Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) is claiming that there is a globalist plot to genetically engineer people so they are allergic to red meats. He cited efforts by the WEF through the years, pointing to their website. The claim isn’t as preposterous as it sounds if you realize there is a video from 2016 outlining this very plan, this one using ticks to spread the allergy.
Dr. Matthew Liao, director of the NYU Center for Bioethics, made the video. Liao said, “Just as some people are naturally intolerant to milk or crayfish, like myself, we could artificially induce mild intolerance to meat by stimulating our immune system against common bovine proteins.”

Blurb:

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is raising the alarm after uncovering a chilling globalist plot to spread a fatal meat allergy among the general public to supposedly “fight climate change.”

DeSantis has denounced what he calls a “deranged” global agenda to genetically engineer people to develop a red meat allergy.

The Republican governor linked the plan to the World Economic Forum (WEF) and United Nations (UN), both of which are pushing to eliminate traditional diets and control the food supply in the name of “saving the planet.”

A Center Square Voters Poll has revealed 49% of Americans support President Donald Trump’s designation of Antifa as a terrorist organization. Ony 30% disagree while 21% are unsure. Among Democrats, only 20% agree with President Trump’s designation. 53% of Democrats directly disagree with the designation compared to just 7% of Republicans.

Blurb:

More American voters support President Donald Trump’s decision to designate Antifa a terror organization than those who don’t, according to new polling.

The Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll shows 49% of American voters support the designation compared to 30% who oppose the move, while 21% remain unsure.

Overwhelmingly, Republicans support the designation with an 80% approval. That’s compared to just 20% of Democrats who do. Only 7% of Republicans oppose the designation compared to 53% of Democrats.

Graham Linehan, a UK comedian now living in America most famous for creating shows like “The IT Crowd,” was arrested in London for tweeting “offensive” comments about transgenders. He was met at Heathrow Airport where he was detained for hours, producing a medical event for Linehan.

On October 20, Linehan broke the news, “The police have informed my lawyers that I face no further action in respect of the arrest at Heathrow in September. After a successful hearing to get my bail conditions lifted (one which the police officer in charge of the case didn’t even bother to attend) the Crown Prosecution Service has dropped the case. With the aid of the Free Speech Union, I still aim to hold the police accountable for what is only the latest attempt to silence and suppress gender critical voices on behalf of dangerous and disturbed men.”

Blurb:

The UK government has, for once, tacitly admitted to unjustifiable censorship as it dropped the case against a comedy writer who wrote social media posts critical of transgender ideology.

Irish comedy writer Graham Linehan, who now lives in the United States, criticized transgenderism online before flying to London, where police arrested him at Heathrow Airport. But Linehan announced on X Monday, “the Crown Prosecution Service has dropped the case” against him. He vowed to pursue accountability for the police involved in his arrest, however.

Senator Rodrigo Paz of the Christian Democrat Party has been elected the next President of Bolivia. In August, he finished first in the general election, winning a run-off election with former President Jorge “Tuto’ Quiroga.

In the run-off election, Paz won 54.5% to 45.5%. The election breaks the socialist control of the country as Bolivia looks to follow Argentina in opening their markets and purging the government of waste. He has promised to take a “gradual approach to free-market reforms in hopes of avoiding a sharp recession or jump in inflation that would enrage the masses.”

Blurb:

It looks like Bolivia is done with socialism. For the first time since 2005, the country has officially elected a candidate who is not a part of Evo Morales’ Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) party. This comes as Bolivia faces a serious economic crisis — something that seems to go hand-in-hand with years of socialism.

As I reported back in August, the country held its general election, which led to a runoff between center-right Senator Rodrigo Paz, who earned 32.18% of the vote, and conservative former President Jorge “Tuto” Quiroga, who earned 26.81% of the vote.

After President Trump caught on to the UN’s efforts to enact a de facto world tax on shipping, he made it clear that U.S. ships would NOT be complying with this unenforceable order. Rather than risking appearing to be powerless, the UN has announced a plan to delay the final vote on the tax by one year. Trump has made it clear the passage of a year will not alter his administration’s defiance.

