Trump Deportations

Democratic Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman on Tuesday criticized his party over its response to an illegal immigrant allegedly killing female college freshman Sheridan Gorman.

Jose Medina-Medina, a Venezuelan who was released into America under former President Joe Biden after being arrested by Border Patrol, allegedly shot and killed Gorman on Thursday near her Loyola University campus as she attempted to flee, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Fetterman suggested on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom” that Democrats were not properly mourning the killing or accepting accountability for it.

WATCH:

“[W]hy can’t we just talk about that life lost? Why can’t we just acknowledge this is a serious, serious failure … it’s devastating as a father,” Fetterman said.

The senator noted that he was a co-sponsor of the Laken Riley Act.

“[W]e have to require to protect America from the dangerous elements that shouldn’t even be here illegally always,” he said.

“I think only seven or eight Democrats even voted for Laken Riley. Why can’t you just agree that if you’re breaking the law and you’re already here illegally, deport them,” Fetterman added. “I just don’t understand. And then tragedies just like what happened to that young woman, they are going to continue to happen. That’s justice, that’s beyond common sense. Why can’t you just support this? Why is that unreasonable to anybody?”

An illegal alien previously released twice before by sanctuary city Chicago is now in custody again and charged with murdering an 18-year-old woman on Thursday.

“Sheridan Gorman had her whole life ahead of her before this cold-blooded killer decided to end her life. She was failed by open border policies and sanctuary politicians who RELEASED this illegal alien TWICE before he went on to commit this heinous murder,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement released Sunday:

“According to local reports, 18-year-old Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman was shot and killed on Thursday morning around 1:00 am while she was walking in a park with friends. Medina-Medina is accused of approaching her while wearing a mask and armed with a gun.

“As she attempted to flee, he fired his gun and shot her. Gorman was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.”

According to an investigation by Defending Education, a teachers’ union called “Minneapolis Families for Public Schools (MFPS)” has been coordinating an initiative to effectively help teachers organize resistance to ICE arrests of illegal aliens.

The “initiate” is called “TakeAction Minnesota.” On the website, they claim “We will teach and demonstrate resistance tactics that can be replicated elsewhere, leaving no community undefended. We hope to force an end to ICE’s unprecedented siege of Minnesota — and further the movement to abolish ICE altogether while we do it,”

Rhyen Staley, research director at Defending Education, stated “The teachers unions continue to prove they are rotten apples that only care about far-left street activism, to the detriment of educating children. Teachers and community groups should be dedicating time to improving learning outcomes for students, not creating strategies and lists of people to attempt to thwart law enforcement.”

How MN Teachers Union Funds ‘Front Group’ Trying To Abolish ICE – thefederalist.com

Anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agitators in Minnesota operate as a “front group” for a state teachers union in the leftist campaign against immigration law, according to activist documents and federal records brought to light by Defending Education.

Minneapolis Families for Public Schools (MFPS), reportedly an “initiative” of TakeAction Minnesota (TAM), helps organize “Rapid Response Networks & ICE Watch” centered around neighborhoods and schools, the documents show, while TAM has partnered with other radical-left groups in events that involve student walk-outs and backed other leftist activism at schools.

“The teachers unions continue to prove they are rotten apples that only care about far-left street activism, to the detriment of educating children,” Rhyen Staley, research director at Defending Education, told The Federalist. “Teachers and community groups should be dedicating time to improving learning outcomes for students, not creating strategies and lists of people to attempt to thwart law enforcement.”

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has detained and deported hundreds of pregnant, postpartum and nursing immigrants since the start of the Trump administration, the Department of Homeland Security confirmed for the first time Wednesday. Federal policy says that such individuals should only be detained in limited circumstances.

