The American Medical Association, a bastion of Progmericanism, has conceded the battle against children by announcing it no longer supports transgender surgery for children. The association stated, “the evidence for gender-affirming surgical intervention in minors is insufficient for us to make a definitive statement…the AMA agrees with ASPS that surgical interventions in minors should be generally deferred to adulthood.”

This followed up this comment from the organization in 2021, “The American Medical Association (AMA) today strengthened its established position opposing the governmental intrusion into the practice of medicine that is detrimental to the health of transgender and gender-diverse children and adults. Legislatures in 20 states this year proposed banning physicians and other health care professionals from providing medically necessary gender-affirming care to transgender and gender-diverse youth…”

The American Medical Association Changes Stance on ‘Gender-Affirming’ Care for Kids – townhall.com

Yesterday, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) announced it no longer supported “gender-affirming surgeries” for children under 18 years old. It marked the first major medical organization to shift policy around “gender-affirming care,” and many noted it only happened in the wake of a $2 million malpractice lawsuit that was won by detransitioner Fox Varian, who underwent a mastectomy as a teenager. Varian sued her psychologist and the doctor who removed her breasts.

Now the American Medical Association (AMA) said it agrees with the ASPS about the surgeries.

The Washington Post announced another round of massive cuts, this time of 30% of its staff. This includes 300 of its reporters, including a few seasoned ones. Among those journalists include every reporter and editor that covers the Middle East.

The former executive editor of the Washington Post, Marty Barron, commented on the announced cuts, saying “This ranks among the darkest days in the history of one of the world’s greatest news organizations. The Washington Post’s ambitions will be sharply diminished, its talented and brave staff will be further depleted, and the public will be denied the ground-level, fact-based reporting in our communities and around the world that is needed more than ever.”

Washington Post lays off 30% of its staff, including 300 reporters – The Post Millennial

Closing will be the paper’s sports and books sections, as well as the Post Reports daily news podcast. The Post’s metro section will continue in a reduced capacity, as well as its international coverage.

The Washington Post announced to employees on Wednesday that it was carrying out widespread layoffs that will reportedly affect the paper’s sports, international, and local news coverage.

Two people with knowledge of the decision told the New York Times that the Washington Post is laying off around 30 percent of its staff, including over 300 of the around 800 reporters in the newsroom, as well as people on the business side. Emails notifying employees that they had been laid off began going out in the morning.

In a Wednesday call, The Post’s executive editor, Matt Murray, told newsroom employees that the paper had been losing too much money for too long, and has not been meeting the needs of its readers. He said that all sections of the paper would feel the effects of layoffs, and that in the end, the publication would be focused more on national news and politics, business, and health more so than other areas.

After being found guilty of attempting to assassinate President Trump, Ryan Routh has been sentenced to life in prison. U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon gave the prosecution the sentence they asked for. Prosecutors argued, “Routh’s crimes undeniably warrant a life sentence—he took steps over the course of months to assassinate a major Presidential candidate, demonstrated the will to kill anybody in the way, and has since expressed neither regret nor remorse to his victims.”

The trial of the man who attempted to assassinate President Trump is now over.

On Wednesday afternoon, Ryan Routh, the man who was convicted of attempting to assassinate President Trump, was given a life sentence.

Routh was previously convicted of attempting to assassinate President Trump in 2024.

Axios reported further details on the judge’s ruling:

Ryan Routh, the man found guilty of trying to assassinate President Trump at his Florida golf course ahead of the 2024 election, was sentenced to life in prison Wednesday, according to multiple reports.

Routh’s attempt on Trump’s life — the second in the span of months — was a part of a series of high-profile incidents of political violence that rocked the country.

Prosecutors asked U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon for a life sentence.

“Routh’s crimes undeniably warrant a life sentence—he took steps over the course of months to assassinate a major Presidential candidate, demonstrated the will to kill anybody in the way, and has since expressed neither regret nor remorse to his victims,” the government argued.

According to the Democrats’ standards, “Democracy” is America’s central value. As such, news that Americans OVERWHELMINGLY support deporting illegal aliens (61 to 34 percent according to a Cygnal poll) is sure to cause the Democrats to stop calling for ICE agents to be terrorized by their insurgent army.

Blurb:

New Poll Vindicates Trump, Shows Huge Majority Backing Mass Deportations – trendingpoliticsnews.com

A new national survey is dealing a major blow to the Democratic Party’s immigration messaging and reinforcing President Donald Trump’s long-held position on border enforcement and deportations.

The poll, released by Cygnal, finds overwhelming public support for enforcing immigration law, deporting those in the country illegally, and allowing Immigration and Customs Enforcement to do its job. The results directly contradict years of media and Democratic claims that deportation is unpopular or extreme.