In a joint statement, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of Energy Chris Wright and Secretary of Transportation Sean Duffy said on October 10, “President Trump has made it clear that the United States will not accept any international environmental agreement that unduly or unfairly burdens the United States or harms the interests of the American people. Next week, members of the IMO will vote on the adoption of a so-called NZF aimed at reducing global carbon dioxide gas emissions from the international shipping sector.  This will be the first time that a UN organization levies a global carbon tax on the world.”

Blurb:

Last week, the Trump administration was locked in a showdown with the United Nations over a proposed carbon tax on shipping, warning that if passed, the tax would cost Americans and shipping companies billions of dollars. After the U.S. threatened retaliation against the nations that supported the scheme, the U.N. announced it will delay the vote for one year.

The regulations had been initially approved in April by the U.N.’s Marine Environment Protection Committee (MEPC) by a vote of 63-16. A second vote by the U.N.’s International Maritime Organization (IMO) was to be held this past week with a majority of nations expected to support the plan.

Without having a full 12 months, and while facing the first part of the first month when illegal aliens were still being allowed to freely walk into the country, Donald Trump is set to break the record for deportations in a single year. So far, they have documented 1.6 million people have self-deported while the government has deported 400,000 more. The government expects to deport 600,000 by the end of the year.

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital “Illegal aliens are hearing our message to leave now or face the consequence. Migrants are now even turning back before they reach our borders. In the face of a historic number of injunctions from activist judges, ICE, CBP, and the U.S. Coast Guard have made historic progress to carry out President Trump’s promise of arresting and deporting illegal aliens who have invaded our country.”

Blurb:

The Trump Administration says it is currently on track to “shatter” the record number of deportations by the end of the first year of President Trump’s second term, after reporting more than two million removals since January 20.

Fox’s Dana Perino broke down the numbers during a segement this morning.

WATCH:

In a press release from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) last month, the agency reported that two million illagal aliens had “been removed or have self-deported since January 20.”

This included an estimated 1.6 million self deportations and more than 400,000 deportations. DHS said they expect to deport “nearly 600,000 illegal aliens by the end of President Donald Trump’s first year since returning to office.”

September’s job postings reveal a 50% drop in DEI-related job postings compared to pre-pandemic levels. The peak of DEI job postings was in 2022, when 10,000 jobs were posted, compared to the pace of 1,500 for this year so far.

The Trump administration’s policies had a direct impact on DEI incentives, penalizing government-funded companies and banning DEI policies in government institutions. So far, under President Trump, 38% of DEI employees were moved into non-DEI roles, 55% moved to another company in a non-DEI role, leaving only 7% still in DEI positions.

The plight of corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) jobs is only getting worse as the Trump administration’s crackdown takes hold, new employment research shows.

As of September, job postings for diversity roles have plunged roughly 50% from pre-pandemic levels, falling to about 1,500 this year, according to Revelio Labs data reported by Bloomberg. By comparison, DEI-related postings nearly quadrupled in 2022, reaching approximately 10,000.

When President Donald Trump took office in January, DEI job postings were about 6% above 2019 levels, according to the outlet.

In a stunning blow to Rule of Law, the Supreme Court of the United States just upheld an egregious $1.4 billion settlement against Alex Jones for accusing the parents of the victims of Sandy Hook of lying about the shooting. The ruling is only increasing the call to President Trump to declare martial law to deal with the insurrection within our own courts.

Blurb:

On Tuesday, the United States Supreme Court rejected Alex Jones’ appeal of $1.4 billion Sandy Hook judgment.

Alex Jones owed families who lost their children that day $1.4 billion for claiming the massacre was a hoax. Regardless of his remarks how is $1.4 billion a reasonable punishment for speaking your opinion?

President Donald Trump told reporters on Air Force one shortly after signing a peace deal that ended the Gaza War that he doubts his own salvation. Peter Doocy of Fox News asked if ending this war might help him get to heaven. Trump replied, “I don’t think there’s anything gonna get me in heaven. I think I’m not maybe heaven bound. I may be in heaven right now as we fly in Air Force One. I’m not sure I’m gonna be able to make heaven.”

Blurb:

President Donald Trump gave remarks aboard Air Force One about his salvation, and the response is predictably divided.

After a peace deal between Hamas and Israel over the fighting in Gaza was signed, with the United States acting as a mediator and the Trump administration bringing about a plan for peace, there has understandably been great cause to celebrate and rejoice in an end to violence and hostages being returned home to their families after years in captivity.

