An illegal alien previously released twice before by sanctuary city Chicago is now in custody again and charged with murdering an 18-year-old woman on Thursday.

“Sheridan Gorman had her whole life ahead of her before this cold-blooded killer decided to end her life. She was failed by open border policies and sanctuary politicians who RELEASED this illegal alien TWICE before he went on to commit this heinous murder,” Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis said in a statement released Sunday:

“According to local reports, 18-year-old Loyola University student Sheridan Gorman was shot and killed on Thursday morning around 1:00 am while she was walking in a park with friends. Medina-Medina is accused of approaching her while wearing a mask and armed with a gun.

“As she attempted to flee, he fired his gun and shot her. Gorman was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.”

James Talarico may have won the Democratic primary for Senate in Texas based on electability, but that’s only relative to his competition, U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett.

In the past few weeks, Talarico — a state representative, former teacher, and Presbyterian seminarian — has had his past statements prove just how marginal the relative electability advantage really was.

In the latest of a trove of opposition research that’s gone over well with the left but will get played from now until Election Day for normal Texans, Talarico said that not only did he think positively of the illegal immigrant students he taught, but they were actually more American than Americans.

“Before I was a politician, I was a public school teacher in San Antonio, Texas, on the west side of the city, and I taught a lot of undocumented students, and those students tended to be my most patriotic students,” Talarico said in an interview last week.

“They understood something about this country that a lot of us who are native-born forget: that this is supposed to be the land of opportunity,” he continued.

An Israeli airstrike on a bridge in Lebanon has left large parts of the southern region disconnected from rest of country.

The Qasmiyeh bridge In Tyre was largely destroyed after Israel struck it on Sunday.

On Monday, an Israeli airstrike destroyed another bridge on the Litani river in the south.

Monday’s strike on the bridge in the southern village of Qaaqaaiyet al-Jisr cut a main link between the southern city of Nabatiyeh and al-Hujair valley region further south.

The role of Israel’s hijacking of Iran’s street cameras in the killing of the country’s supreme leader underscores how surveillance systems are increasingly being targeted by adversaries in wartime.

Hundreds of millions of cameras have been installed above shops, in homes and on street corners across the world, many connected to the internet and poorly secured. Recent advances in artificial intelligence have enabled militaries and intelligence agencies to sift through vast amounts of surveillance footage and identify targets.

On Feb. 28, Israel vividly demonstrated the potential of such systems to be hacked and used against adversaries when Israel tracked down Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei with the help of Tehran’s own street cameras – despite repeated warnings that Iran’s surveillance systems had been compromised, according to interviews and an Associated Press review of leaked data, public statements and news reports.

In a lengthy Truth Social post on Friday, President Donald Trump laid out the U.S. objectives for winding down the conflict with Iran and re-opening the vital Strait of Hormuz, a vital chokepoint responsible for handling 20 percent of global oil exports and large quantities of other valuable commodities.

“We are getting very close to meeting our objectives as we consider winding down our great Military efforts in the Middle East with respect to the Terrorist Regime of Iran,” the president wrote. He went on to list a number of objectives for the operation, many of which have already been achieved, according to the Pentagon.

House Democrats blocked legislation to establish a “Women’s History Museum” because of an amendment requiring the new institution to only honor real women, not gender-confused men.

“The Museum shall be dedicated to preserving, researching, and presenting the history, achievements, and lived experiences of biological women in the United States,” the bill states.

The legislation forbade the museum from depicting a “biological male as female.”

This drew the ire of members of the House Administration Committee, which considered the legislation yesterday, according to Representative Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY).

The main U.S. indexes were on track to open higher on Monday after President Donald Trump said he would order the military to postpone strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure following “productive conversations” with Tehran.

Iran’s Fars News Agency, however, disputed Trump’s statement, citing a source who said there had been no direct communication with the United States, nor via intermediaries. Israel’s military said it was conducting strikes on Iran.

Still, global markets staged a sharp recovery after Trump’s comments, with Europe’s STOXX 600 and precious metals turning positive, while oil prices fell, signaling improving risk appetite.