Between January 1, 2025, and February 16, 2026, 363 pregnant, postpartum and nursing immigrants were deported, DHS reported in response to questions submitted last fall by Sen. Patty Murray, a Washington Democrat. Sixteen miscarriages were recorded during that time period. In total, 498 pregnant, postpartum and nursing people were reported as “booked out” of ICE detention in that timespan, meaning that they were detained and then left ICE facilities.

As of February 16, 121 people who were actively detained were pregnant, postpartum or nursing, according to DHS. Of those, nine were in their third trimester of pregnancy.

Apparently, the FBI is still buying your location data from 3rd party providers, data that can be used to track you. FBI Director Kash Patel admitted to the practice in a Senate Hearing. He was asked by Senator Ron Wyden (R-OR) if the FBI was still engaging in the practice. Patel responded, “We do purchase commercially available information that is consistent with the Constitution and the laws under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act — and it has led to some valuable intelligence for us.”

FBI is buying location data to track US citizens, director confirms – techcrunch.com

The FBI has resumed purchasing reams of Americans’ data and location histories to aid federal investigations, the agency’s director, Kash Patel, testified to lawmakers on Wednesday.

This is the first time since 2023 that the FBI has confirmed it was buying access to people’s data collected from data brokers, who source much of their information — including location data — from ordinary consumer phone apps and games, per Politico. At the time, then-FBI director Christopher Wray told senators that the agency had bought access to people’s location data in the past but that it was not actively purchasing it.

On Monday, the Supreme Court added two significant immigration cases to its docket. The cases are styled Noem v. Doe and Trump v. Miot, and both involve the issue of Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The first comes out of the Southern District of New York and involves TPS for Syrians; the second comes from the D.C. District and involves Haitians.

Some background:

Congress enacted the Temporary Protected Status program in 1990. The program gives the Department of Homeland Security the power to designate a country’s citizens as eligible to remain in the U.S. and work if they cannot return to their own country because of a natural disaster, armed conflict, or other “extraordinary and temporary” conditions there.

It can’t be said often enough: States around the country have granted tens of thousands of commercial drivers’ licenses (CDLs) to illegal aliens who can’t read English, don’t understand road signs, don’t know the rules of the road, and whose prior driving records are unknown.

And American drivers are dying as a result.

During the month of February, for example, illegal aliens caused two fatal crashes in Indiana. The first killed four Amish men — Henry Eicher, 50, Menno Eicher, 25, Paul Eicher, 19, and Simon Girod, 23 — after Bekzhan Beishekeev, an illegal from Kyrgyzstan, swerved into a lane of oncoming traffic, hitting their van head-on. Beishekeev came to the United States using the CBP One app developed by the Biden administration to help illegal immigrants enter the United States more easily. He was released into the country in 2023, and soon thereafter, Beishekeev got a CDL in Pennsylvania.

The second crash happened later in the month when illegal alien Singh Sukhdeep allegedly ran a red light in his big rig, causing a crash that killed 64-year-old Terry Schultz. Sukhdeep entered the United States as a minor, and the Flores settlement has continued to shape how minors are processed and released. The first Trump administration tried to change that framework in 2019, but federal courts blocked key portions of that effort and the agreement remained in effect.

A new state audit has found that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s administration failed for years to properly investigate Medicaid kickback allegations, despite having the authority to do so.

The findings raise serious questions about oversight within the state’s Department of Human Services (DHS) amid a massive fraud scandal tied to autism services funding.

The report, released Tuesday by the Office of the Legislative Auditor, concluded that DHS officials incorrectly claimed they lacked the authority to investigate kickbacks unless they were tied to other forms of fraud.

According to the audit, that interpretation was wrong and contradicted long-standing legal authority held by the agency.

One of the most poorly kept political secrets in modern times is that Democrats just love themselves some unfettered illegal immigration.

Sure, they’ll never outright admit to it — that would be tantamount to political suicide — but actions speak louder than words, and when it comes to illegal immigration, Democrats have practically been screaming at the top of their lungs of late.

The million (billion? trillion?) dollar question, then, is why?