Trump answered Fox New’s Peter Doocy on what that historic moment meant for him personally in a clip posted to social media platform X on Sunday.

“You talked about how you hoped to end the war in Ukraine because it might help you get into heaven. How does this help?” Doocy asked. “Does this help?”

rare earth metals

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is signaling the administration’s intentions to set price floors, a form of price control, on rare earth metals. The move is intended to counter China’s dominance in the market, but it has Americans concerned it is setting a precedent for market controls that aren’t aligned with American values.

The justification for this anti-American action comes from China’s bad faith actions, Bessent suggests. He stated, “When you are facing a non-market economy like China, then you have to exercise industrial policy. So we’re going to set price floors and the forward buying to make sure that this doesn’t happen again, and we’re going to do it across a range of industries.”

Blurb:

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said the United States plans to set price floors across sectors such as rare earths, suggesting a significant escalation in the administration’s market interventions aimed at countering China‘s influence over supply chains.

The Trump administration has sought to bolster its domestic critical mineral and rare earth supply chain to reduce its reliance on China through executive orders, congressional action, and, notably, deals to take direct stakes in private companies and to pay minimum prices for their products.

Bessent told CNBC in an interview Wednesday that China has manipulated markets for the past two decades by leveraging its dominance in sectors like rare earths and slashing prices to push out competitors.

“I wouldn’t be surprised,” if the U.S. takes stake in additional companies, as it has in the rare earth sector, Bessent said.

shipping

The U.N is alleging to be preparing to enact a tax on international shipping in the name of global warming. This tax will also target U.S. shipping. The move is seen by Americans as being “taxation without representation” especially given the sentiment that the UN does NOT work in the interest of the American people.

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) said of the scheme, “No taxation without representation. Being taxed by the UN would be far more offensive than the taxes imposed by Great Britain against the American colonies more than 250 years ago. Those taxes sparked the American Revolution. The UN should be defunded, not seeded with new tax revenue.”

Blurb:

The United States boasts plenty of coal, wood, and fowl — enough to provide all the tar and feathers required.

Indeed, the globalist bureaucrats at the United Nations should remember how Americans deal with unconstitutional attempts at taxation.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the U.N. this week stands “poised to impose what amounts to a global tax on carbon emissions” — what the WSJ called “the ultimate in taxation without representation.”

Despite lacking both sovereign authority and enforcement power, the U.N.’s London-based International Maritime Organization could attempt to saddle ships with taxes ranging from $100 to $380 per metric ton of carbon dioxide that exceeds a certain emissions level.

shutdown

Public opinion on the shutdown shows the Democrats started with an 11-point advantage, but it has already shrunk to a six-point advantage. The current polling from YouGov/The Economist shows Dems lead Republicans 39% to 33%.

Blurb:

Democrats thought the Schumer Shutdown would be a political gift for them, but it is starting to look more like a liability. You’ve heard the talking points that Republicans own the shutdown because they control the House, the Senate, and the White House, but I guess the left wasn’t counting on people realizing that the party filibustering the continuing resolution is actually the Democrats. And now, a new YouGov/The Economist poll reveals that American voters are increasingly blaming Democrats for the impasse, and the numbers tell a story that should worry Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries as the shutdown drags into its third week.

PepsiCo Releases MAHA Doritos and Cheetos

PepsiCo has announced the launching of major brands getting a Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) makeover. Among the first brands to get the makeover include Dorits and Cheetos.

PepsiCo has just launched a new push to transform some of its major snack brands to bring them into line with the Trump administration’s “Make America Healthy Again” (MAHA) agenda.

The company announced that several brands, including Doritos and Cheetos, will undergo significant ingredient changes.

The change is part of a nationwide effort to eliminate artificial colors and flavors from processed foods.

The move aligns with the MAHA initiative spearheaded by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., The Gateway Pundit reported.

The Trump administration aims to phase out petroleum-based dyes from the U.S. food supply by the end of next year.

How Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA helped Trump and MAGA win ...

President Donald Trump held a National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk on the slain American activist’s birthday, October 14th. The event was held at the East Room of the White House, with President Trump attending. Also attending were his wife, Erika Kirk.

