Jamison Wagner, 40, was charged with two counts of malicious damage or destruction of property by fire or explosives. He faces up to 20 years in prison for each count if convicted.

Wagner allegedly vandalized the Tesla dealership in February with various phrases, including “Die Elon,” “Tesla Nazi Inc,” and “Die Tesla Nazi,” along with swastikas, according to court filings. He also allegedly started a fire affecting two Tesla vehicles, significantly damaging one of them.
Protests and attacks on Tesla vehicles and dealerships have surged in response to Elon Musk’s involvement in the Trump administration.

An anonymous Tesla owner in Texas is suing a vandal for $1 million after the man was caught on video keying his Model X.
Rafael Hernandez, 56, was arrested and charged with felony criminal mischief over the weekend for vandalizing the Tesla at DFW airport in March, CBS News Texas reported.
Hernandez is one of countless Democrats who have been caught in recent weeks keying Teslas and harassing Tesla owners to show their disapproval of Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s involvement in the Trump administration.
Hernandez was booked on March 22 and faces a maximum fine of $20,000.

A Fox News analysis has revealed that there have been at least 51 reported attacks on Tesla property across the United States, with an additional 17 incidents occurring internationally. These attacks range from minor acts of vandalism, such as keying or graffiti, to more serious offenses like arson and drive-by shootings.
Attorney General Pamela Bondi has stated that her department is treating these incidents as acts of domestic terrorism. Some of the more serious attacks in the U.S. include a March 18 incident in Las Vegas, where a man allegedly used a Molotov cocktail to torch several Teslas at a local repair center. In Austin, Texas, police found incendiary devices inside a Tesla showroom, and in Loveland, Colorado, a man that claims to be a woman was arrested with an accomplice for allegedly igniting an incendiary device and throwing it at a dealership.
Elon Musk announced over X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that the company is now being integrated with another company, xAI. The former company purchased $45 billion worth of X stock, leaving everyone to ask the question, “who owns xAI?”

Thanks to the way the dark money behemoth operates, it’s a mystery whether the money goes to any of the far-left groups it supports.
That setup allows the state to obscure which group actually gets taxpayer dollars after it awards contracts or grants to the Tides Center. The Golden State’s spending database shows that 18 agencies, ranging from health departments to workplace regulators, sent payments to the George Soros-backed nonprofit. The database does not reveal which project gets the cash in the end. State officials also told the Free Beacon that the database is missing information from some departments, meaning total payments to the Tides Center could eclipse the nearly $18 million shown.
The Tides Center essentially acts like a middle man, funneling hundreds of millions of dollars every year to a network of seemingly independent charitable organizations—primarily progressive activist groups. But unlike traditional nonprofits, these groups are housed within the Tides Center as so-called fiscally sponsored projects, enabling them to operate as charities while sidestepping the IRS’s robust financial transparency requirements for tax-exempt groups.
