El-Sayed’s Michigan Victory: The Communist, Antisemitic Takeover of the Democrat Party Is No Longer an Aberration gellerreport.com

EXCERPT:

Although Republicans think El-Sayed will be defeated in November I find this DSA trend solidly entrenched within the walls of the Democrat Party to be beyond alarming. It is no longer an aberration.

AIPAC spent over $31 million to defeat this Hamas inclined political imposter.

El-Sayed’s victory is an exceptionally narrow one, but the Squad, Mamdani, Bernie Sanders, Hasan Piker and their fellow travelers will be feeling vindicated and doubtless have already popped the champagne corks.

In Michigan Trump defeated Harris by only 1.4% and Slotkin defeated Rogers by a mere .3% of the vote in 2024 so Michigan is still a swing state. A minor amount of voter fraud could ensure a DSA victory there in November.

Sickeningly, the drumbeat against Israel is getting louder. Bizarrely, all candidates on the Left have to do to receive applause is to say they won’t take any money from AIPAC. If they follow that by saying Israel is committing genocide in Gaza the applause turns into a standing ovation.

EXCERPT:

Although the race was considered competitive, two-term Trump-backed Rep. Andy Ogles (TN-5) was expected by many to win the GOP primary Thursday night and head to the general election to fight for a third term.

That will not happen, however, as he was defeated approximately 53 to 47 percent by former Tennessee Commissioner of Agriculture Dr. Charlie Hatcher, a farmer who received significant financial backing from renewable energy interests.

🚨 NOW: Rep. Andy Ogles JUST LOST his embattled GOP primary in Tennessee’s 5th District, to well-financed challenger Charlie Hatcher — DDHQ

Ogles WILL be missed. He repeatedly called out the Islamic invasion, knows America is a Christian nation and filed to impeach rogue judges!

This is a district that was redrawn for 2026.

The SAVE Act, aka the SAVE America Act, will not be passed before the summer recess thanks to Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD). The last attempt failed to pass by a vote of 48-50.

It now appears increasingly likely that mass mailer elections will continue at least until 2026, giving Democrats a decided advantage. For the progressive state press, this defeat of Voter ID legislation was celebrated. They understand their party is the one that counts that mass mailer ballots.

Senate Republicans Ignore Trump And Let SAVE America Act Die www.politicususa.com

To understand how much power Trump has lost, it helps to take a look at the agendas of the White House and the Republican Senate majority. Last week, Donald Trump demanded that Senate Majority Leader Thune cancel the August recess and stay in session until his election rigging legislation, which has been misleadingly named the SAVE America Act, was passed.

The Senate responded by moving forward with an attempt to pass a continuing resolution to keep the government funded until December 11, trying to move forward on the late Lindsey Graham’s bill to sanction Russia, and a cryptocurrency reform bill.

Not only will the Senate leave when its work is done for a five-week recess, but it will also leave without passing Trump’s desperate gambit to rig the midterm election and keep himself relevant for the final two years of his term.

Republicans in the Senate keep telling Trump that the SAVE America Act is dead in the water, but the president keeps trying to push for it to be passed.

The legislation Senate Republicans are working on doesn’t address inflation and affordability, but it shows the majority has no interest in Trump’s pet legislation.

In Michigan, the DSA won the Democratic nominations for U.S. Senate and the 13th U.S. House but lost the 7th House Race and the Governors’ Race.

In Missouri, the “moderate’ Democrat defeated the far-left progressive in the Missouri 1st House. In Virginia, the “moderate” Democrats won most House races. For Trump-endorsed candidates, it was a near sweep in all races, which include Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Virginia, and Washington.

Mainstream liberal Democrat Haley Stevens is facing off against Abdul El-Sayed, the far-left Islamist. Much like Zohran Mamdani who won the Mayoral election in New York City, El-Sayed is the living embodiment of the Red-Green Alliance – very smooth talker who hates America and Israel and has build his campaign around support from people like Hasan Piker. El-Sayed has been leading in the polls by double digits.

The winner will face off against Republican Mike Rogers. General election polling has Stevens running close to even with Rogers, El-Sayed significantly behind. But that’s a long way off.

Rep. John James Wins Republican Nomination for Michigan Governor www.breitbart.com

EXCERPT:

Rep. John James has won the Republican nomination in the Michigan governor’s race over businessman Perry Johnson.

James handily won the race with 49.7 percent of the vote over Johnson’s 35.2 percent by the time analysts declared him the victor.