Scientists have made an astonishing finding that brings us closer than ever to the concept of ‘Green Mars’, by discovering a desert moss species – Syntrichia caninervis – which may be able to act as a pioneer in colonising the Red Planet. A paper published in The Innovation (Cell Press) details the abilities of this amazing plant to lose more than 98 per cent of its cellular water and completely resume its photosynthetic activity within two seconds of being rehydrated. This moss has been tested under ‘Mars Simulation’ conditions, where it has survived extreme temperatures as low as -196 degrees Celsius and received high doses of radiation, all of which would be fatal to the vast majority of living organisms on Earth. It was pointed out by the Chinese Academy of Sciences that this moss is therefore classified as ‘extremotolerant’ and has exhibited greater survivability than tardigrades, providing a biological model in which to assist future terraforming efforts and produce sustainable oxygen on other planets.

In the middle of a worship song on Sunday, the morning after Cuba’s electrical grid collapsed for a second time in six days, the preacher at Renewal in Christ Church in Havana said he had a message to share that came to him in a dream.

Sunlight splashed in through an open window to the right of the raised platform where he stood, as a battery-powered light affixed to the ceiling shone weakly over the pulpit. A row of desk fans, plugs dangling, lined the top of the concrete walls of the shadowed sanctuary.

Almost every plastic and metal chair was filled at this small evangelical church, built from two housing units along a block of row housing in East Havana, which, like most of the city on this morning, had no power.

“If you are thinking of giving up, don’t give up, keep going, keep going,” said Pastor Daniel Cisnero, sweat on his brow, eyes closed, his voice a shout.

“It’s not the time to give up, it’s the time to keep walking holding God’s hand.”

  1. DOGE CUTS $2 BILLION IN GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS – The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has helped federal agencies modify or cancel $2 billion worth of government contracts in the last 4 weeks alone, producing an overall savings of $757 million for the American taxpayer. DOGE’s similar efforts in the four weeks prior affected 273 government contracts, which led to a total savings of $1.4 billion. This means DOGE is reporting a savings of over $2 billion in the last two months of work alone.
  2. ANTIFA TERRORISTS FIRST TO BE CONVICTED OF TERRORISM – Nine Antifa members will go down in U.S. history as the first Antifa members convicted of terrorism. Finding DAs willing to charge them of terrorism has been difficult, but these terrorists chose Texas as their target for attack. U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Lancy Larson was more than willing to charge them with terrorism. They were found guilty of terrorism by a federal jury in Fort Worth, Texas.

The nine antifa members were convicted of organizing an ambush-style attack on an ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas. The nine convicted terrorists are Cameron Arnold, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada.

  1. VA STATE SPECIAL ELECTION DELIVERS CRUSHING BLOW TO DNC – The GOP candidate for a special election for the House of Delegates District 98 seat beat the DNC challenger by 25 points. Republican Andrew Rice defeated Democrat Cheryl Smith 62.5% to 37.5%. While the district is already Republican, the depth of the victory by a non-incumbent over a Democrat challenger serves as a warning to the Virginia Democrats in power that support for their radical agenda is not as deep and profound as they imagine.
  2. EZRA MOMENT TO HAPPEN TO MARK 250TH ANNIVERSARY OF AMERICA – Over 480 national leaders from a wide spectrum of industries, including politics, entertainment, and ministry, will be gathering to read scripture from Genesis to Revelation. The commemoration hearkens back to Ezra reading scripture to the people after returning from the exile and preparing to rebuild the temple and the city of Jerusalem (Nehemiah 8:2-3).

The event will take place in Washington, D.C. along the National Mall. It will happen from April 18-26. Creator and organizer Bunni Pounds said of the event, “It hit me in that moment, looking at Ezra at the Museum of the Bible, that we really need an Ezra moment in our nation. We need Americans to realize who we are, just like Ezra stood up with a scroll and he read the Books of Moses to the Israelites. We have, in a lot of ways, forgotten who we are as Christians and as Americans, because the foundation of Scripture is absent from our life.

And so I thought, man, it would be awesome if we had national leaders from all spheres of influence, all demographics and denominations, if they would stand up humbly in front of the American people and tell us that this is where they get their life and their peace and their wisdom is in Scripture every day as individuals. And then what if we read the Bible all the way through as Americans for the 250th birthday?”