According to the survey, nearly three-quarters of voters, 73 percent, say entering the United States without legal permission is breaking the law. By a two-to-one margin, 61 percent to 34 percent, voters support deporting those who are in the country illegally. A majority, 54 percent, want ICE actively enforcing federal immigration laws and removing illegal immigrants, while 58 percent oppose defunding ICE.

Those numbers cut across party lines, with Independents and swing voters siding far closer to Republicans than Democrats on nearly every question related to immigration enforcement. The political consequences for Democrats become even more severe when voters are told the party supports defunding ICE or shutting down the federal government to stop deportations.

Cygnal’s polling shows the generic congressional ballot flips dramatically under those scenarios. Democrats’ four-point advantage disappears entirely when voters learn Democrats oppose ICE enforcement. If Democrats push for a government shutdown to defund ICE, Republicans gain a two-point lead nationally, representing a six-point swing away from Democrats. Among swing voters, the shift is a staggering 16 points toward Republicans.

New York City, New York, United States of America – October 22 2025: Anti-ICE protest in New York City after Canal Street ICE Deportation Raid

The survey also shows how isolated Democrats are on the broader issue of illegal immigration. Sixty-four percent of likely midterm voters say illegal immigration is a serious problem in the United States, including 71 percent of swing voters. Nearly all Republicans agree, along with a solid majority of Independents. Democrats are the only group where most respondents claim illegal immigration is not a problem.

“Voters see illegal immigration as a simple question of law and order,” said Brent Buchanan, Cygnal’s CEO and founder. “The data leaves no wiggle room. Americans want the law enforced, they want illegal immigrants removed, and they punish politicians who try to block ICE from doing its job.”

Reports this week indicate a sharp escalation in immigration enforcement across the United States as the Trump administration continues to push forward with large-scale deportation operations. Federal authorities have expanded ICE activity beyond traditional border areas, triggering high-profile arrests, accelerated removals, and the rapid transfer of detainees to newly expanded holding facilities.

The enforcement surge has sparked widespread protests in major cities including New York, Minneapolis, and Los Angeles, where demonstrators accuse the administration of conducting mass deportations and overreaching federal authority.

For Republicans and President Trump, the findings validate a core issue that has defined his political brand since 2016. Rather than costing the GOP politically, strong support for deportations and ICE enforcement appears to be a net winner, especially with Independents and voters who decide close elections.

After the dust has settled post-Davos, it appears the great ecumenical project, the United Nations, might not make it out of the room alive. The UN’s Secretary-General António Guterres sent an urgent missive out at the end of January of 2026 to ALL 193 member nations. The letter warned of an “imminent financial collapse” should the member nations not kick in more funds IMMEDIATELY. The UN has $1.56 billion in outstanding dues, which has doubled from the previous year.

The United Nations (UN) is sounding the alarm as it edges toward a full-blown financial crisis that could cripple the unelected globalist organization’s worldwide operations within months.

In a stark letter sent to all 193 member states in late January, Secretary-General António Guterres warned that the UN could run out of cash by July unless countries immediately pay what they owe, or radically rewrite the organization’s financial rules to avoid what he described as an “imminent financial collapse.”

The warning exposes a system buckling under massive unpaid dues, mounting deficits, and internal rules that force the UN to refund money it never actually received.

According to Guterres, only 77 percent of assessed contributions for 2025 were paid.

President Donald Trump’s preferred candidate for Costa Rica’s Presidential race has won her campaign. With results from 96.8% of polling places counted, Fernández of the Sovereign People’s Party won 48.3% of the vote, the Supreme Electoral Tribunal reported.

Her closest challenger, economist Álvaro Ramos of the National Liberation Party, trailed with 33.4%, the Associated Press reported.

Ramos conceded the race on election night, with Fernández, 39, to begin her four-year term in May.

A former government minister, Fernández is the chosen successor of outgoing President Rodrigo Chaves, who is constitutionally prohibited from seeking re-election.

She campaigned on continuing Chaves’ populist agenda, which reshaped Costa Rican politics by arguing against traditional parties and promising tougher action on crime.

Fernández served as minister of national planning and later as minister of the presidency, giving her a central role in Chaves’ administration.

Crime had dominated the campaign in Costa Rica amid sharp rises in homicides, gang activity and drug trafficking by cartels.

The murder rate had increased by 50% over the last six years, according to reports.

Fernández pledged a hard-line security strategy, including increased cooperation with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and tougher measures against organized crime.

She has also floated controversial proposals inspired by El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele.

This included construction of a special prison for gang leaders, the Associated Press reported.

Thanks to the steel tariffs enacted by President Donald Trump, the U.S. Steel industry is on the rise. After decades of decline that saw Japan pass the U.S. in 1999, the industry is seeing expansions it hasn’t seen sine then. Now, the U.S. is once again ahead of Japan in steel production, moving into third in the world. In addition to steel tariffs, the President’s actions to cut regulatory red tape has also contributed to this growth.

