A Harvard Caps/Harris Poll has revealed 56 percent of Americans support deporting ALL illegal aliens, regardless of their criminal record, and 78% support deporting illegals who have a criminal record. This shows Americans’ support for ICE is only growing after weeks of images of ICE agents arresting illegal aliens, including at their places of work.

CBS alluded to ICE being the source of the violence, twisted the story of a young illegal immigrant, and talked for a former ICE attorney all to allude to a false fact that ICE deserved the attempts to kill their agents. The reporter behind the segment even suggested it was a “David versus Goliath” fight.

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, is now effectively the highest-funded federal law enforcement agency in the nation. Some have cheered its growth. Others are wondering, when does more become too much?” chided host Jane Pauley as she introduced the segment which was delivered by correspondent Lee Cowan.

Though not explicitly calling it such, Cowan’s report essentially consisted of listing out the purported transgressions that caused ICE agents to deserve the attempts on their lives, even blaming them for the violence brought against them, and accusing them of racism:

COWAN: Thirteen members of his congregation were arrested that day. The Trump Administration no longer considers schools, and hospitals and churches “protected sensitive locations” anymore. So, the following Sunday, Father Jamie told the faithful to stay away.

The raids were challenged in court for being indiscriminate and based on skin color, but ultimately the U.S. Supreme Court ruled the raids could continue. Since then, in city after city, the administration has been testing the court`s limits, especially in Chicago.

GOV. JB PRITZKER (D-IL): ICE is running around the Loop harassing people for not being white. Just a year ago, that was illegal in the United States. Now, ICE is making it commonplace.

COWAN: Late Saturday, the Trump administration federalized 300 members of the Illinois National Guard, a move Pritzker insists is unnecessary.

It’s Hamas who reveres the Nazis, but the media empathize with them all day long.

Gov. JB Pritzker announced the state filed a lawsuit Monday seeking a temporary restraining order to block President Donald Trump from using Illinois and Texas National Guard troops to manage crime in Chicago.

“Illinois is going to use every lever at our disposal to resist this power grab and get (DHS Sec. Kristi) Noem’s thugs hell out of Chicago,” Pritzker said in a Monday afternoon press conference. He also said several times that Texas troops should, “stay the hell out of Illinois.”

Juan Espinoza Martinez, a leading figure in the Latin Kings, was arrested as part of “Operation Midway Blitz” after allegedly offering cash bounties to any individuals who could carry out the murder of a top official in the Border Patrol, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security identified the official being targeted as Commander at Large of the U.S. Border Patrol, Chief Gregory Bovino.

U.S. Attorney Andrew S. Boutros called the alleged plot “an attack on the rule of law.”

“Putting a price on the life of a law enforcement officer is an attack on the rule of law,” Boutros said. “The defendant’s actions in this case demonstrate a profound contempt for human life and public safety. According to an indictment unsealed on Monday, Martinez is one of the highest sergeants in the Latin Kings, a nationwide gang that’s been linked to bloody murders of police officers, extortion, and human and drug trafficking. DHS said Martinez is from Mexico and entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown date.

Mayor Brandon Johnson made the announcement establishing the zones in a media briefing Monday. The Trump administration has put Chicago and its sanctuary-city policies in its crosshairs.

‘This is SICK. He is aiding and abetting criminal illegal immigrant killers, rapists, traffickers, and gang bangers.’

“Today we are signing an executive order aimed at reining in this out-of-control administration,” Johnson said. “The order establishes ICE-free zones. That means that city property and unwilling private businesses will no longer serve as staging grounds for these raids.”

He went on to say that the city would take further steps to stop federal operations if Immigration and Customs Enforcement escalated its efforts.

A federal judge in Massachusetts denied a request for an injunction sought by two “sanctuary cities” in the state — Chelsea and Somerville — that sought to bar the Trump Administration from withholding federal funds due to their support for illegal aliens.

Somerville and Chelsea had requested a preliminary injunction in June, arguing that the targeting of cities and towns over their “sanctuary” policies — which openly defy federal immigration law by barring local authorities from working with immigration agents — is unconstitutional and at odds with advice from local law enforcement, according to a report from the Boston Herald.

The cities have also claimed that if the federal government withheld funds while their legal challenges were ongoing, there would be “irreparable harm” to municipal services.

U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton indicated that he was not buying those arguments when he denied the request for an injunction on Friday. In his Judge Gorton noted that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “has not frozen any particular funding, denied any grant application or withheld any reimbursement from plaintiffs.”
