoon in a statement. “It is a decision we made because we felt some of the comments were ill-timed and thus insensitive. We have spent the last days having thoughtful conversations with Jimmy, and after those conversations, we reached the decision to return the show on Tuesday.”

Disney itself admitted once again that pulling Kimmel off air was merely a business decision — exactly what was reported at least four days ago. It wasn’t Trump or the FCC — if it was, Disney would not be reinstating Kimmel. But that’s not what the propaganda press told us. Instead, they deliberately misled Americans so that they could distract from their own culpability in creating a hostile environment that led to Kirk’s assassination by painting Trump as the real problem and Kimmel as the real victim.

One of the hard realities of life is making mistakes, of believing things in youth, naivety, or perhaps even optimism that are eventually proven wrong by persevering through new experiences. One such instance forcefully confronted me in recent days. Having served in the U.S. Army for 20 years, I found former Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s partisan assertion that there was an infestation of extremism loose in the U.S. military fictional and insulting. But I have now seen it with my own eyes. It’s time for a mea culpa.

I awoke on Thursday, September 11th, with the kind of sadness for our country that, compared to what I felt on September 12, 2001, the morning after the twin towers fell in New York.

“Did it really happen?” I asked myself as a college student, hoping it was all a terrible nightmare. Back in the present, I looked at my phone to see a message from a colleague. He shared a screen capture of Army Col. Junel Jeffrey’s take on Charlie Kirk’s assassination: “Sometimes we reap what we sow. That is all.”

Let’s be honest: whenever a crucifix or Bible is whipped out, this will be the liberal media’s go-to reaction. Charlie Kirk’s memorial service was held in Glendale, Arizona, on Sunday. Hundreds of thousands attended. The State Farm Stadium was packed, with the overflows just as jammed. Kirk was a man of faith. So was his wife, Erika Kirk, who has taken over Turning Point USA following her husband’s assassination at Utah Valley University on September 10.

Are we shocked that there was a religious theme here? I’m not religious and I understand that; I also don’t see ‘Christian nationalism’ every time someone quotes scripture or prays. In liberal media land, this is the new Nazism. Some of these reactions were insane:

House Democrats are going on the offense with tariffs and shutdown politics in swing districts, dropping TV ads against 10 vulnerable Republicans as Congress barrels toward an October government shutdown.

House Majority Forward, a nonprofit aligned with House Democratic leadership, is spending $3 million on broadcast TV and digital ads attacking Republicans on cost-of-living increases and cuts to Medicaid. Details of Tuesday’s ad buy were shared first with POLITICO.

“They promised to lower prices, but you’re not imagining it — Republican tariffs are making everything more expensive,” one of the ad’s narrator says, over flashing images of grocery items. “Juan Ciscomani voted to let Trump make tariffs even worse and voted to make healthcare even more expensive. Now, Republicans in Congress are threatening to shut down the government, causing economic chaos.”

Ciscomani, a Republican member first elected in 2022, holds an Arizona House seat that Donald Trump also narrowly won last year.

The ads come as Congress faces a government shutdown stalemate, after the Senate rejected dueling short-term government funding proposals from both parties on Friday.

  • Columbia University lecturer Hadeel Assali called Charlie Kirk a ‘dead Nazi’ on social media after his assassination and condemned the university for lowering flags to half-staff in his honor.
  • Assali’s comments reflect a broader trend among some university faculty who have publicly celebrated Kirk’s murder, with incidents of dismissals for inflammatory remarks reported across institutions.
  • Massive public gatherings, including tributes from prominent figures were held to honor Charlie Kirk, contrasting the negative sentiments expressed by some academics.

A Columbia University lecturer who teaches “environmental justice” recently called conservative pundit Charlie Kirk a “dead Nazi” following his assassination.

In the post on Instagram, Hadeel Assali also condemned the Ivy League university for dropping its flags to half-staff following a federal mandate to pay tribute to Kirk, The Washington Free Beacon reported.

The lecturer reposted a photo of a graffiti-covered wall in Los Angeles that reads “2 black men were lynched & the media is mourning a dead Nazi.”

Adding her own comment, Assali wrote, “And Columbia university has flags at half mast for the dead nazi.”

A Columbia spokesperson told the Free Beacon the school “follows federal, state and local guidance on the lowering of our flags” but does not “comment on tasteless social media posts.”

Apple TV+’s liberal drama The Morning Show is back for its fourth season, and if the premier episode is any indication, it looks like we’re in for another woke fest, as it was filled with the usual, tiresome race-baiting, feminist, anti-masculinity and TDS garbage we’d expect.

“My Roman Empire” jumps two years ahead from season 3, taking us to 2024 before the summer Olympics in Paris. Less than ten minutes into the episode, we’re treated to a Joe Rogan-esque caricature of a masculine, conservative, white male podcaster named Bro Hartman and it’s as cringey as you can imagine:

Bro: Guys, let’s be honest. Men are facing a major mojo crisis.

Sunny: I don’t know. You seem a little fired up, Bro.

Bro: Yeah, I’m fired up, Sunny. People are asking, “Aren’t you going to Paris in ’24?” What? You don’t want in on that? Well, here’s the real deal. The first Olympics had chariot races. They competed naked and fought to the death. The games lasted six months. And when they were over, they sacrificed a f*ckton of goats and had an orgy.

Sunny: Right, so your 40th?

Bro: But now what do we have? Uh, synchronized… Excuse me, artistic swimming. Yeah. Freaking horse dancing, ping-pong, that thing with the ribbons. Come on. Where’s the danger? The stakes? Where’s the glory? But, hey, I’m trying to decenter my masculinity, checking my heteronormative bias.