The POTUS’s elected after President Reagan signed horrific and anti-American trade deals with the Globalists. Thereby causing massive trade deficits against our competitors. As well as causing the de-industrialization of the United States. Since President Trump took office in January 2017, and again in January 2025, he has been very effective at using  tariffs to force companies to provide employment opportunities in America. Nobody else could have accomplished the re-industrialization of the United States. Way to go, President Trump.

Another major hospital is throwing in the towel and ceasing to “transition” gender-confused minors thanks to conditions on federal funding, this time in the heart of pro-LGBT territory.

Fox 5 KUSI reports that Rady Children’s Hospital (RCH) in San Diego has confirmed it will stop offering so-called “gender-affirming care” in response to the Trump administration’s crackdown. “[W]e were recently referred to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General for Investigation,” the hospital said. “Taken together, these developments affect our role and responsibilities as a provider participating in federal programs such as Medicaid and Medicare.”

A new swing block in the 2024 election, the Hispanic vote only figures to be an even bigger one in the coming elections, which is good news for Trump. A Rasmussen Reports poll shows President Trump’s approval rating among Hispanics is plus nine, with 54% approving and 45% disapproving. This poll shows the narrative of ICE raids being anti-Hispanic or “brown” is a myth. Not even Hispanic Americans want illegals here, it would seem.

Polling Shows Massive Pro-Trump Swing Among Hispanics – townhall.com

This news has to make the Democratic Party very unhappy this morning. They’ve spent the past year attacking the Trump administration as racist, bigoted, xenophobic, and Nazi-like over its immigration policy, accusing ICE and Border Patrol of rounding up “brown people” indiscriminately for deportation.

Despite that, President Trump’s approval rating among Hispanics is skyrocketing, according to Rasmussen.

Leading Report had to correct an earlier post after Rasmussen called them out.

Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego, CA has announced it will no longer conduct “gender affirming care” for children. They stated. “…these developments affect our role and responsibilities as a provider participating in federal programs such as Medicaid and Medicare. This was a very difficult decision, made to ensure we can continue serving all children and families across the communities we serve.”

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, WA has also announced it will be closing down its gender care clinic, stating, “This was an incredibly painful decision, and one that I wish we did not have to make. We recognize how important this care is to our gender health clinic patients and have a sense of the impact this will have on these patients and their families.”

For those who haven’t noticed, BOTH hospitals expressed regret they could not continue to offer children life-altering chemicals, and even surgeries, under the illusion that a child can “choose” their gender. Where possible, perhaps it is time to choose a hospital that doesn’t hold the philosophical view that a child can choose a gender, and doctors should help permanently alter them to satisfy that delusion.

In January, President Donald Trump signed an executive order aimed at restricting the controversial procedures.

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital plans to shut down its gender care clinic this week, citing mounting federal pressure that hospital leaders say could jeopardize critical Medicaid and Medicare funding for its parent organization, MultiCare Health System.

In a memo sent to employees on Monday, obtained by The Seattle Times, MultiCare CEO Bill Robertson said “recent developments at the federal level” have raised the risk that the federal government could cut off payments to the entire health system if Mary Bridge continues providing gender-altering services to minors. “This was an incredibly painful decision, and one that I wish we did not have to make,” Robertson wrote. “We recognize how important this care is to our gender health clinic patients and have a sense of the impact this will have on these patients and their families.”

The state of French politics has helped defeat an end-of-life bill in their Senate that would have allowed doctors to euthanize patients. The bill was essentially allowed to die in the Senate after it had passed the National Assembly. France Senate Kills Horrible Euthanasia Bill – Life News

I have great news. The political deadlock in France has resulted in France’s euthanasia bill, that had passed in the French National Assembly on May 27, 2025 was essentially rejected by the French Senate on January 21, 2026.

Thomas Mangin reported for Euroactiv on January 21 that:

France’s end-of-life bill has become mired in political deadlock, exposing deep ideological divisions over whether doctors should be allowed to provide patients with the means to end their lives, or assist them in doing so.

The impasse deepened on Wednesday evening, when the French Senate rejected Article 4 of the bill, which sought to define the conditions under which patients could access medical aid in dying. In an unusual alignment, conservatives and socialists voted together, albeit for sharply different reasons.

A Year into President Trump’s mass deportation operation, the murder rate in America dropped by a staggering 21% from 2024 to 2025, and to a low that hasn’t been seen since the records were first kept 125 years ago. The correlation between mass deportation and a massive drop in the murder rate cannot be dismissed, but more date would be needed to affirm causation beyond correlation.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Self-Deportation app has seen a spike in traffic already compared to last year, when the app was first rolled out. So far, nearly 3 million illegal aliens have self-deported under Trump, according to DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. That figure is expected to be more in the coming year based on the app’s initial traffic data for this year. The Trump administration has also increased the incentive to self-deport from $1000 to $2600.

The CBP Home App, launched last March under the second Trump administration, has become a focal point, enabling unauthorized migrants to arrange voluntary departure.