Look, anyone with a room-temperature IQ can tell you that Democrats are trying to “import voters.”

The common criticism is that Dems, alongside all of their unpopular ideas, can’t win over the average American on policy. Instead of changing those unpopular policies, however, Democrats seem far more intent on simply bringing in more agreeable voters.

But it’s not quite so surface-level, as Border Czar Tom Homan so eloquently — and worryingly — pointed out during a Fox News appearance on Tuesday.

Pittsburgh police officers did not intervene as Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents struggled to detain a suspect near a police station, and claims circulated that officers were told to stand down.

Pittsburgh Police Chief Jason Lando said he is not aware of any order directing officers not to act and has launched an administrative review into the incident.

“To that end, I was recently made aware of an incident that occurred in front of the Zone 3 police station where ICE agents were struggling to take someone into custody,” Lando said in a statement obtained by Fox News Digital.

KDKA Radio in Pittsburgh reported that the incident unfolded as ICE agents attempted to detain a suspect near the Zone 3 station, when the individual began fighting and kicking ICE agents.

The Democrat Party is still holding America hostage and refusing to pay Department of Homeland Security workers. Yes, while there is a military action in Iran, and while there have been three terrorist attacks here in the past week. Democrats say they are doing it because “Americans” want reforms to ICE. They’re really talking about party activists like these specimens who prevented ICE from arresting a child rapist for a month.

This happened in Boston. Yes, where the mayor compares ICE to neo nazis. And is apparently forming a supergroup with the commie mayors from NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

ICE agents, out of frustration, reached out to Bill Melugin. They were attempting to detain WALTER ROBERTO VIDES-ORTEZ. Wally is an illegal from El Salvador who came here illegally in 2016 after his home country put out an arrest warrant. For child rape. Wally, the accused child rapist, had been living near an elementary school in Boston.

(Not to be confused with the 19-year-old illegal attending high school in Virginia and groping thirteen-year-olds, who is also being protected by democrat officials)

He told me while he & his team were in their vehicles surveilling the target’s residence in East Boston & waiting for him to come out, the ICE team was quickly surrounded by activists who blew whistles, cursed at them, and said they were traumatizing children at the nearby school down the street. Their cover was blown, the whole neighborhood was alerted, and the child rapist wasn’t arrested.

Federal immigration authorities have finally arrested a dangerous illegal alien from El Salvador who was wanted for horrific crimes against children, weeks after anti-ICE activists disrupted an earlier attempt to take him into custody.

Walter Roberto Vides-Ortez was arrested on March 12, according to federal officials, following a failed operation in February that was interrupted by activists in Boston.

Activists Disrupt Initial ICE Operation

Agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement were attempting to arrest Vides-Ortez on February 12 at his residence in East Boston.

Officers were waiting in vehicles for the suspect to emerge when a group of activists surrounded them, blowing whistles, shouting obscenities.

They even accused agents of traumatizing children at a nearby elementary school close to where the suspect was living.

One agitator called the agents a “criminal.”

A federal appeals court has lifted a lower court order blocking a key immigration policy from President Donald Trump’s administration, allowing officials to resume deporting illegal aliens to countries other than their own.

In a 2–1 decision, the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted the administration’s request to pause a prior ruling that had declared the policy unlawful.

The decision allows the policy to remain in effect while the case moves forward on appeal.

Ecuador began two weeks of operations against drug traffickers with support from the U.S., deploying thousands of police officers and soldiers on March 15.

The two-week campaign will target criminal gangs in several dangerous provinces, including Guayas, Los Rios and Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, according to the Washington Examiner. The U.S. will provide material support. Officials have imposed curfews from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. in coastal regions until March 30.

“We’re at war,” Ecuadorian Interior Minister John Reimberg told locals in several provinces, the BBC reported. “Don’t take any risks, don’t go out, stay at home.”