The Army veteran James lost two Senate races in Michigan before securing a U.S. House seat in 2022, which he won again in 2024.

“This is an amazing state with all the great ingredients, but for the past seven-and-a-half years, under Gretchen Whitmer, we’ve been led to higher taxes, more crime on the roads — and frankly, the roads we have aren’t fixed yet,” James said during a televised debate last month.

“We’re going to work together to make sure that our children can read, to make sure that we put criminals in jail, and we hold those accountable who continue to let them back out,” James added. “And we’re going to be making sure that we come together to accomplish the mission of increasing hope and purpose with tested, positive leadership that has actually been tested from the battlefield to business to delivering for you right now.”

Marxist former Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant’s attempted political comeback appears to have ended in humiliation after voters boxed her out of Washington’s 9th Congressional District general election.

Rep. Adam Smith, Washington’s longest-serving member of Congress, led Tuesday’s primary with approximately 51 percent of the vote. Republican Doug Basler held second place with 24 percent, putting the two on course for a November matchup. Sawant was stranded in third place with just 13 percent, barely ahead of fellow far-left candidate Melissa Chaudhry.

The Associated Press called the race for Washington’s 9th District, which includes portions of South Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, and surrounding communities.

Mike Rogers Secures Republican Nomination for Michigan Senate www.breitbart.com

EXCERPT:

Former FBI special agent Mike Rogers has secured the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Michigan after running unopposed in the primary.

Rogers secured the election quickly after the polls closed in Michigan on Tuesday due to his having no challenger in what will likely become one of the most competitive U.S. Senate races in the upcoming midterms, per Washington Examiner:

The seat is open after Democratic Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI) announced he would not seek a third term, creating one of the GOP’s best pickup opportunities as the party looks to expand its Senate majority.

Rogers is making his second straight run for the Senate after narrowly losing in 2024. Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) defeated Rogers in that contest by roughly 19,000 votes, or about one-third of a percentage point, even as Trump carried Michigan at the top of the ticket. The narrow defeat cemented Rogers as one of the GOP’s strongest statewide candidates and helped persuade national Republicans to rally behind another bid when Peters announced his retirement.

EXCERPT:

William Lawrence, a progressive insurgent, upset the Democratic establishment Tuesday to win the tense primary to run against Rep. Tom Barrett (R-MI), possibly thwarting one of the top pickup opportunities for Democrats in November.

Lawrence led with a plurality of the vote in the three-way field, 43%, when the Associated Press called the race at 11:23 p.m. Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink had 29%, while former Navy SEAL Matt Maasdam had 28%. 55% of the vote was tabulated when the race was called.

The bitter battle between Brink and Maasdam to secure the nomination was turned upside down by the upstart Lawrence, whose surge in the weeks leading up to the primary was enough to clinch the nomination. As attack ads ran against both Brink and Maasdam in the closing weeks, Lawrence ended up being the beneficiary and clinched the nomination.

Democrat Governor Restores Voting Rights For Roughly 66,000 Felons trendingpoliticsnews.com

EXCERPT:

Governor Abigail Spanberger announced on Saturday that her administration has restored the right to vote and other civil rights to 66,085 Virginians who were formerly incarcerated following felony convictions. The announcement, which was issued by the Office of the Governor in Richmond, noted that the restorations have occurred since Spanberger took office this past January.

Virginia is one of three states with a state constitution that permanently disenfranchises citizens with past felony convictions, leaving the restoration of those rights to the discretion of the governor. The civil rights restored under this process include the right to vote, serve on a jury, run for public office, and become a notary public.

Prior to 2022, governors from both major parties had worked to streamline the restoration process. Former Governor Glenn Youngkin, a Republican who left office in January 2026, shifted to a case-by-case application review system. Fewer than 10,000 restorations occurred under Youngkin’s administration, however.

Upon taking office, the Spanberger Administration reestablished processes to review applications and to proactively identify eligible Virginians whose rights could be restored. This included removing a requirement, added during the Youngkin Administration, for applicants to confirm payment of all fines, fees, and restitution.

‘Platner on steroids’: Max Miller abuse claims have Republicans silently sweating www.politico.com
News Source
EXCERPT:

Public scrutiny of domestic abuse allegations against Rep. Max Miller is quickly mounting. His Republican colleagues have been slow to respond.

New reporting on government documents claiming that Miller poured hot water on his ex-wife, Emily Moreno, held a gun to her head and broke their young daughter’s collarbone has brought a wave of new attention to the Ohio lawmaker’s long-running public marital dispute. This week, Moreno’s lawyer filed for a restraining order against Miller, accusing him of harassing his ex-wife’s counsel.