President Trump has signed an executive order intended to reactivate mental hospitals that once help the severely mentally ill for long periods of time. President Trump Orders Return of Insane Asylums, Mental Institutions to Get the Severely Ill Off the Streets – Geller Report

President Trump: ‘Signed an executive order to bring back mental institutions and insane asylums. We are going to have to bring them back. Hate to build those suckers but you’ve got to get the people off the streets’

Donald J. Trump said he has signed an executive order to restore mental institutions and psychiatric asylums, arguing that reopening them is necessary to remove severely mentally ill individuals from the streets, protect public safety, and address homelessness—adding bluntly that while rebuilding them won’t be easy, “you’ve got to get the people off the streets.”

As The President talked about signing an executive order, Trump waxed nostalgic as he told a story of walking to Little League practice with his mother, reminding reporters he was “quite the baseball player.” Asking his mother on bars over windows on a psychiatric hospital in Queens, which he said “loomed over the block,” Trump says she told him that “very sick” people lived there.

Donald J. Trump issued a sweeping executive order aimed at restoring public safety by confronting homelessness through enforcement, treatment, and accountability rather than permissive disorder. The order identifies rampant drug addiction and untreated mental illness as the primary drivers of street homelessness and authorizes expanded use of civil commitment to move dangerous or incapable individuals into long-term institutional care. It directs federal agencies to prioritize grants for states and cities that enforce bans on open drug use, camping, squatting, and loitering; strengthen action against repeat offenders and homeless sex offenders; and remove encampments where public safety is at risk. The order rejects “housing first” and taxpayer-funded drug consumption sites, redirects funds toward evidence-based treatment, drug courts, and mental health courts, and tightens oversight of homelessness programs—cutting off funding to groups that tolerate illegal drug use or endanger women and children. The overarching goal is explicit: end crime and disorder on America’s streets by restoring enforcement, mandating treatment, and reasserting public order—without surrendering cities to chaos under the guise of compassion.

ENDING CRIME AND DISORDER ON AMERICA’S STREETS

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:

Section 1. Purpose and Policy. Endemic vagrancy, disorderly behavior, sudden confrontations, and violent attacks have made our cities unsafe. The number of individuals living on the streets in the United States on a single night during the last year of the previous administration — 274,224 — was the highest ever recorded. The overwhelming majority of these individuals are addicted to drugs, have a mental health condition, or both. Nearly two-thirds of homeless individuals report having regularly used hard drugs like methamphetamines, cocaine, or opioids in their lifetimes. An equally large share of homeless individuals reported suffering from mental health conditions. The Federal Government and the States have spent tens of billions of dollars on failed programs that address homelessness but not its root causes, leaving other citizens vulnerable to public safety threats.

Shifting homeless individuals into long-term institutional settings for humane treatment through the appropriate use of civil commitment will restore public order. Surrendering our cities and citizens to disorder and fear is neither compassionate to the homeless nor other citizens. My Administration will take a new approach focused on protecting public safety.

Sec. 2. Restoring Civil Commitment. (a) The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall take appropriate action to:

(i) seek, in appropriate cases, the reversal of Federal or State judicial precedents and the termination of consent decrees that impede the United States’ policy of encouraging civil commitment of individuals with mental illness who pose risks to themselves or the public or are living on the streets and cannot care for themselves in appropriate facilities for appropriate periods of time; and

(ii) provide assistance to State and local governments, through technical guidance, grants, or other legally available means, for the identification, adoption, and implementation of maximally flexible civil commitment, institutional treatment, and “step-down” treatment standards that allow for the appropriate commitment and treatment of individuals with mental illness who pose a danger to others or are living on the streets and cannot care for themselves.

Sec. 3. Fighting Vagrancy on America’s Streets. (a) The Attorney General, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and the Secretary of Transportation shall take immediate steps to assess their discretionary grant programs and determine whether priority for those grants may be given to grantees in States and municipalities that actively meet the below criteria, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

(i) enforce prohibitions on open illicit drug use;

(ii) enforce prohibitions on urban camping and loitering;

(iii) enforce prohibitions on urban squatting;

(iv) enforce, and where necessary, adopt, standards that address individuals who are a danger to themselves or others and suffer from serious mental illness or substance use disorder, or who are living on the streets and cannot care for themselves, through assisted outpatient treatment or by moving them into treatment centers or other appropriate facilities via civil commitment or other available means, to the maximum extent permitted by law; or

(v) substantially implement and comply with, to the extent required, the registration and notification obligations of the Sex Offender Registry and Notification Act, particularly in the case of registered sex offenders with no fixed address, including by adequately mapping and checking the location of homeless sex offenders.

