Border Patrol officials criticized the Biden-Harris administration for its “blatant attempt” to downplay the “optics” of the ongoing border crisis “to protect their image before the election.”

The administration has instructed Border Patrol agents to ship illegal immigrants from the overcrowded San Diego Border Patrol center to border towns in Texas and Arizona, to avoid releasing them onto the streets of San Diego, sources told the New York Post.

San Diego County Border Patrol supervisor Jim Desmond called this migrant transfer a “blatant attempt” by President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris “to protect their image before the election.”

“This isn’t about securing the border for the Feds—it’s about optics,” Desmond said.

Every week the San Diego Border Patrol center, which is at 122 percent capacity, sends “numerous buses” full of illegal immigrants to Yuma, Arizona, and “three to four planes” to McAllen, Texas, Desmond said.

A Department of Homeland Security official has been promoting illegal immigration for months by enticing and offering advice to potential border crossers on social media, according to a newly released report.

Wilson Osorio, an associate counsel with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, “uses his TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram channels” to post conversations with illegal immigrants and share tips about the migration process, the conservative watchdog American Accountability Foundation said in its report. Osorio asked the migrants “to tell those watching how much money they make, how they came to the United States, and how wonderful it is to illegally enter and settle in the United States.”

Since July, Osorio has posted dozens of videos on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, according to the report. Osorio appears to have since removed his LinkedIn profile and made his TikTok and YouTube accounts private, Fox News reported.

(The Center Square) – Noncitizens, including those in the country illegally, are committing crimes, and they’re being charged, imprisoned and convicted for them in Texas.

A new report by the Texas Department of Public Safety highlights the extent of criminal charges, it says, not “to allege that foreign nationals in the country illegally commit more crimes than other groups” but to identify “thousands of crimes that should not have occurred and thousands of victims that should not have been victimized because the perpetrator should not be here.”

The data, covering roughly 13 years from June 1, 2011, through Sept. 30, 2024, represents “the minimum number of crimes associated with criminal illegal noncitizens” charged with committing state offenses.

The data is broken down into several categories based on Texas’s participation with the Department of Homeland Security’s Secure Communities program, which enables DHS to work with state and local law enforcement to take custody of those posing a danger to public safety.

Yet another caravan of illegal aliens is currently making its way towards the southern border of the United States, hoping to cross the border before a possible victory by former President Donald Trump in the November election.

As Breitbart reports, the caravan consists of about 1,000 illegals, and started at Mexico’s southern border; it is currently en route to Mexico City, at which point it will disband and scatter as it makes its way to the border. It is the second major illegal caravan to start in Mexico since October 1st, following the inauguration of the new President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum.

The caravan formed on Sunday in Tapachula, Chiapas, and has been named the “God is Guiding Us” caravan by its members. The illegals come from multiple countries in Latin America, including Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Haiti, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. In addition to Latin American illegals, illegals from Afghanistan and Nepal are also among the caravan.

The illegals in the caravan had already applied for access to the controversial CBP One app, a program by the Biden-Harris Administration that essentially hands out free legal status to anyone who applies. But the caravan members got impatient and decided to simply march to the border anyway.