  1. COPS TELL DEMOCRAT JUDGE NO WHEN JUDGE ORDERS VIOLENT CAREER CRIMINAL RELEASED – Las Vegas metro police are putting the constitution and the safety of the people above a leftist local judge, Eric Goodman, who has ordered a violent career criminal to be released. The criminal, Joshua Sanchez-Lopez, has been convicted of multiple violent crimes, including involuntary manslaughter.

Police arrested the criminal on a warrant for grand larceny of a motor vehicle. The Judge chose to set a bail of $25,000 and let Sanchez-Lopez go with an ankle bracelet monitor. The police refused to follow the order, appealing instead to the court through a petition to not release the defendant.

  1. U.S. SUPPORT FOR ABORTION UP TO BIRTH BACK ON DECLINE AFTER DOBBS – Americans’ support for abortion without restrictions peaked shortly after the Dobbs ruling in 2022 at 29%. Since then, support has been slowly eroding. Now, the number is down to 23%, a low not seen since 2019.
  2. SCOTLAND BEATS BACK EUTHANASIA – Scotland’s version of legalized euthanasia has failed to pass their legislature after a 2-year push for its passage. The bill failed 69 to 57. The bill’s passage failure tables the issue legislatively for a decade or more. The move is supported by the public, with a poll showing 7 in 10 fear it could be used to pressure people to commit suicide when they otherwise wouldn’t have.
  3. VENEZUELA’S BASEBALL HERO PRAISES CHRIST AFTER STUNNING VICTORY OVER U.S. IN WBC FINAL – Venezuela’s national baseball team was able to beat the American team 3-2 in the World Baseball Classic Final. The winning moment came from designated hitter Eugenio Suarez, whose top-of-the-ninth double knocked in what would prove to be the winning run.

After the win, Suarez was interviewed by Fox Sports’ Ken Rosenthal, during which he gave constant praise to Christ. He said of the win, “It’s amazing. God is good. All the glory is for Christ Jesus. He was with us the whole time. We have to glorify, put His name in front of everything.”

  1. AFROMAN DEFEATS POLICE DEFAMATION SUIT AGAINST HIM – Joseph Foreman, who goes by the name Afroman, was sued by the Adams County, Ohio Sheriff’s Office for defamation. Foreman had published a video of the police raiding his home in search of drugs, a raid that proved fruitless.

The police sued the singer of “Because I got High” over defamation. A jury of Afroman’s peers found the singer not liable, delivering to the police department a stinging rebuke of their attempt to stifle the First Amendment rights of Americans.

  1. LAWSUIT VICTORY BREAKS DOWN BARRIER TO BIBLE SCHOOL STUDENTS BY CHICAGO PUBLIC SCHOOLS – Moody Bible Institute has settled with the Chicago Public School District after suing them for barring students from participating in Moody’s student-teaching program. The settlement ends the school district’s requirement that Moody must hire non-Christian employees before Moody’s students can be eligible to be student-teachers in their schools.

Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) Senior Counsel Jeremiah Galus stated in a press release, “Chicago desperately needs more teachers to fill hundreds of vacancies, and Moody’s students will be well-equipped and qualified to help meet that need.

“Moody holds its faculty and students to high standards of excellence, and we’re pleased to reach this favorable outcome that will allow it to participate in Chicago Public Schools’ student-teaching program. We’re hopeful other public officials will take note that they can’t inject themselves illegally and unconstitutionally into a religious non-profit’s hiring practices.”

  1. AS ECONOMY BUCKLES UNDER IRAN WAR PRESSURES, THE TARGETED REGIME IS RUNNING OUT OF LEADERS, BUT NOT THREATS – The Islamic Republic of Iran managed to launch a major attack on Qatar’s oil fields that will take years to repair. It is promising to step up its attack on the oil infrastructures of its neighbors. Israel has responded by striking some of their oil fields, a move President Trump appears to disapprove of. As leaders are appointed, they are killed, with two top leaders killed this week alone. The new Supreme Leader is reported to be effectively non-functioning.