(b) The Attorney General shall:

(i) ensure that homeless individuals arrested for Federal crimes are evaluated, consistent with 18 U.S.C. 4248, to determine whether they are sexually dangerous persons and certified accordingly for civil commitment;

(ii) take all necessary steps to ensure the availability of funds under the Emergency Federal Law Enforcement Assistance program to support, as consistent with 34 U.S.C. 50101 et seq., encampment removal efforts in areas for which public safety is at risk and State and local resources are inadequate;

(iii) assess Federal resources to determine whether they may be directed toward ensuring, to the extent permitted by law, that detainees with serious mental illness are not released into the public because of a lack of forensic bed capacity at appropriate local, State, and Federal jails or hospitals; and

(iv) enhance requirements that prisons and residential reentry centers that are under the authority of the Attorney General or receive funding from the Attorney General require in-custody housing release plans and, to the maximum extent practicable, require individuals to comply.

Sec. 4. Redirecting Federal Resources Toward Effective Methods of Addressing Homelessness. (a) The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall take appropriate action to:

(i) ensure that discretionary grants issued by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery fund evidence-based programs and do not fund programs that fail to achieve adequate outcomes, including so-called “harm reduction” or “safe consumption” efforts that only facilitate illegal drug use and its attendant harm;

(ii) provide technical assistance to assisted outpatient treatment programs for individuals with serious mental illness or addiction during and after the civil commitment process focused on shifting such individuals off of the streets and public programs and into private housing and support networks; and

(iii) ensure that Federal funds for Federally Qualified Health Centers and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics reduce rather than promote homelessness by supporting, to the maximum extent permitted by law, comprehensive services for individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorder, including crisis intervention services.

(b) The Attorney General shall prioritize available funding to support the expansion of drug courts and mental health courts for individuals for which such diversion serves public safety.

Sec. 5. Increasing Accountability and Safety in America’s Homelessness Programs. (a) The Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall take appropriate actions to increase accountability in their provision of, and grants awarded for, homelessness assistance and transitional living programs. These actions shall include, to the extent permitted by law, ending support for “housing first” policies that deprioritize accountability and fail to promote treatment, recovery, and self-sufficiency; increasing competition among grantees through broadening the applicant pool; and holding grantees to higher standards of effectiveness in reducing homelessness and increasing public safety.

(b) The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall, as appropriate, take steps to require recipients of Federal housing and homelessness assistance to increase requirements that persons participating in the recipients’ programs who suffer from substance use disorder or serious mental illness use substance abuse treatment or mental health services as a condition of participation.

(c) With respect to recipients of Federal housing and homelessness assistance that operate drug injection sites or “safe consumption sites,” knowingly distribute drug paraphernalia, or permit the use or distribution of illicit drugs on property under their control:

(i) the Attorney General shall review whether such recipients are in violation of Federal law, including 21 U.S.C. 856, and bring civil or criminal actions in appropriate cases; and

Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest of Nekima Levy Armstrong, the alleged ringleader of an anti-ICE militant invasion of a church service because the Pastor is a suspected ICE agent. Don Lemon, the former CNN agitator, appeared to lead the assault. He is expected to face Federal charges as well.

Attorney General Pam Bondi shared, “So far, we have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. We will share more updates as they…”

FBI Arrests Ringleaders of Commie Horde That Stormed Cities Church – RedState

The moment all of us have been waiting for is finally here – the people who led the commie takeover of Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, are being arrested. Attorney General Pam Bondi made the announcement Thursday morning, revealing that agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, saying Armstrong “allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.”

Despite the tough rhetoric coming from Mexico lately, the Sheinbaum administration itself seems more than willing to placate an America at war with the drug cartels. Mexico’s Security Minister Omar Garcia Harfuch announced the extradition of 37 high ranking and dangerous cartel members that “represented a real threat to the country’s (Mexico) security.” This bring the total number of extradited cartel members to 92.

Mexico’s security minister said Tuesday that it had sent another 37 members of Mexican drug cartels to the United States, as the Trump administration ratchets up pressure on governments to crack down on criminal networks it says are smuggling drugs across the border.

Mexican Security Minister Omar García Harfuch wrote in a social media post on X that the people transferred were “high impact criminals” that “represented a real threat to the country’s security.”

It is the third time in less than one year that Mexico has sent detained cartel members to the U.S. as the country attempts to offset mounting threats by U.S. President Donald Trump. García Harfuch said the government has sent 92 people in total.

North Dakota’s Attorney General Drew Wrigley has served notice to an abortion drug trafficking company, Prairie Abortion Fund. The pro-unborn-child-murder group has been “providing” the unborn baby murder pill to North Dakota residents in violation of its prescription drug laws.

Attorney General Wrigley stated, “Our BCI [Bureau of Criminal Investigation] was able to purchase abortion pills from websites promoted by Prairie Abortion Fund without providing any health information and without providing any verification of identity or age. These actions pose a significant health risk to pregnant women and facilitate the violation of North Dakota’s healthcare requirements, in part, by taking doctors out of the equation. As a North Dakota nonprofit corporation, by referring and actively linking to websites that unlawfully sells products, Prairie Abortion Fund lends credibility and trustworthiness to unlawful websites that otherwise would look much more suspicious.”