Sunny: Oh, God.

A Minneapolis Councilwoman criticized Turning Point USA’s event at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and accused the group of having ties to “hate-filled ideology and extremism.”

In a statement, Minneapolis Councilwoman Robin Wonsley, an independent socialist, expressed frustration with the university for allowing an event by TPUSA, which was founded in 2012 by Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on September 10 during an event at Utah Valley University. The TPUSA event at the university on Monday featured podcast host Michael Knowles.

“Hate has no place in Minneapolis, and I am deeply frustrated that the University of Minnesota has attempted to normalize a group that is tied to hate-filled ideology and extremism,” Wonsley said in her statement. “The UMN has denied, penalized, and criminalized both students and faculty for using their voices to protest against the genocide in Palestine, but is now providing a platform for a group that has targeted many groups our neighbors belong to, such as Somalis, LGBTQ+ people, and immigrants. Beyond hypocrisy, tonight’s actions by the university are risking people’s safety and that is unacceptable.”

In her statement, Wonsley continues to admit that “when this event was initially announced,” her office received “concerns from students on campus,” and that after Kirk’s assassination, many people, including her, “were surprised that this event was still being put on.”

“I also am aware that many classes today took place virtually as faculty were advised by their respective department leaders due to safety concerns related to this event,” Wonsley continued.

NBC’s Liz Kreutz included the shooter update within her report on the imminent return of Jimmy Kimmel:

LIZ KREUTZ: Two days after Kimmel was pulled off the air, police say 64- year-old Anibal Hernandez Santana fired shots into an ABC station in Sacramento. Tonight, the district attorney telling NBC News investigators found anti-Trump notes in his home, and that they believe Kimmel’s suspension may have been a factor.

THIEN HO: We are still looking at and investigating the case, but he chose a very particular target, and with the notes that he left behind, I think there’s circumstantial evidence to show this is a politically motivated crime by this individual.

KREUTZ: Hernandez Santana, a retired state lobbyist, was first arrested by local police on Friday, but released on bail. The FBI then stepped in and rearrested him . His attorney says he plans to plead not guilty to the number of state and federal charges he now faces.

President Donald Trump’s DOJ argues against Illinois gun ban– www.chicagotribune.com

Excerpt:

President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice weighed in Monday against the ban on high-powered firearms that Illinois and Gov. JB Pritzker passed after the Highland Park Fourth of July mass shooting in 2022 but found itself on the defensive as an appellate court justice grilled an assistant attorney general about whether “facts matter” as she tried to justify the administration’s position.

In arguing before the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, Harmeet Dhillon, the U.S. Justice Department’s assistant attorney general for civil rights, said the nation has a “strong interest” in ensuring that the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms is “not relegated to a second-class right” and criticized claims from state officials that certain guns covered by the ban are suited more for military operations than routine self-defense.

But Judge Frank Easterbrook interrupted Dhillon early during the five minutes the court allowed her to speak even though the federal government is not a party to the case. Easterbrook noted the legal challenge from state officials resulted from a ruling by a district court in southern Illinois that determined the ban was unconstitutional, while a court in northern Illinois previously ruled a similar ban was legally sound.

“Suppose the (southern Illinois) district court had found every contested issue of fact in favor of the state. Would that affect your review of the statute’s constitutionality?” asked Easterbrook, who was appointed to the bench in the 1980s by Republican President Ronald Reagan.

As Dhillon began answering by saying, “It would not, your honor,” Easterbrook fired back, “So you don’t think the facts matter?”

“If we’ve talked about trust, quite honestly, in this business, I don’t trust any of them. Our interests are not aligned. ‘Ally’ is a mistaken word; our interests are not aligned,” he said.

When Gamble interjected to ask if he was referring to the Syrian regime, he said he was referring to the whole region generally. She then asked if that included Israel, to which he responded, “Absolutely.”

Barrack voiced further disenchantment with Israel and its effect on the region elsewhere in the interview, particularly regarding Lebanon. He said that due to Israel’s actions, Hezbollah had no incentive to disarm.

Charlie Kirk’s Memorial Was Christian Nationalism’s Biggest Moment – Mother Jones– www.motherjones.com

On Sunday, a crowd of 80,000 people — plus scores more watching online — memorialized Charlie Kirk. The event, held at a State Farm Stadium, home to the NFL’s Arizona Cardinals, brought together the biggest names in Christian music while also featuring a predictable lineup of MAGA loyalists. There were declarations that Donald Trump was chosen by God himself to punish evildoers, capped off with a rousing speech by Trump himself that seethed in hatred for his political opponents. The event was bizarre — unless you’re acquainted with the liturgy and theology of Christian nationalism.

In many ways, this was one of Christian nationalism’s biggest and loudest days. It was clear that in Kirk, this movement had found its icon — an exemplar of their brand of nationalistic faith. In life, Kirk tried to set himself apart from the movement that’s come to define his legacy. “I’ve never described myself as a Christian nationalist,” he said during one campus debate months before his assassination. “I”m a Christian, and I’m a nationalist.” But it’s a distinction without a difference. Kirk followed his own rebuttal by citing scripture to justify a faith-infused nationalism. The memorial of his life followed a similar pattern; gesturing at scripture, and dripping in the nationalistic fervor that’s come to define modern conservative politics.

There was a sermon by Pastor Rob McCoy, which culminated in a call for people to accept Jesus as their personal savior. But what followed wasn’t a moment of solemn, lingering, prayer. Instead, the crowd was called to stand for the national anthem.