While Iranian street soldiers continue to kill and intimidate citizens, they themselves are coming under increasing drone attacks. The pressure to finish the war mounts as the continued shutdown of the Strait of Hormuz is leading to spikes in oil prices and other knock down effects. A coalition of 6 nations has committed to join America’s efforts to open and police the Strait of Hormuz. The nations include Japan, the United Kingdom, and France.

The most alarming news may be the return of the aircraft carrier Gerald R Ford to Greece after a laundry fire broke out that took 30 hours to put out and destroyed 600 bunks. This means the Iran operation is now only supported by one U.S. aircraft carrier. The extent of the damage has not been reported by the Pentagon. The length of its repair was not given, nor was it made clear if the carrier’s escort ships will remain in theater.

  1. SAVE ACT REMAINS STALLED IN SENATE, BUT NOT KILLED – Attempts to kill the SAVE Act, a bill that would make it mandatory for voters to show photo ID to vote and end request-only mail-in voting (what we refer to as mass mailer voting), has failed in the Senate, with a 51-49 vote keeping the bill alive. Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) appears ready to simply offer the bill for an up-or-down vote, without forcing the Senate to vote on changing the filibuster rule to require a verbal, rather than a procedural action.

Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) is proposing the Republicans pass the measure as a budget resolution bill, making a simply majority vote in the Senate sufficient to pass the bill. Efforts by the Democrat press to demonize the bill have failed to move the needle of support, with 80% of the country as a whole supporting requiring photo ID for voting. A new tactic is to claim the bill is an unfunded mandate, placing a price tag on election integrity.

The GOP Texas Senate candidates have reached the point of no return in their race. This means the offer made by AG Paxton to withdraw from the race is no longer possible.  Paxton offered to drop out of the race if Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) does everything he can to assure the SAVE Act. Now, that option is no longer on the table due to withdrawal deadline passing.

  1. FBI RAN ROUND RIVER CAMPAIGN TO DISCREDIT CLAIMS OF BIDENS’ UKRAINE CORRUPTION – Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) claimed in a press release that the FBI ran a disinformation campaign in 2020 to protect the Biden family from potential prosecution. This operation was called Round River. It was so secret not even the then FBI Director, Bill Barr, knew of its existence.

Grassley claimed, “in August 2020, FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment which was used by a FBI Headquarters (‘FBI HQ’) team to improperly discredit negative Hunter Biden information as disinformation and caused investigative activity to cease.”

  1. EPSTEIN WAS A FINANCIAL BOUNTY HUNTER FOR THE U.S.? – Jeffrey Epstein was officially a U.S. government agent according to a memo released among the Epstein Files. The claim comes from an unsigned memo that states, “At some point in time, Jeffrey Epstein worked for the United States government as a financial bounty hunter. He has retained significant political connections with both Israel and the United States.”

The memo’s credibility comes from another part of the note recommending further information about Epstein from other federal agencies. It also accuses Epstein of violating child exploitation and sex offender traveling laws, The memo gives more credence, though not a smoking gun, to the claim Epstein was a government agent.

JUDGES SET FIRE TO TRUMP AGENDA IN A SERIES OF BRUTAL RULINGS – Mostly Biden-appointed Judges have shut down numerous major Trump policies, including freezing federal funding, shutting down Voice of America, halting DEI investigations of progressive schools, stopping ICE detention facilities from opening, and more.

In the wake of a slate of questionable rulings, SCOTUS Chief Judge John Roberts has encouraged what we consider insurrectionist rulings (with some exceptions) by Democrat activist judges while shaming any critique of what we consider these many grossly egregious rulings.

As dissent grows from within, the Trump administration hints it could take Cuba whenever it wants to. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel responded that any act of aggression “will clash with an impregnable resistance.” Mexico has just announced plans to attempt to “come to Cuba’s aid,” sending a relief supply flotilla and promising to figure out how to get oil the communist country.