Trump said of Charlie, “Charlie was a champion in every way; he didn’t like losing…He was assassinated in the prime of his life for boldly speaking the truth, for living his faith and relentlessly fighting for a better and stronger America,” Trump said. “He loved this country and that’s why it’s my privilege to posthumously award Charles James Kirk, our nation’s highest civilian honor, the Presidential Medal of Freedom.”

Erica Kirk responded to Trump, “Honestly, President Trump, I have spent 7.5 years trying to find the perfect birthday gift for Charlie…but now I can say with confidence, Mr. President, that you have given him the best birthday gift he could ever have.”

Blurb:

President Donald Trump sent a message to his late friend Charlie Kirk with an engraving on the back of the Presidential Medal of Freedom that included his name and a cross.

During a ceremony on Tuesday at the White House in the Rose Garden, Trump posthumously awarded Kirk the nation’s highest civilian honor when he presented the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Erika Kirk. Kirk would have turned 32 on Tuesday if he hadn’t been killed by an assassin while on the campus of Utah Valley University on September 10.

A Washington Post/KFF poll showed a super-majority of American parents support the Make America Healthy Again Agenda (MAHA). For instance, 8 in 10 parents support an increase in government regulations on dyes and chemicals additives in foods. 62% of Republicans support MAHA compared to just 34% of Independents and 17% of Democrats.

So far, there seems to be a disconnect between MAHA’s ACTUAL agenda, which the public largely supports, and MAHA’s DNC-media manipulated public perception.

Blurb:

The vast majority of parents support a key Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) effort, according to a Washington Post/KFF poll released Wednesday.

At least 8 in 10 parents said they are supportive of increasing government regulations on dyes and chemical additives in food, highly-processed food and added sugars — a central element of  Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s MAHA agenda — according to the poll.

However, when explicitly asked if they supported the MAHA movement, only roughly 4 in 10 parents said they were in favor of it, the poll found. The survey also found that 62% of Republicans responded that they consider themselves to be supporters of the MAHA agenda, compared to 34% of independents and just 17% of Democrats.

“That suggests to me that for the average parent, MAHA is more of a political identity than one that’s really deeply rooted in the goals of the movement,” Liz Hamel, vice president and director of public opinion and survey research at KFF, told the Washington Post.

Afghan Taliban hit 'several points' in Pakistan in retaliation for ...

The Taliban-led Afghanis launched assaults on numerous Pakistani military posts, killing between 58, according to the Taliban, and 23, according the Pakistanis, and injuring hundreds of others. So far, the conflict has not led to full-out declarations of war, though skirmishes have continued so far.

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Mohammad Asif said the people of Pakistan were “indebted to the ultimate sacrifice of these heroes who laid down their lives while defending the territorial integrity of Pakistan against the cowardly and treacherous aggression of the Taliban regime and Indian sponsored terrorist proxies operating from inside Afghan soil.”

A full-blown conflict between Afghanistan’s Taliban and neighboring Pakistan seemed unthinkable when the hard-line Islamist group, a longtime ally of Islamabad, seized power in 2021 as international troops withdrew and the government they supported collapsed.

But fears have heightened of an all-out war after the deadliest-ever clashes involving Taliban fighters and Pakistani troops over the weekend.

“This confrontation is hugely significant and could have long-term consequences for the countries,” said Sami Yousafzai, an Afghan political commentator.

Fierce fighting erupted between Taliban fighters and Pakistani security forces on October 11-12, leaving dozens dead and key border crossings closed.

The border clashes occurred just days after Pakistan carried out unprecedented drone strikes in the center of Kabul as well as air strikes in the country’s east.

This deployment shows that the GJ-11 may have been prepared for the advanced testing phase or achieved a semi-operational capability. The Sharp Sword is a strong sign of China’s increasing investment in stealthy flying-wing drones, unlike the US military’s seems reluctant to field such designs publicly. These images, which were published in a report on October 10, have come from Planet Labs’ archives, which show at least three GJ-11 drones positioned at Shigatse from August 6 to September 5.

Trump says he'll send troops to 'clean up' San Francisco

President Donald Trump has ordered his administration to find a way to meet the shortfalls coming up for military payrolls should the government shutdown continue. The administration will be using $8 billion in unobligated research and development funds to pay for the shortfall for now.

