PepsiCo has announced the launching of major brands getting a Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) makeover. Among the first brands to get the makeover include Dorits and Cheetos.

Trump said of Charlie, “Charlie was a champion in every way; he didn’t like losing…He was assassinated in the prime of his life for boldly speaking the truth, for living his faith and relentlessly fighting for a better and stronger America,” Trump said. “He loved this country and that’s why it’s my privilege to posthumously award Charles James Kirk, our nation’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.”

Erica Kirk responded to Trump, “Honestly, President Trump, I have spent 7.5 years trying to find the perfect birthday gift for Charlie…but now I can say with confidence, Mr. President, that you have given him the best birthday gift he could ever have.”

MAHA Winning support among parents

A Washington Post/KFF poll showed a super-majority of American parents support the Make America Healthy Again Agenda (MAHA). For instance, 8 in 10 parents support an increase in government regulations on dyes and chemicals additives in foods. 62% of Republicans support MAHA compared to just 34% of Independents and 17% of Democrats.

So far, there seems to be a disconnect between MAHA’s ACTUAL agenda, which the public largely supports, and MAHA’s DNC-media manipulated public perception.

So far, the conflict has not led to full-out declarations of war, though skirmishes have continued so far.

China is continuing its aggressive border extending policy, especially with India, which it shares a 2,167-mile border with, the third largest shared border between China and another country. Mongolia is number one at 2.9K miles and Russia is 2nd and 2.6K miles.

To beef up its security and scan for border-snatching opportunities, China will be deploying GJ-11 Stealth drones. India is a key partner in BRICS, China’s hope to counter the world currency status of the U.S. dollar. So far, BRICS (Brazil, Russia, Iran, China, South Africa) has held together, though these tensions aren’t the only ones between the economic “allies.”

These images, which were published in a report on October 10, have come from Planet Labs’ archives, which show at least three GJ-11 drones positioned at Shigatse from August 6 to September 5.

President Donald Trump has ordered his administration to find a way to meet the shortfalls coming up for military payrolls should the government shutdown continue. The administration will be using $8 billion in unobligated research and development funds to pay for the shortfall for now.

The President wrote, “If nothing is done, because of ‘Leader’ Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, our Brave Troops will miss the paychecks they are rightfully due on October 15th. That is why I am using my authority, as Commander in Chief, to direct our Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to use all available funds to do this.”

The company is now changing its name to Liberty Vote and will now be 100% based in America. The company promises to create “paper-based transparency, security and simplicity” to help restore election integrity. The action is sure to be a blow to DNC efforts to “assure” outcomes “for the good of the whole.”

After Student Body Votes to Boycott Charlie Kirk, University Dean Vetoes Their Anti-American Actions

The Dean of Student’s Offices of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga has effectively vetoed a ban on Charlie Kirk’s TPUSA voted on by the anti-American Student Government Association. This action did not immediately follow the SGA’s chilling decision, rather it happened after the university received massive backlash from its alumni.

The Dean declared, “While the Student Government Association may voice opinions, recognition of student organizations is determined by the UTC Dean of Students and Chancellor. Turning Point USA has been authorized in accordance with university policy and the law.”

After facing backlash when it denied an application to establish a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter on its campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) approved the formation of the club on campus. TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet had posted on Wednesday to X, writing, “The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has denied Turning Point USA’s RSO (Registered Student Organization) request following a vote by the Student Government Association. This decision effectively blocks our students from gaining official recognition on campus.”

“As a result, the students will be forced to restart the process, reapplying and once again facing the same SGA that has already demonstrated clear bias against them. Tennessee, are these the values of your state? Your tax dollars are propping this garbage up,” he added.

Man Who Attempted Murder of Unborn Child Gets 8-Year Sentence

Mason Herring, 39, an attorney from Houston, Tx, pled guilty to attempting to murder his wife’s unborn child by slipping the abortion drug, misoprostol, into her drink multiple times. Fortunately, the unborn child and mother both survived. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison. The crime occurred in February of 2022. He pled guilty in February of 2024 and is just now getting sentenced.

In February 2024, we reported that Mason Herring, a Houston attorney, had pleaded guilty to injury to a child and assault of a pregnant woman. As part of a plea bargain, Herring was sentenced to a slap on wrist–180 days in jail and 10 years of probation–for secretly drugging his wife’s drinks multiple times to induce an abortion while she was pregnant with their third child.

Herring admitted spiking water with the abortion drug misoprostol, which Catherine Herring told the court resulted in her giving birth 10 weeks early. Fortunately, the unborn child survived.