Last Friday, in an aggressive but totally justified action, North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley “issued a Cease & Desist Order against Prairie Abortion Fund, a North Dakota nonprofit corporation located in Fargo, who is actively promoting and facilitating the unlawful sale of abortion pills in North Dakota.

What specifically are they alleged to be doing?

Prairie Abortion Fund violated the North Dakota Consumer Fraud Law, N.D.C.C. ch. 51-15, by promoting and facilitating the unlawful sale of counterfeit, unapproved, untested, misbranded, or misrepresented products, the unlawful sale of products without a required prescription, and the unlawful sale and unsupervised use of products required to be administered under the supervision of a physician.

After nearly 10 years of fighting and winning a SCOTUS decision, Christian organizations have finally officially won their fight to stop forcing religious organizations to fund abortions. New York has officially settled with the Christian organizations, guaranteeing they will no longer be forced to fund abortions.

One of the plaintiffs’ attorneys, Lori Windham, said of the settlement, “For nearly a decade, New York bureaucrats tried to strong-arm nuns into paying for abortions because they serve all those in need. At long last, the state has given up its disgraceful campaign. This victory confirms that the government cannot punish religious ministries for living out their faith by serving everyone. The Supreme Court has made it abundantly clear that religious groups shouldn’t be bullied for staying true to their faith.”

Christian organizations spent nearly a decade fighting New York’s requirement that they pay for abortions. They came out victorious on Friday, thanks in part to a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in June.

In January 2017, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that the Empire State would require employers to not only pay for contraceptive drugs and devices but for “all medically necessary abortion services.”

Cuomo, a Catholic, said that the mandate was one of a number of regulatory actions that would “help ensure that whatever happens at the federal level, women in our state will have cost-free access to reproductive health care.”

As Colorado continues to plunge into anti-American leftist dogma, its schools continue to harass American children and their families, especially whites and Christians. As a result, more and more families are pulling their kids out of the child terrorizing schools. In just one year, the schools saw almost a 2% drop in enrollment as parents continue to pull their kids from the government schools.

Colorado Education Commissioner Susana Córdova claimed, “Colorado continues to experience enrollment trends shaped by a declining school-aged population, increasing racial and ethnic diversity, and shifts toward part-time and online learning. These changes require thoughtful adaptation, and our schools are working diligently to continue serving students effectively across the state.”

More Colorado parents are opting for homeschooling, pulling their children from public schools, state data shows.

The Colorado Department of Education on Tuesday released state data based on fall’s student count. The state reported a 1.2% drop in enrollment compared to last fall, with a total of 870,793 pre-K-12th grade students enrolled.

Colorado Education Commissioner Susana Córdova attributed the enrollment drop to several factors, including a decline in the school-aged population.

After ICE Agent Jon Ross was injured when a leftist insurrectionist hit him with her car, death threats came in from the insurrectionist’s fellow insurrectionists, along with condemnation by DNC party leaders, including the Minnesota Governor, Tim Walz, and the Minneapolis Mayor, Jacob Frey.

To help the agent recover from his injuries, as well as deal with the security his family now needs due to DNC activists threatening to murder them, Americans started online campaigns to fund them. So far, the two major funds, GoFundMe and GiveSendGo, have exceeded $1 million in donations, a figure that continues to climb.

Online fundraisers for Jon Ross have surpassed $1 million in total funds going to the ICE agent who shot Renee Good in Minneapolis after the left-wing activist rammed him with her car on the street. It is rumored that Ross, as well as his family, have gone into hiding since the incident and federal agents were recently seen taking items out of his home.

Two main online fundraising campaigns for Ross have crossed the $1 million mark combined. One GoFundMe campaign organized by Clyde Emmons, which stated, “After seeing all the media bs about a domestic terrorist getting go fund me. I feel that the officer that was 1000 percent justified in the shooting deserves to have a go fund me.” That has raised $762,767.

President Donald Trump announced a plan to bring down the cost of healthcare for every American. His program is called the “Great Healthcare Plan.” He outlined the heart of the plan, posting, “Instead of putting the needs of big corporations and special interests first, our plan finally puts you first. It puts more money in your pocket. The government is going to pay the money directly to you. It goes to you, and then you take the money and buy your own health care.”

President Donald Trump on Thursday introduced the Great Healthcare Plan, a comprehensive healthcare plan to lower drug prices and health insurance premiums, hold big insurance companies accountable, and increase price transparency.

“Instead of putting the needs of big corporations and special interests first, our plan finally puts you first,” Trump said in a video announcing the Great Healthcare Plan. “It puts more money in your pocket. The government is going to pay the money directly to you. It goes to you, and then you take the money and buy your own health care.”