  1. DEMS HOLD FIRM ON DHS SHUTDOWN AS NATION FEELS GROWING EFFECT – The Democrat Party is continuing to refuse to support any DHS funding bill until ICE is “reformed” to the point of being feckless at removing illegal aliens. Lines grow in airports, and TSA agents are starting to call in sick, not wanting to work without pay (even though they will receive their pay when the shutdown ends). National security concerns have been heightened in lieu of a slew of recent Islamist attacks on American soil. The DNC media continues to protect the Democrat Party from being blamed for the shutdown, choosing instead to blame Republicans.

While the Senate works to push through a new DHS head, Senator Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), the White House is claiming it has attempted to negotiate with the Democrats but has received no response. They released a letter to the Democrats, offering concessions on five points, expanding body-camera usage, limiting civil immigration enforcement activities at “sensitive areas,” improving DHS detention facility oversight, enforcing visible officer identification, and NOT deporting U.S. citizens.

The letter claims, “The Administration has worked in good faith to again reach bipartisan agreement on full funding for the entire Department of Homeland Security and institute common–sense operational improvements to federal immigration enforcement operations that enhance the safety of American communities. Democrats must stop holding the safety and security of the American people hostage and move forward with fully funding DHS.”

BIDEN ADMIN INTEL UNCOVERED CHINA’S EFFORTS TO HELP THEM WIN IN 2020, SO THEY BURIED THE EVIDENCE – The Biden administration’s own intelligence community uncovered evidence China was attempting to influence the U.S. election in 2020. They were working to help President Biden win. The degree to which they were successful can be debated, but what cannot be debated is that the intelligence community quickly buried the evidence in bureaucratic language games that allowed Chinese interference to be classified as something other than what it actually was.

Analytic ombudsman Barry Zulauf produced a report in 2021 that claimed, “China analysts appeared hesitant to assess Chinese actions as undue influence or interference. These analysts appeared reluctant to have their analysis on China brought forward because they tended to disagree with the Administration’s policies, saying in effect, I don’t want our intelligence used to support those policies.”

  1. THE MAN WHO RESIGNED IN OPPOSITION TO THE IRAN WAR WAS ALREADY UNDER FBI INVESTIGATION – The now-former director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Joe Kent, resigned over existential opposition to the war in Iran. He claimed Iran posed no serious threat to the U.S. and that Israel somehow tricked the U.S. into attacking Iran in the first place. His hyperbolic language is strong evidence that suggests he is an activist, not a dispassionate analyst. We assume he is pushing an agenda, a Progmerican agenda, not fact

ED.NOTE: This is not an endorsement of the war, even if we hope for a quick American victory.

Further evidence of that assumption comes from the now-emerged claim Kent was under FBI investigation for potentially leaking classified intelligence. The story claiming he was under investigation was published one day before his resignation, giving the story more credence.

In response to questions about Kent, the White House Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt claimed only that there are ongoing investigations into leakers. She also claimed Kent was NOT part of the intelligence briefings leading up to the Iran War, undermining his credibility regarding the knowledge of the decision-making process that led to the war.

The law was passed on March 12 and was signed into law by Chairman Xi. The law takes effect on July 1st.

It is feared that the law will be used to further crack down on these minorities, leading to more genocidal pogroms such as were carried out against the Uyghurs (and are still going on). Some of the tactics of the past include forcing minority groups to have more abortions, taking children and raising them as Han, and banning the use of the minority group’s languages and artistic traditions.

He then added, “The fact that the religious owners of a traditional Korean, women-only, nude spa are prohibited by law from preventing a naked adult male, who remains sexually attracted to women, from exposing himself to thirteen-year-old girls tragically illustrates the sick and twisted consequences of erasing sex as a coherent legal category

My distressed colleagues appear to have the fastidious sensibilities of a Victorian nun when it comes to mere unpleasant words in my opinion yet exhibit the scruples of our dearly departed colleague Judge Reinhardt when it comes to the government trampling on religious liberties and exposing women and girls to male genitalia. Canada and allies say in a joint statement they are willing to “contribute to appropriate efforts”  to ensuring safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz amid the ongoing war in Iran.

In a statement co-signed with the United Kingdom. France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Japan, the nations “call for an immediate comprehensive moratorium on attacks on civilian infrastructure, including oil and gas installations.”