But last week, KTRK, a Houston television station, reported that the disgraced lawyer was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating a civil protection order taken out by his ex-wife in 2022, the same year she divorced him.

According to reporter Luke Jones, Herring twice violated the protective order that said he was “supposed to stay at least 500 feet away from his ex-wife and cease communication with her because of the protection order.

Yet court records show Catherine Herring told police he tried calling her twice on Feb.11.

Mason Herring is also accused of violating the 500-foot perimeter two times during supervised visits with his three children.

As one of the visits at his apartment was wrapping up, on Feb.22, police say he lingered in the lobby until Catherine Herring arrived to pick up the children. Police say he even looked out of the window and told the children she was there.

NY City Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted by a grand jury for mortgage fraud. President Trump is still appealing the case James brought against him while Attorney General Pam Bondi prosecutes her for the same alleged violations of the law.

A Cornell Law professor, William Jacobson, summarized the irony of James now feigning victim after the charges were announced, “There are multiple levels of irony there because James ran for office, it’s on video, ran for office to be Attorney General of the State of New York, to get hold of a massive, massive attorney general bureaucracy. And she said she was doing it to get Donald Trump. She even ran an ad, which we posted many times, which she says, ‘the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.’ Soon after she was elected, she also announced that she would use her office, his is on video, not only to get Donald Trump, but to get his family.”

What makes them “golden”? They’re the opposite of the Weiss principles. They rely on a narrow spectrum of ideas and persistently favor one political party over another.

“60 Minutes” is notoriously pro-Democrat, from Steve Kroft trying to save Bill Clinton‘s 1992 campaign from the early adultery charges of his mistress, Gennifer Flowers, to Kroft performing a series of blatantly promotional interviews with Barack Obama, starting in 2008.

A full moon festival in Myanmar’s Chaung U township was bombed by a paraglider on Monday, October 6, 2025. The attack has left at least 40 dead and 80 injured. It mimicked the method of attack used on October 7, 2023, by Hamas when they attacked the Nova music festival with paragliders.

An official claims they tried to alert the festival goers of the impending attack, but they failed to heed his warning. Children are among the dead and injured. The junta government recently promised elections next year. They are blaming anti-government forces for the attack, launching air strikes in the suspected region of the alleged attackers.

The DC Metropolitan Police confronted 41-year-old Louis Geri of Vineland, NJ just ahead of the “Red Mass,” a mass that was held to pray for legal officials, especially the Supreme Court Judges. The police discovered multiple incendiary devices inside the tent he had set up on the cathedral’s steps.

The motivation for the suspect has not yet been given, though he had been trespassed off the premises before. He is being charged with Unlawful Entry, Threats to Kidnap or Injure a Person, and Possession of a Molotov Cocktail. It is not uncommon for SCOTUS judges to attend the mass.

Police arrested a New Jersey man who allegedly had a Molotov cocktail near St. Matthew’s Cathedral in Washington, DC, on Sunday.

The arrest occurred just before the church was set to hold its Red Mass to celebrate the beginning of the new Supreme Court term.The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said it “engaged an individual who set up a tent on the steps of the Cathedral,” according to a press release.

During the arrest officers observed multiple suspicious items, including vials of liquid and possible fireworks, inside of the suspect’s tent. Members of MPD’s Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) team and the Arson Task Force responded to the scene to search the suspect’s belongings. The scene has been secured and there is no threat to public safety. The front entrance of the Cathedral and the 1700 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northwest, remain closed as the scene is processed.

The suspect, identified as 41-year-old Louis Geri of Vineland, New Jersey, is preliminarily charged with Unlawful Entry, Threats to Kidnap or Injure a Person, and Possession of a Molotov Cocktail. The investigation is ongoing in coordination with members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Washington Field Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

U.S. District Judge Benjamin Beaton, appointed by President Donald Trump, issued the decision Tuesday in the case first brought by Chelsey Nelson in 2022. The ruling upholds previous orders blocking the city from enforcing a nondiscrimination law against her and also awards her nominal damages.

Nelson, who believes that marriage is between one man and one woman, has said that she cannot photograph same-sex weddings. She argued that the city’s ordinance violated her rights under the First Amendment and Kentucky’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

Nelson first won a ruling in her favor in 2022, but the city appealed, and she also sought damages. The case was sent back to the district court by the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals after the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2023 decision in 303 Creative v. Trump’s spending bill instructed the federal government to end Medicaid payments for one year to abortion providers, such as Planned Parenthood, that received more than $800,000 from Medicaid in 2023.