Trump’s Great Healthcare Plan comes at a time that Congress has yet to find a solution to address the rising cost of healthcare. Democrats shut down the government for weeks over enhanced Obamacare subsidies, which were first enacted during the pandemic era through Biden’s $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. They continued the subsidies through the so-called Inflation Reduction Act.

Trump’s plan would codify many of the policies that his administration has already taken to lower drug costs and institute healthcare price transparency.

The Great Healthcare Plan would seek to lower prescription drug prices for Americans by codifying Trump’s Most-Favored-Nation deals to get Americans the same low prices for prescription drugs that people in other countries pay. It also makes more verified pharmaceutical drugs available for over-the-counter purchase.

The president’s plan would stop sending billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded subsidy payments to health insurers and instead send them directly to the American people to purchase a health insurance plan that aligns more with their choice. The plan would fund a cost-sharing reduction program to bring down health insurance premiums by at least 10 percent and save taxpayers at least $36 billion, according to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO).

The Big Beautiful Bill was designed to include cost-sharing reduction payments — until Senate Democrats objected, believing it violated the Byrd Rule, and thus required 60 votes to be included in Trump’s signature legislation this term.

Trump’s plan would also end kickbacks paid by pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to large brokerage middleman that “deceptively raise the cost of health insurance.”

The Great Healthcare Plan would require that insurance companies prominently post the profits they take out of premiums as well as publish rate and coverage comparisons so that consumers can shop for the best healthcare service with the insurance coverage they have. It would also require insurance companies to publish the percentage of claims they reject and average wait times for routine care.

On the other side, healthcare providers that accept Medicare or Medicaid must post pricing in their place of business and ensure insurance companies are complying with price transparency requirements.

In 2024, then-Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) said that codifying Trump’s healthcare price transparency rules would be “bigger than Obamacare.”

The United States Supreme Court voted by 7-2 that candidates in elections have standing to sue over Mass Mailer Ballot rules. The ruling could finally create a legal challenge to the obviously unconstitutional practice of allowing elections to be conducted in ways that are clearly impossible to secure.

Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the decision, saying, “Candidates have a concrete and particularized interest in the rules that govern the counting of votes in their elections, regardless whether those rules harm their electoral prospects or increase the cost of their campaigns. Their interest extends to the integrity of the election — and the democratic process by which they earn or lose the support of the people they seek to represent.” The far-left insurrectionist judges, Sotomayor and Brown-Jackson dissented.

The Supreme Court held Wednesday that candidates for office can challenge rules governing elections in court.

In a 7-2 decision, the majority held that Republican Illinois Rep. Michael Bost has standing to challenge state rules that allow mail-in ballots to be counted up to 14 days after Election Day.

“Candidates have a concrete and particularized interest in the rules that govern the counting of votes in their elections, regardless whether those rules harm their electoral prospects or increase the cost of their campaigns,” Chief Justice John Roberts wrote in the majority opinion.

“Their interest extends to the integrity of the election — and the democratic process by which they earn or lose the support of the people they seek to represent.”

For the first time in 50 years, the net migration in the U.S. has reached a deficit. The report by the Brookings Institute reveals the net deficit in migration is due to a combination of forced and voluntary deportations coupled with a precipitous decline in new entries. The United States experienced negative net migration in 2025 for the first time in more than five decades as the Trump administration continues a sweeping crackdown on immigration.

In a report released Tuesday by the Brookings Institution, the shift was driven by a combination of stepped-up immigration enforcement, removals of illegal immigrants, voluntary departures, but most significantly a sharp decline in new entries into the country over the past year.

“We estimate net flows of -295,000 to -10,000 for the year,” the study said. “Though a high degree of policy uncertainty remains, continued negative net migration for 2026 is also likely.”

President Donald Trump needed VD Vance to stop the Senate from passing a bill that would handcuff President Trump’s military action in Venezuela. The Senate voted 50-50, with Vance casting the deciding vote in Trump’s favor. Had the bill passed it would have been vetoed, so the bill was a show bill intended to send Trump a message, but not one from the American people, one from the DNC-RINO party.

Vice President JD Vance cast the tiebreaking vote in the Senate Wednesday night after some Republicans bucked President Donald Trump on a key war powers resolution.

Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Rand Paul of Kentucky, and Susan Collins of Maine defied their party to defy Trump, requiring Vance to break the tie.

Top White House advisor Stephen Miller is claiming the work to identify, arrest, and prosecute the network of insurrectionists supporting the anti-ICE terror assaults is nearly complete, so Americans should expect results soon. Miller claimed they have begun the work already of “identifying, disrupting and dismantling the insurgent networks…” Trump followed up soon after with a Truth Social post that declared, “FEAR NOT, GREAT PEOPLE OF MINNESOTA, THE DAY OF RECKONING & RETRIBUTION IS COMING!”