“We express our readiness to contribute to appropriate efforts to ensure safe passage through the Strait. We welcome the commitment of nations who are engaging in preparatory planning,” the statement reads.

The statement comes days after U.S. President Donald Trump called upon NATO and other U.S. allies to help secure the Strait from Iranian attacks.

We’ve just heard from Pete Hegseth. He reiterated the claim from Donald Trump that the US president knew nothing about the attack on Iran’s South Pars gasfield.

However, Reuters is reporting that Israel says its attack on the gas facilities was coordinated with the United States.

Israel has not publicly acknowledged responsibility for the South Pars attack. On Wednesday night, Trump said in a social media post that Washington “knew nothing about this particular attack” and that Israel would not attack the gas field further unless Iran again attacked Qatar.

The three Israeli officials, who spoke to Reuters on condition of anonymity, said that Israel was not surprised by Trump’s comments.

They described the dynamic as similar to one that played out after Israel struck fuel depots in Iran several weeks ago. After those attacks, Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said that in “that particular case those weren’t our strikes”.

Members of Iran’s national women’s football team were greeted with a welcome ceremony upon their return to the Islamic Republic after several of the players had sought asylum in Australia.

The report, which citied multiple U.S. officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity, elements of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, based in Japan, along with the amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli, were initially redirected toward the region. This was done as part of a broader reinforcement, with the Boxer Amphibious Ready Group and 11th MEU from the West Coast accelerating their deployment ahead of schedule to join operations.

Allies Flip, Issue Statement on Strait of Hormuz – RedState

President Donald Trump let allies have it when some rejected sending ships to help with a coalition effort to ensure the safety of shipping through the Strait of Hormuz. His last take showed how exasperated he was with our “allies” who weren’t stepping up when he said that maybe the U.S. should just step back and not protect the Strait for others.

That called the allies’ bluff. You then had NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announce that yes, the allies were talking about how they could contribute. What a little pressure from Trump can get. It isn’t just about the Strait itself; it’s about sending a message to Iran and indicating that they are on the wrong side of countries condemning their actions.

The GOP Texas Senate candidates have reached the point of no return in their race, meaning the offer made by AG Paxton to withdraw from the race if Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) does everything he can to assure the SAVE Act passes. This deadline means that door is shut for both Cornyn and for the SAVE Act supporters.

The deadline for Republican candidates to remove their names from the primary runoff ballot in the intense Texas Senate race has come and gone.

Neither incumbent Sen. John Cornyn nor Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton dropped out by Tuesday’s 5 p.m. deadline. It was the last chance for either of the two men to take their name off the ballot and avoid what is sure to be an extensive, ugly and bruising few months leading up to the runoff in May, since neither candidate cleared the 50% threshold.

“At this point, both of those candidates are on the ballot no matter what, and there’s really no incentive for either of them to drop out at this point unless the situation facing them really changes in a fundamental way,” Joshua Blank, the research director of the Texas Politics Project at the University of Texas at Austin, said.

Mostly Biden-appointed Judges have shut down numerous major Trump policies, including freezing federal funding, shutting down Voice of America, halting DEI investigations of progressive schools, stopping ICE detention facilities from opening, and more. In the wake of a slate of questionable rulings, SCOTUS Chief Judge John Roberts has encouraged what we consider insurrectionist rulings (with some exceptions) by Progmerican activist judges while shaming any critique of these many grossly egregious rulings.

Russia is sending oil tankers to Cuba to rescue it from its crippling energy crisis that has left the island in a blackout condition. As dissent grows from within, the Trump administration hints it could take Cuba whenever it wants to. Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel responded that any act of aggression “will clash with an impregnable resistance.”

U.S. aggression will meet ‘impregnable resistance,’ Cuba’s president says – globalnews.ca

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel has lashed out after U.S. President Donald Trump said that he can do “whatever he wants” with Cuba and that Washington could take “imminent action” against it.

Díaz-Canel said on X late Tuesday that the Trump administration “publicly threatens” Cuba’s government almost daily with overthrowing it, and any act of aggression “will clash with an impregnable resistance.”

The comments came after the new threats by Trump and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said that the Cuban government’s socialist economic model needs to “change dramatically.”