He announced that Ecuador was deploying over 75,000 soldiers and police officers for the campaign, according to the outlet. Reimberg also wrote that 35,000 police officers were deployed in Guayas, Los Rios, El Oro and Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas in a post on X. “To the mafias: your time is up. Nothing can stop us,” the post said.

After another Progmerican judge, District Judge Brian Murphy, attempted lawfare sabotage of Trump’s deportation program, a 3-panel appeals court paused that stay for full court review. Murphy ruled that the Trump administration could not deport illegals to “third countries.” The 3-judge panel ruled “after careful review” a temporary pause of the order “is appropriate.” They promised to follow up with a prompt ruling, which indicates the high probability the ruling will officially strike down the unconstitutional effort at lawfare sabotage by a Progmerican judge.

1st Circuit Halts Bid To Stop Trump’s ‘Third Country’ Deportations – thefederalist.com

In a win for the Trump administration, a federal appeals court temporarily blocked a lower court ruling on Wednesday that sought to hinder the government’s deportation operations.

In its short order, the three-judge panel for the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals placed an administrative stay (“pause”) on a recent decision by District Judge Brian Murphy. The Biden appointee issued a ruling last month declaring the administration’s efforts to deport illegal aliens to “third countries” (nations other than the individual’s country-of-origin) to be unlawful and blocked its enforcement.

The 1st Circuit panel of two Biden appointees and a Bush 43 appointee determined “[a]fter careful review” that an administrative stay temporarily pausing Murphy’s order “is appropriate.” The judges further indicated their intent to “promptly” issue a complete ruling on revoking the lower court’s blockade.

A new analysis from the Daily Wire revealed that in the first 14 months of President Donald Trump’s second term, federal courts have seen an unprecedented increase in habeas corpus petitions filed by immigrants challenging their detention by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). These legal challenges, which seek to contest the legality of prolonged detention without bond hearings, have exceeded 18,000 cases, surpassing the combined total from the previous three presidential administrations.

Habeas corpus, a legal principle dating back to the Magna Carta and enshrined in the U.S. Constitution, allows individuals to challenge unlawful detention by requiring the government to justify holding them in custody. In the immigration context, it has become a critical tool for those held during deportation proceedings.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested over 400 illegal alien child predators in the Houston area during the first year of President Donald Trump’s second term, according to a new agency report.

All 414 illegals were charged or convicted of child sex offenses.

The total is nearly double the 211 arrests recorded during the final year of former President Joe Biden’s administration, ICE said in a press release.

The Chinese Communist Party oddly found a reason to promote the U.S. Constitution, or at least an interpretation of it, journalist and author Peter Schweizer noted before a Senate panel Tuesday.

At a hearing on birthright citizenship, Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., asked Schweizer if the Chinese government promotes exploiting the concept.

“They have run articles in the People’s Daily, which is the main news organ of the Communist Party, explaining that you have a constitutional right in the United States,” said Schweizer, president of the watchdog Government Accountability Institute and author of the recent book, “The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon.”

The Democratic National Committee filed a lawsuit on Mar. 10, 2026, in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, targeting several federal agencies within the Trump Administration, naming the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Defense as defendants.

The lawsuit alleges that the DNC sent close to a dozen FOIA requests to the Justice Department (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Defense Department (DOD) in October “concerning potential deployment of federal agents and troops to polling places, drop boxes, and election offices.”

“Nearly five months later, the DNC has received neither substantive responses nor responsive documents, not even a list of documents withheld under statutory exemptions,” the suit added.

The Democrat Party hates ICE so much they regularly compare them to Nazis. With aid from the DNC’s agit prop machines (the corporate media), this Nazi narrative has MOST significantly eroded support for ICE. Though criminally exaggerated by the DNC media, in many instances, legitimate mistakes have been made by ICE which have also helped erode that support. The pressure on local communities due to the creation of deportation centers alone can take credit for much of that eroded support.