Miller also told ICE officers, “You have federal immunity in the conduct of your duties. Anybody who lays a hand on you or tries to stop you or tries to obstruct you is committing a felony, he stated. “You have immunity to perform your duties, and no one—no city official, no state official, no illegal alien, no leftist agitator or domestic insurrectionist—can prevent you from fulfilling your legal obligations and duties. The Department of Justice has made clear that if officials cross that line into obstruction, into criminal conspiracy against the United States or against ICE officers, then they will face justice.”

President Trump ordered an additional 1,000 CBP agents to deploy to the Twin cities, potentially bringing the total to approximately 3,000 federal personnel there to conduct immigration enforcement operations amidst the violent left-wing insurgency.

The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and the Justice Department removed regulations from the Biden era that ordered banks not to consider the immigration status of its borrowers. Trump Cancels Biden Rules Forcing Banks to Give Loans to Illegals – Breitbart

On Monday, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Justice Department eliminated the Biden guidelines that ordered lenders not to consider immigration status when evaluating loan and credit applications, a rule that had major implications for mortgages, credit cards, and auto loans, Bloomberg reported.

The Biden administration maintained that considering immigration status would violate anti-racism laws that ensure equal and fair lending practices.

The Biden era rules were intended to help anchor illegal and temporary visa workers into Americans’ communities, for example, by providing funds for homes, autos, and apartment leases.

But the Trump administration now says the rule went too far and was inappropriate and that considering immigration and residency status does not violate the 1974 Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

Dilbert cartoon creator and political philosopher Scott Adams died at the age of 68 of cancer. Just before his death, Adams made a public declaration of belief in Jesus Christ, the Savior of the World. While the media chose to slander him after his death, his fans celebrated his life, mourned his passing, and welcomed his acceptance of Christ as his savior.

Adams wrote, “If you are reading this, things did not go well for me. I have a few things to say before I go. My body failed before my brain. I am of sound mind as I write this January 1st, 2026…. So here I go: I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and look forward to spending an eternity with Him…”

Dilbert cartoonist Scott Adams passed away Tuesday morning at the age of 68 after a battle with metastatic prostate cancer.

He died just before the broadcast of his daily YouTube show, “Real Coffee with Scott Adams,” was set to begin, according to his ex-wife, Shelly Miles.

“He waited until just before the show started,” Miles lamented. “He’s not with us anymore.”

With a trembling voice, she read the farewell message he had prepared on New Year’s Day, confirming to his listeners that he had converted to Christianity. He had announced during a livestream on January 4 that he planned to convert to Christianity despite not being a believer.

“If you are reading this, things did not go well for me. I have a few things to say before I go. My body failed before my brain. I am of sound mind as I write this January 1st, 2026,” she read.

Adams noted in his letter that many of his Christian friends had urged him to “find Jesus” before he passed away, and while he wasn’t a believer, he had decided the risk-reward calculation to being a believer “looked so attractive” to him.

“So here I go: I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and look forward to spending an eternity with Him,” Adams wrote. “The part about me not being a believer should be quickly resolved if I wake up in heaven,” he added.

The Anti-ICE States of California, Washington, New York, and the far-left city-state Washington D.C. are seeing its tourist numbers drop precipitously as the violence they continue to foment and protect drives both domestic and international tourists away. California Joins Washington, New York, Oregon, Washington DC and More US States Facing Deep Tourism Crisis Amid Political Tension in American Skies, New Update is Here  Travel And Tour World
from news.google.com

California, Washington, New York, Oregon, Washington D.C., and several other key US states are now facing an alarming tourism crisis, as political tensions continue to shake the very foundation of their once-thriving tourism industries. Political unrest, border issues, and immigration disputes have triggered a significant decline in tourist arrivals, affecting local economies across the nation. California, traditionally a major draw for international tourists, is seeing its visitor numbers plummet as political instability spreads like wildfire.

US States like Washington, New York, and Oregon are not far behind, with federal policies making their mark on the travel sector. Major tourist destinations in Washington D.C., including historical landmarks, are also suffering as visitors steer clear, unsure about the safety of traveling during these turbulent times. The ripple effect is undeniable, with businesses across tourism-dependent regions feeling the strain. Washington D.C., New York, and Oregon are all facing the same grim reality: a deep tourism crisis that shows no sign of improving.

After the hiring of Bari Weiss to remove the far-left propaganda from CBS News, doubt has remained as to just how hard Weiss would push and what she could accomplish. The jury is still out, but a recent interview by CBS News Anchor Tony Dokoupil of President Trump reveals a news standard that is aligned, once again, with Americanism.

Newsbusters’ assessment of the interview should please CBS News. They claimed, “The dust has settled on the second Trump interview of the Bari Weiss Era at CBS News. It is another positive step in the right direction, away from the usual talking point-laden gotchafests… Anchor Tony Dokoupil acquitted himself well, being firm but respectful. He brought questions, not talking points. He engaged, rather than scolded. This resulted in meaningful conversation, rather than performative confrontation.”