The President wrote, “If nothing is done, because of ‘Leader’ Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, our Brave Troops will miss the paychecks they are rightfully due on October 15th. About UTC | University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

The Dean of Student’s Offices of the University of Tennessee Chattanooga has effectively vetoed a ban on Charlie Kirk’s TPUSA voted on by the anti-American Student Government Association. This action did not immediately follow the SGA’s chilling decision, rather it happened after the university received massive backlash from its alumni.

The Dean declared, “While the Student Government Association may voice opinions, recognition of student organizations is determined by the UTC Dean of Students and Chancellor. Turning Point USA has been authorized in accordance with university policy and the law.”

After facing backlash when it denied an application to establish a Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter on its campus, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) approved the formation of the club on campus. The university’s student government on Tuesday had voted down the establishment of the chapter on campus.

TPUSA spokesman Andrew Kolvet had posted on Wednesday to X, writing, “The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga has denied Turning Point USA’s RSO (Registered Student Organization) request following a vote by the Student Government Association. This decision effectively blocks our students from gaining official recognition on campus.”

“As a result, the students will be forced to restart the process, reapplying and once again facing the same SGA that has already demonstrated clear bias against them. Tennessee, are these the values of your state? Your tax dollars are propping this garbage up,” he added.

Texas man sentenced to 180 days in jail for drugging wife's drinks ...

Mason Herring, 39, an attorney from Houston, Tx, pled guilty to attempting to murder his wife’s unborn child by slipping the abortion drug, misoprostol, into her drink multiple times. He pled guilty in February of 2024 and is just now getting sentenced.

In February 2024, we reported that Mason Herring, a Houston attorney, had pleaded guilty to injury to a child and assault of a pregnant woman. As part of a plea bargain, Herring was sentenced to a slap on wrist–180 days in jail and 10 years of probation–for secretly drugging his wife’s drinks multiple times to induce an abortion while she was pregnant with their third child.

Herring admitted spiking water with the abortion drug misoprostol, which Catherine Herring told the court resulted in her giving birth 10 weeks early. Fortunately, the unborn child survived.

But last week, KTRK, a Houston television station, reported that the disgraced lawyer was sentenced to eight years in prison for violating a civil protection order taken out by his ex-wife in 2022, the same year she divorced him.

According to reporter Luke Jones, Herring twice violated the protective order that said he was “supposed to stay at least 500 feet away from his ex-wife and cease communication with her because of the protection order.

Yet court records show Catherine Herring told police he tried calling her twice on Feb.11.

Mason Herring is also accused of violating the 500-foot perimeter two times during supervised visits with his three children.

As one of the visits at his apartment was wrapping up, on Feb.22, police say he lingered in the lobby until Catherine Herring arrived to pick up the children. Police say he even looked out of the window and told the children she was there.

On March 23, police say he pulled up “nearby” in a vehicle while his ex-wife was dropping the children off

Trump signs an order calling 'antifa' a domestic terrorist group : NPR

President Donald Trump said he intended on designating Antifa a foreign terrorist organization following a roundtable on the terrorist group by center-right-leaning “independent” journalists.” The declaration happened during an exchange with journalist Jack Posobiec.

Trump was asked by a reporter if he would designate Antifa as a foreign, not just domestic terror group. He answered, “Well, has that been done? Pretty close, right? Would you like to see it done?” Posobiec answered, “Yes, Mr. President. They have foreign links all across Western Europe, the Middle East.” Trump responded, “We’ll take care of it.”

In her initial memo to employees, Weiss stated several principles that are absolute anathema inside CBS: “Journalism that holds both American political parties to equal scrutiny” and “Journalism that embraces a wide spectrum of views and voices so that the audience can contend with the best arguments on all sides of a debate.”

The anonymous leakers are already on fire. Jeremy Barr of The Guardian spread the early spurts: “CBS News veterans I’ve talked to are encouraging Bari Weiss to not mess with the Golden Goose(s) of ’60 Minutes’ and ‘CBS News Sunday Morning.’”

What makes them “golden”? They’re the opposite of the Weiss principles. They rely on a narrow spectrum of ideas and persistently favor one political party over another.