Still, nothing like the Nazi narrative by the DNC media and Democrat leaders has damaged ICE reputation more (or inspired more terrorist attacks on ICE). This same media that has been vilifying ICE has also been doing its best to protect the DNC narrative. They do this by not covering major news stories, falsely cover major news stories, and manufacturing “major” news stories themselves.

Despite all these marketing advantages, the DNC is LESS popular with Americans than ICE is, with the Democrats hitting a 30% approval rating while ICE soars in comparison at 38%. There were 14 categories on the list in which the Democrats finished ahead of only two, AI and Iran. President Trump and Pope Leo were tops with Trump at 41% and Leo at 42%. The poll was from NBC news.

Blurb:

This is just too funny.

A new poll from NBC News found that Democrats are wildly unpopular.

Of course, there’s no surprise there.

But, just how despised they are even among respondents to a left-wing NBC News poll is very telling.

To house the hundreds or thousands of temporary workers needed to build an AI data center, developers are increasingly relying on temporary villages known as man camps.

This style of camp was popularized as housing for men working in remote oil fields. For example, as a Bitcoin mining facility in rural Dickens County, Texas is converted into a 1.6 gigawatt data center, Bloomberg reports its workers are living in gray housing units with access to a gym, a laundromat, game rooms, and a cafeteria that grills steaks on-demand.

A company called Target Hospitality has signed multiple contracts worth a total of $132 million to build and operate the Dickens County camp, which could eventually house more than 1,000 workers.

It is one thing to ensure no human is illegal, but it is a whole other level when the left has decided foreign nationals can now enforce the law, while still being a citizen of another country. And this is exactly what the State of Washington has decided to impose on American citizens.

President Donald Trump announced the formation of a 17-nation pact committed to defeating the drug cartels in the Americas. The pact was announced at an event at Trump National Doral called “the Shield of the Americas summit.” These are the members of the coalition: Argentina, El Salvador, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bahamas, and Belize. Notably missing from this list is Mexico, which is close to civil war thanks the activity of the cartels in that country.

Trump Unveils Military-Backed Hemispheric Crackdown—17-Nation Coalition to ‘Destroy Cartels,’ Mexican President Snubs Summit – wltreport.com

President Trump just launched the most aggressive anti-cartel initiative in modern history.

The Shield of Americas summit at Trump National Doral in Florida brought together conservative powerhouses.

Argentina’s Javier Milei and El Salvador’s Nayib Bukele attended.

Mexico’s leftist President Claudia Sheinbaum notably snubbed the summit.

She refused to send any representatives.

From Breitbart:

“The president announced a comprehensive military and economic coalition designed to eliminate cartel operations throughout the Western Hemisphere. The 17-nation pact includes provisions for joint military operations, intelligence sharing, and coordinated border enforcement. Trump emphasized that cartels would be designated as foreign terrorist organizations, opening the door for unprecedented military action against drug trafficking networks.”

Blurb:

Mexican cartels have begun avoiding direct attacks on Americans in Mexico because President Donald Trump has made clear that violent drug trafficking organizations now face the possibility of U.S. military action. Trump’s harder regional strategy raises the stakes for cartel violence against American citizens and businesses operating south of the border.

Trump’s intentions were driven home during his remarks at the Shield of the Americas summit in Doral, Fla., where he told regional leaders the United States won’t hesitate to use lethal military force against cartel operations if necessary, specifically stating that missiles and other military tools remain on the table if cartels continue threatening American lives and U.S. national security.

Trump encouraged regional leaders gathered at his Miami-area golf club to take military action against drug trafficking cartels and transnational gangs that he says pose an “unacceptable threat” to the hemisphere’s national security.

“The only way to defeat these enemies is by unleashing the power of our militaries,” Trump said. “We have to use our military. You have to use your military.” Citing the U.S.-led coalition that confronted the Islamic State group in the Middle East, the Republican president said that “we must now do the same thing to eradicate the cartels at home.”