The surge of attention presents a dilemma for Republicans: speak out against their colleague who is running in a competitive race or face accusations of hypocrisy after hammering multiple similarly scandal-plagued Democrats — including Graham Platner, who recently ended his Maine Senate campaign, and Eric Swalwell, who resigned his House seat in April.

Miller, like Platner and Swalwell, denies any wrongdoing. And so far, those fellow Republicans have been largely silent. A host of prominent GOP leaders nationally and in Ohio either declined to comment or did not respond to inquiries from POLITICO.

Lawyer for GOP Rep. Max Miller’s ex-wife files for restraining order as abuse allegations against congressman swirl www.cbsnews.com

EXCERPT:

The ex-wife of Republican Rep. Max Miller asked a court Thursday to issue a restraining order blocking the two-term Ohio congressman from contacting her lawyer, as her allegations that he assaulted her — which Miller denies — continue to plague his contentious reelection campaign.

Miller pledged on Sunday to stay in the race as he vehemently denied the recent allegations that have swirled against him.

“I’m not getting out of this race, and I’m winning in November,” Miller said.

In court filings, ex-wife Emily Moreno alleged that Miller has repeatedly had physical and verbal altercations with her attorney, Andrew Zashin, after recent court hearings in an ongoing custody battle. The pair already have court-ordered restraining orders against each other. They share a young daughter after a brief marriage that began in 2022 and ended in June 2025.

After a May court hearing, Moreno alleged that Miller insulted Zashin’s fiancée in front of witnesses at an Ohio courthouse, and alleged that after a hearing this week, the congressman physically grabbed Zashin and another attorney.

Musk Revives Super PAC, Pledges Major Push to Boost GOP Turnout in Midterms › American Greatness amgreatness.com

EXCERPT:

Elon Musk is reviving his political operation to help Republicans defend their congressional majorities in an election year that has grown increasingly competitive.

Musk is reactivating America PAC, the super PAC that spent more than $260 million helping elect President Donald Trump in 2024, according to people familiar with the plans. The group will focus on door-knocking, digital advertising and direct mail to turn out conservative voters, including many who typically skip midterm elections.

Musk’s representatives have not disclosed a specific dollar figure for the 2026 effort, but given his 2024 spending, which made him the largest individual political donor in a single election cycle in American history, Republican operatives expect a substantial commitment.

The renewed investment gives the GOP a formidable new asset heading into November. GOP super PACs and committees already hold more than a $300 million cash advantage over their Democratic counterparts, a figure that does not include the $400 million sitting in Trump’s MAGA Inc. super PAC.

James Blair, Trump’s senior political adviser, welcomed the return of Musk’s operation. “America PAC was an essential partner for our historic GOTV operation in 2024, and their return for 2026 is a huge boost for Republicans across the country,” Blair said. “We will again outsmart our opponents and ruthlessly execute our mission for the GOP between now and Election Day.”

America PAC knocked on more than 10 million doors across swing states during the 2024 campaign. By concentrating on turnout operations again this cycle, the group will allow other Republican organizations to direct more of their spending toward television advertising, according to people close to the plans. Musk’s political adviser, Chris Young, will lead the effort, which is expected to coordinate closely with the rest of the party’s political infrastructure.

Hochul Challenger Bruce Blakeman Needs to Make Mayor Mamdani Respect His Authority! – RedState redstate.com

EXCERPT:
A new poll is making the rounds in New York, and it is “shocking”:

Gov. Kathy Hochul leads her Republican opponent Bruce Blakeman by just 4 percentage points, according to a bombshell new poll. Just 47% of those surveyed said they’d back the Democratic incumbent, compared to 43% who supported the Nassau County executive, with 10% of registered voters undecided, the poll, conducted by a pro-Blakeman super PAC found.

Of course, since this is a pro-Blakeman super PAC poll, it is not being done by a neutral party. Which “means we should read the released polling as the candidate’s best-case scenario — although not an implausible one.” The super PAC is releasing this poll to show that Blakeman is competitive in the race and that GOP donors and voters should get excited about it and contribute/volunteer.

The super PAC needed to release this poll to counteract the public polling. The RCP average shows Democrat incumbent Gov. Hochul up 52.3 percent to 35 percent, which means she is already above the magic 50 percent plus 1 majority of the vote.