“60 Minutes” is notoriously pro-Democrat, from Steve Kroft trying to save Bill Clinton‘s 1992 campaign from the early adultery charges of his mistress, Gennifer Flowers, to Kroft performing a series of blatantly promotional interviews with Barack Obama, starting in 2008.

Innovation. `Bone-02' — A glue that heals fractures in just 3 ...

Chinese researchers have developed a glue that, when applied, turns into, effectively, human bone. Lead researcher Lin Xianfeng said the glue has the potential power to “achieve precise fixation within two to three minutes.” If it proves to be as affective as possible, Bone-02 could not only rapidly heal broken bones, it could save millions of lives.

Researchers ecstatic over medical breakthrough that could change the way we heal: ‘Potential for use in emergency fracture treatment in battlefields or disaster zones’

A cutting-edge medical breakthrough could help change the way that doctors are able to treat fractures.

As reported in Interesting Engineering, a team of Chinese researchers has developed Bone-02, a dissolvable bone glue that aims to streamline the healing process in fractures. The technology is inspired by the way oysters attach to surfaces underwater.

Led by Lin Xianfeng, an associate chief orthopedic surgeon, the research team sought to reduce the number of potential complications that arise in traditional fracture treatments. According to Lin, the groundbreaking adhesive has the ability to “achieve precise fixation within two to three minutes.”

Research into Bone-02 began in 2016 after the team began to look for methods to combat the wet, blood-rich environment of the human body. Lin explained that he took inspiration from marine species after observing oysters that were effectively adhered to a bridge’s underwater structure despite the force of the waves hitting against them. Oysters are able to stick to underwater surfaces by secreting an organic cement onto the hard surface, which then hardens and binds the oyster to its new home.

Zach Bryan Won't Be Your Jukebox Hero | GQ

Country singer Zach Bryan’s country song soon to be released contains lyrics that seem to be anti-ICE. He wrote, “ICE is gonna come bust down your door, try to build a house no one builds no more, but I got a telephone, kids are all scared and all alone.”

He has responded to the backlash in a lengthy almost-backtrack, writing

… “I wrote this song months ago. I posted this song three months ago as a snippet,” Bryan wrote on his Instagram Story.

“This shows you how divisive a narrative can be when shoved down our throats through social media,” he said, before professing his love for America. This song is about how much I love this country and everyone in it more than anything. When you hear the rest of the song you will understand the full context that hits on both sides of the aisle.”

“Everyone using this now as a weapon is only proving how devastatingly divided we all are. We need to find our way back… I served this country, I love this country and the song itself is about all of us coming out of this divided space. I wasn’t speaking as a politician or some greater-than-thou asshole, just a 29 year old man who is just as confused a everyone else.”

Melania Trump and the Princess of Wales: Two high-profile but ...

After Harper Collins claimed that Melania Trump met Donal Trump through Jeffrey Epstein, first lady Melania Trump made it clear this naked aggression shall not stand. In response, Harper Collins posted this statement: “HarperCollins UK recently published a book by Andrew Lownie titled Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York. We have, in consultation with the author, removed passages of the book that referenced unverified claims about the First Lady of the United States Melania Trump. Copies of the book that include those references are being permanently removed from distribution. HarperCollins UK apologizes to the First Lady.”

… In his book, Lownie examined Prince Andrew’s ties to infamous financier Jeffrey Epstein, and alleged that Donald Trump had introduced the current president to Melania, per Fox News. Representatives for Melania Trump rejected the claim and pointed to her book which stated she met her husband in 1998 at the Kit Kat Club in New York City. She said she had not been introduced by Epstein.

This comes after the Daily Beast retracted an article that made similar claims, later issuing an apology to Melania Trump. “The Daily Beast recently published a story headlined ‘Melania Trump ‘Very Involved’ in Epstein Scandal: Author’ based on an interview with Michael Wolff. Upon reflection, we have determined that the article did not meet our standards and has therefore been removed from our platforms.”

The statement continued, “In response to a letter from the first lady’s attorneys, The Daily Beast has also removed a portion of an episode of The Daily Beast Podcast titled ‘Trump’s Epstein Scandal Can’t Stop Won’t Stop’ referencing the first lady. The first lady points to her bestselling book ‘Melania’ as the definitive account of her life story. We apologize to the first lady and our readers.”