In a prior column on the governor’s race, I focused on Bruce Blakeman’s inability to raise the money he needed to be competitive. He has since improved his fundraising – granted, after some campaign snafus – bringing in about $11.4 million in total. But he is still far behind the Hochul team – she is sitting on $21 million on hand, and the New York state Democrat Party has an additional $22 million. This is more than four times the amount Blakeman and the state Republican Party have on hand.

Polls Show Majority Of Americans Support Voter ID thefederalist.com

As the SAVE America Act stalls in the Senate, new polls show that an overwhelming majority of voters across both parties are largely in favor of supporting required voter ID laws.

Seemingly every day there are more reports about noncitizens participating in U.S. elections and undermining the integrity of America’s voting system. Senate Majority Leader John Thune also continues to clash with President Donald Trump, refusing to overturn the now four-month-long blockade of the SAVE Act in the upper chamber.

A recently published poll by Tea Party Patriots Action indicated over 80 percent of likely voters say that only U.S. citizens should vote in federal elections, while another poll conducted by Fox News found that over 80 percent of voters think that a photo ID should be required to register to vote.

The data released from TPPA surveyed 1,000 general election voters and was conducted by McLaughlin & Associates on July 22, 2026. John McLaughlin, strategic consultant and pollster, surveyed people nationwide who are “likely to vote,” and divided respondents evenly between “people who support Trump and people who don’t,” according to TPPA Chairman Jenny Beth Martin.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton accused state Rep. James Talarico (D-TX), his Democratic Senate rival, of election fraud after a report alleged that Talarico registered to vote at his mother’s Austin address shortly before filing to run for a Texas House seat.

The Federalist reported that Talarico registered at the address in December 2021, days before the candidate filing deadline, as he prepared to campaign in a newly drawn district where he had not previously lived.

Paxton seized on the allegations Tuesday, accusing Talarico of disregarding Texas election law to secure a safe Democratic seat.

“James Talarico has proven he has zero regard for Texans and the rule of law,” Paxton wrote on X.

“He’s been lying to voters and shamelessly committing election fraud to hold onto power.”

A DNC official was only able to recover $7,000 of the $29,000 payment.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) lost nearly $29,000 to an email scammer who was posing as Ken Martin, the DNC’s chairman. The thief was able to scam the cash-strapped DNC out of the funds last year, according to reporting first done by NOTUS.

An unknown party was able to send the fraudulent email to a staffer at the DNC in February 2025, an official told the outlet. The email claimed to be Martin, and the staffer, who no longer works for the DNC, sent the $29,000.

The DNC official was able to catch the error minutes later, but was only able to recover $7,000 of the $29,000 payment. The fraudster was able to pull off the heist as the DNC is facing a crunch for cash and has now put its own building in Washington, DC up as collateral to get a $15 million line of credit.

The DNC admitted to what it referred to as a “misdisbursement of Committee funds” in a letter from August 2025 to the FEC, saying that the incident was caused by “the result of fraudulent activity by an external third party.”

The DNC told the agency that it would take “further steps to avoid similar events in the future.”

Dems must win 57 out of 77 competitive House seats to take majority www.washingtonexaminer.com

EXCERPT:

Democrats’ path to retaking the House in November has significantly slimmed as a result of the mid-decade redistricting war this cycle, a new analysis found.

The nonpartisan Cook Political Report found that under the newly drawn maps across 10 states, the number of “competitive” swing seats has dropped from 87 to 77. For Democrats to win control of the House, the party would need to win at least 57 of the 77 seats.

The Cook Political Report’s elections analysis defines competitive seats as districts that either party won in the past two presidential election cycles by 5 points or less. Under the old lines, Democrats would have needed to win 59 of the 87 competitive seats.

Republicans are expected to gain eight seats due to mid-decade redistricting, while Democrats could have a net gain of two. The redistricting fight began this cycle in Texas after President Donald Trump urged the state legislature to redraw its state lines to be more favorable to Republicans.

Hong’s campaign accused him of “telling lies and inventing quotes,” saying she never called for abolishing the Senate.

Except, of course, for that one time she posted on her current campaign account, “Abolish the Senate.”

The to-do began on Sunday, when DSA co-chair Megan Romer went viral for defending her positions on Fox News. This includes abolishing the police, abolishing prisons, abolishing the Senate, defunding the Department of War, and other such fun stuff.

“This sounds a lot like DSA-backed @FrancescaHongWI,” Tiffany said in an X post, along with the Romer video. “Socialism is knocking on Wisconsin’s door. This November, we slam it shut.”
